• Georgios-Nektarios (7/5): Good location, polite and helpful contact person but the house needs some repairs and for sure the bathtub needs to be c - Location, polite and helpful contact person 1)There was mold in the bathtub. 2)The toilet tank in the bathroom was leaking and making noise. It finally broke and a technician came to fix it, but in the end it was still making the same noise but at least it was working again. 3)A wardrobe was broken and it was held together with some tape. 4)The wood that supports the sink in the bathroom had come off the wall and was leaning.

• Mohammad (9/5): Perfect stay, lovely host, and easy access to the flat. - Size, comfortable, clean, location, and value. It was a perfect stay overall. Electricity was off one day late in the night, and didn’t know how to return it until I received the instructions by the host in the morning (which was quite late). Maybe if the host inform us about the instructions early incase we face this issue, would be better to return the electricity timely.

• Cicelia (5/5): I would definitely recommend the property, but only to smokers. - The location was excellent and the property is spacious and has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay - washing machine, dishwasher etc. I would not recommend the property for more than 2 people, though. The property had a VERY strong smell of long term in-house smoking. We are both non-smokers and it was overwhelming. Even in the bitter cold, we kept the windows open for a couple of hours to get rid of the smell, to no avail. The bed needs some attention - the slats on which the mattress rests, kept dislodging.

• Anya (10/5): Modern and spacious apartment in a very quiet neighborhood - The apartment is really well designed in terms of comfort, style and functionality. Both terraces are great for having breakfast or dinner even when it's October and heavy raining :) Vivid Navigli district with its famous canals and dining spots is just in 7-10 minutes walk, and the subway station is even closer. Inside the apartment all the details, like kitchenware or lamps and sockets are in the right place, everything's modern and pleasant. Large windows and the quiet green patio and are also my favs!

• Vladan (7/5): Decent, but could be better. Devil's in the details. - The apartment was spacious and had a lot of amenities. It was safe. The apartment needs overall deep cleaning. The doors, closets and walls were very dirty and dusty. There is a problem with ants. The bathroom shower is really moldy and needs a good scrub. The several door knobs were broken and the closet could not be opened. The area is very quiet but lacks shops and supermarkets or bistros. The nearest shop for groceries is 1.3 km away.

• Victoria (9/5): will do it agan. - I liked the ease of the location close to subway station, a walking distance. It provided access to travel within Milan and be able to get to the apartment safely. The apartment was clean, comfortable and appropriate. The host can easily be contacted via WhatsApp and he responds quickly. Excellent. I would book this location again should I visit Milan in the future. no restaurant close-by; would have to walk some distance. I just get dinner at a restaurant near Cadorna station and then get back on Cadorna subway and ride subway to apartment.

Actually, location was not center which i should have considered better. However, for the ones who has a car or doesnt mind to travel by taxi, it doesnt matter.

• Igor (9/5): Perfectltly clean, large and cosy apartment in the safe area and 40 minutes on foot to Duomo - The apartment is equipped with everything you may expect. Perfectly clean, good wi-fi, all the kitchen utensils are available, location is OK - 5 minutes walk from the M2 Romolo station. Very quiet as it is facing the courtyard. A couple of markets nearby. Very good sleeping quality, lots of towels etc. Scavolini kitchen makes happy those who take it seriously. Two large terraces (balconies). Very safe area, a small park 200 n from the building. Responsive hosts. There was only one small knife in the kitchen otherwise everything was perfect. Only one set of keys is not very convenient.
• Mitic (10/5): Exceptional - Apartman is new and very comfortable, in the nice neigberhood, near the metro station. The only problem we had was that the cleaning service arrived at 5pm when we were already in the apartment because check in was at 3pm.
