• Oksana (6/5): Clean but needs some serious renovation - Close to the metro. The apartment is clean and quite well-equiped (dishes, towels). The apartment smells of cigarettes, although it was described as suitable for non-smokers. Overall, it needs renovation (the walls are scratched and worn-off). The shower cabin lacks a panel, apparently, it was broken and didn't get replaced. The place isn't soundproof at all (ground floor, the door is very thin and the apartment is located right at the entrance to the building - we could hear everything). Also, it was hard to regulate the water temperature in the shower.

Cucina abbastanza attrezzata, e servizi buoni La casa rimaneva un po fredda, forse a causa degli infissi vecchi e del riscaldamento centralizzato regolato a 21g. Nn c'è possibilità nemmeno di fare un caffè se nn ti organizzi con la spesa Box doccia da aggiustare.

• VIJAY BHASKAR RAJAN (4/5): Place would be good if it’s well lit, and fix the basic facilities - House was clean No locks in both bedroom n bathroom, we had inform all the family members if one of us were using the washroom for privacy. heaters were not working in the night. being winters it was terribly cold, neighbouring house flush button sound is too loud in the Appartment, not well lit.

• David (8/5): Very much enjoyed it and would do it again - Location was good. My child likes the chair. Very homey. Had everything you need. Was all round a good place to stay Monday morning construction. 8am smashing things. Also not enough plugs

• Weronika (7/5): Nasz pobyt w San Siro - Świetna lokalizacja i czysty apartament. 1) Zapach gazu w pokoju 2) Niewygłuszone pokoje - słychać zamykająca się furtkę na dworze i wszystkie osoby przechadzace obok mieszkania, które jest na parterze. 3)Nieprzystosowane gniazdka do wszystkich urządzeń.

• Marfuggi (4/5): - Tt sommato è una casa che c'è abbastanzza attrezzata di tutto casa accogliente ma assolutamente troppo altro il prezzo Pulizia ottima in quanto addetta pulizie ma le tende erano nere sporche Prezzo troppo alto per una Camera da letto dove si sente il minimo rumore del portone a partire dalle 6.30 del mattino . E nessuno condomino che laggiusta basterebbe uno svitol e vabbè. E si poteva benissimo avere una coperta in più nell'eventualità che uno avesse freddo ovviamente pulita e profuma. C'erano i dopppi cuscini dentro l'armadio ma senza federa pulita e i cuscini nell'armadio erano vecchi credo anche pieni di polvere
• Mathy -Messina (1/5): Décevant ! - La proximité pour se rendre au stade San Siro facilement accessible a pied et qui représentait l unique atout de cet appartement. L’appartement était étouffant, impossible d’aérer correctement car le levier du volet de la chambre était cassé. L’éclairage était insuffisant : l’ampoule du plafonnier de la chambre était hors d’usage. Le ménage laissait clairement à désirer, avec un cendrier plein de mégots posé sur le rebord de la fenêtre. La chaleur à l interieur était insupportable d’autant plus que la porte du réfrigérateur était cassée et ne refroidissait absolument pas.

• Ercüment (8/5): - Die Lage ist super, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Das Stadium San Siro ist in der Nähe. Vorallem eine ruhige saubere Gegend. Es könnten etwas mehr Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe sein.

• Vale Milloch (8/5): Posizione e servizi ottimi! - L'appartamento dista esattamente 7minuti a piedi dallo Stadio San Siro, ideale per chi come noi doveva partecipare a degli eventi, inoltre la zona è estremamente tranquilla e ben servita. Nonostante fossimo ad alloggiare in 3 ci hanno lasciato a disposizione 4kit di asciugamani.

• Krishanu (9/5): Good location, comfortable apartment. Recommended for 2 people or a couple with infant. - Easy to find with the detailed instructions they send before check-in. Bedroom was big and large comfortable bed, enough space in the cupboards. Just a couple hundred meters from the underground and tram stop, another few hundred to San Siro stadium. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Apartment on the ground floor, just a few steps to the building main door. Recommended for 2 people. Sofa bed was uncomfortable, not meant for sleeping.

• Syed (3/5): Poor - These are the few issues with the apartment in Milan. The fan in the room is not working making it extremely hot and uncomfortable to stay inside also there is no room air conditioning also room widow shutters cannot be open. Upon contact with the owner to provide us with a fan or something we were promptly ghosted by him and he went no contact. Additionally the shower door and shower holder are both broken ,which has made using the bathroom difficult. These problems have been frustrating and I am concerned it could lead to a bad review.By far this is the worst appartment I have stayed. I will not recommend to anybody to stay here .

• András (5/5): Passable - Dishes and anything used in the kitchen have to be done by the guests, however I found dirty plates on the shelf, cleaners do not even check if they have been properly washed, therefore I recommend to clean everything before using. It is pretty disguisting. The heat is unbearable, the flat is supposed to have AC, but really it is just one of those old ceiling ventillator things, which circulate but do not decrease temperature, so almost useless. You are forced to sleep with open windows at night, to somehow try to tolerate the heat, but the flat is located on the ground floor, it is very noisy and makes it hard to sleep and rest. The room is basically right next to the entrance gates to the building, so you can hear and feel every opening and closing of those. Toilet seat is broken, what the hell is that even about?

• Milan (9/5): We had a great stay at the Primopiano. - Tne location vas excellent for my intentions - visit the football match. I think I smelled gas in the kitchen sometimes, a check would be good.
• Alina (7/5): Quiet, modest, not very bad. - Quiet area, clean, near to the underground station. Comfortable bed, overall, well equipped apartment. Gate (to enter the building) was by the bed head wall and when someone enterred, the gate made a very loud noise. It was able to wake you up in the middle of the night. Not pleasant. The walls in the apartment need to be repainted.
• K (6/5): Pleasant - Cold, lights in the kitchen didn't work, couldn't get into the apartment and the host wasn't replying, had to wait for a neighbour to let me in, overall average.

• Petra (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was really nice and private. There’s everything you need. There is an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, television, towels and bed sheets. So you don’t need to worry. Great location for fans of football, because of the stadium San Siro and the nearest metro station was 3-5minutes away. Same for the supermarket. There’s nothing more to see in the neighborhood. There was a problem with the noice from outside. When somebody is entering the building, you can hear the gate closing in the bedroom. The WiFi wasn’t working so that was a pity. Since we were visiting in January the floors were really cold, but when you bring some slippers, you should be okay. When you make plans for cooking, check first the cabinets so you don’t need to buy any extra stuff like we did.

• Alexandre (5/5): Ice box in winter - Well equiped. Spacious. This place is a challenge in winter to say the least. The heating is controlled by the building and heating.laws in Italy make them cut the heating from 11 pm to 6 am. The place is old and the windows are not isolated to the wind and cold freezes up the rooms instantly. The place is more suited for summer, although it has no air conditioning system. This issue was so challenging that the rest didn't really matter, sorry to say.

Heating switches off automatically at a certain time and windows and not sound proof which should be since the gate and main door are noisy. Furniture is a little outdated.

Poor description of opening the door for the first time, without possibility to contact anyone outside working hours, we had to spend the first night in another hotel. We got a more clear description per e-mail.

• Anastasia (6/5): Good for urgent short staying - I liked the size of apartment and parquet floor in the bedroom, all spaces are separate from each other. So it's what I was looking for. I didn't like the attitude of the host about sending invoice of our staying, they promised to do it and didn't do in the end. I didn't like that apartment on the ground floor close to entrance gate to the house, so we heard everyone who came outside (bad acoustic) and in the corridor also. Apartment was cold without any way of heating, hosts didn't care. They said that heating is already finished in Milan so they can't help us with it. In addition kitchen equipment such as TV, electric kettle, sofa in the kitchen, ironing are very old and need to be changed for guest purposes. Water is heating by gas boiler so when you use it for a half an hour you fill gas smell in the apartment. You can not use hot water for in the same time in the kitchen and in the shower because boiler stops working. The location is close to stadium so on Sundays be careful and learn how you can get there because metro station at evening hours doesn't work because of crowd football fans going out of football match. We had some difficulties with going back to the house because of football match.
• Rebecca (7/5): Milan is a great city to explore, make sure you go to lake como too! Apartment is as the review. - The apartment is very convenient for the metro a short walk away and also the supermarket very close by which has pretty much everything you need. The apartment is spacious and the bed was very comfortable, others living in the building were also very pleasant and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped we stayed four nights and were able to have a dinner in and breakfasts. I would say overall it is reasonably priced and fair value for money. As others reviews it is a ground floor apartment so noisy when others are entering the building as the bedroom is located right next to the entrance gate, and can hear people out on the street. The heating was off in that part of Milan during our stay in April and was chill so would take some comfy warm lounge ware/jumpers for when you’re back at the apartment. The shower head is broken so doesn’t stay up something that could be quite easily fixed and should be after others reviews too.
• Wien (8/5): Very good - Easy to reach and nice property. Good value for money The gate at night makes a lot of noise. It was a bit cold with no way to increase the heat.
• Mihai (8/5): Overall things were great with the location and it was a pleasant experience. - The location was very close to a subway station and to a supermarket so that came in handy. The kitchen was very beautifully furnished and had pretty much everything we needed. The rooms were very spacious. We had inquired about heat and were told the heating works well. And it's true that the radiators were hot. But you couldn't really feel the warmth in the room, we were constantly cold. Lucky the blanket was good enough. Also, the iron was stained on the bottom and I almost ruined a pair of jeans because of it.
• Harry (10/5): Great place for value of money! - Very clean, beautiful place, a lovely bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen, great facilities:) there was one light in the bathroom which was flickering, other than that, no problems.

• Saara (9/5): Superb - Comfortable bed and good size apartment. Were not told about work being done on the buildings facade - the workers started work early in the morning and were very noisy with their drilling or something. Shower head handle holder was broken and the shower didn't stay up.
