• Sirma (8/5): Nice - The apartment was very big, clean and with everything needed except coffee machine. The couches were in a very bad condition, but it was not a big problem.
• Niranjan (9/5): A pleasant surprise and great value place - Very spacious apartment, quite pleasantly surprised at the size and value for the money paid. Good view from the balcony as well. Two bathrooms are always appreciated! Nothing much to complain about really

• Claire (9/5): A very pleasant, spacious, well-equipped and well-located apartment. - It was enormous, plenty of space and comfortable. An excellent location, close to public transport, shops and restaurants. Lovely city views from the windows. A few things needed repair. A smart TV with casting would have been useful.

• Louise (7/5): Perfect location for buses , trams and metro. Can be noisy in the evening and during night due to near by bar - Great location, clean bedding and towels. The apartment could do with a clean up, re painted , especially in the second shower room. A new kettle, leaked and couldn’t take the lid off as the knob had fallen off. Dish washer wasn’t washing properly. The settee, really let this apartment down, terribly worn, the dining table was full of crumbs between the glass top and wood. Sorry to be picky but our last accommodation was perfect!

• Lisa (5/5): Good location, upgrade on facilities needed.. - Apartment is located in a nice area, it is close to the Metro and easy to travel around Milan from there. The apartment has a large living area and the bedrooms are a good size also. The beds were comfortable. The sofas in the living area are in major need of repair. The sofas are very tattered looking, worn and peeled off when sat on. The air conditioning was very poor in the bedrooms and living area, it was good in the kitchen area. There was no coffee machine although this was listed as available.

• Anca (4/5): Disappointing - Pros - The apartment is spacious and clean. It is also located pretty close to the city center and all major touristic attractions. Cons - It was so freezing inside in this period (late April) that one of our group even cought a cold. We kindly requested the owner 3 times to provide us with the AC remote in order to have a heating source for the apartment, considering that in the flat it was even colder than outside. She rejected our requests and simply stated that in this time of the year, everyone in Milano stays in cold apartments. We had to sleep with 3 blankets on top and our only source of heat was taking a very hot shower. :)

• Kara (7/5): Would book again - Great large apartment. Good location. Easy to access apartment. Sofas are very worn. Coffee maker missing. Sent message to owner to let them know we didn’t need one but also so they didn’t think it was us but didn’t get a reply. Appreciate it was clear no condiments supplied but would have been nice to have some oil as a waste to buy only for 2 nights.

There is a lot of mosquitos 🦟 The air conditioning doesn’t work properly, thank god we stayed in autumn 🍂 The communicaton with management is not smooth and their response is not prompt.

The owner was not in contact. After we fixed it, it didn't get hot often. It was terribly uncomfortable to bathe. We could not use the second bathroom at all, the water there was not hot at all. The iron also did not work.

You could definitely stay somewhere better where they look afte - Good facilities and somewhat clean Very old, don’t give you a lot of toilet paper and other necessities needed for everyday. They’re very tight with money. We had a spare bedroom and they didn’t even put pillows on the beds. Like what kind of apartment is that.
• Salimah (1/5): Terrible stay - avoid - Good location close to metro and good caffes and eateries. Apartment in terrible condition. Felt unclean marks all over walls and sofas completely destroyed. Broken toilet, leaky shower head. Worst of all AC did not let you set it below a certain temperature so we were sweltering in the heat and could not sleep at night. Upon notifying owner we were treated extremely rudely essentially told there was nothing they could do.

• Adrian (8/5): Very good - The property is big enough to accommodate a family of four and it has the necessary amenities (2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Living has plenty of space and the place is pretty quiet. The living furniture is old and worn heavy, and for this period of the year was cold during the night, quite uncomfortable to spend some quality time during the weekends.

• Eirini (8/5): Very good - Very spacious apartment in a very good location Very clean and well equipped Helpful staff There was central heating which wasn't manual so at night the temperature was less than 17 degrees that was cold for us.. Also there werent any extra blankets The twin bed matress was very hard
• Viktoriia (6/5): Needs some improvement - + the location is nice - about 25 minutes to Duomo and Milano Centrale by walking, metro 5 min, a lot of shops and restaurants, supermarket around the corner + appartement is very clean + there is a lot of space - it is impossible to contact the managers (owners?) of the property if you have any questions. It is mentioned in the message when you check in that their working hours are Monday - Friday 10 am to 18 pm, holidays excluded. But what if you stay during weekends? However, even during their working hours no one manged to answer me (i used WhatsApp, booking and email). So, hopefully nothing serious won't happen during your stay, because there will be no one to assist you - furniture is old and worn out - it is a bit noisy
