• Alina (9/5): - Great apartments in a convenient location close to the city center. Very cozy and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. There is also parking available nearby, which is a big plus. Highly recommended! I would consider replacing the sofa bed in the living room, as it looks quite old. I would also suggest adding a few more plates, knives, and pots in the kitchen. It would also be great to have a self check-in option, so the arrival is not dependent on the owner.

• Baerbel (8/5): Perfekt wenn man mitten in Mailand wohnen will. - Die Lage einfach perfekt. Durch den Parkplatz auf dem Dach war es kein Problem mitten in der Stadt zu parken. Es ist sehr ruhig mit schönen Blick auf die Kirche Santo Stephano. Bars und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Ein bisschen umständlich ist die Anfahrt bzw wie man zum Parkplatz kommt.

• didem (10/5): Temiz-Ferah-Güvenli - Ev sahibesi bizimle sürekli iletişim kurdu. istenmeyen sebeplerle geç gitmiş olmamıza rağmen bize yardımcı oldular. Ev çok ferahtı. Bulunduğu sokak çok güvenli ve güzeldi. Mutfağı kullanmadık fakat her şey düşünülmüş. Uzun süreli konaklamalar için tercih edilebilir. Bir daha Milanoya seyahat edersem aynı yerde konaklarım. Ev dışında tek eleştireceğim nokta, girişteki güvenlik personeli çok sinirli ve gergin. Bavullarımız almaya gittiğimizdeki davranışı çok rahatsız ediciydi. Bir uyarıyı hak ediyor.

Une fois en bas, on apprend qu'il faut aller dans l'appartement pour prendre les clefs pour accéder au parking sur le toit. Une fois sur place, il fallait encore demander le numéro de place dr parking. Le ménage n'a pas été fait. La vaisselle insuffisante et rangée sale. Pas de pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, pas de torchons pour la vaisselle, pas d'étendre pour le linge. Pas de geste commercial après tout cela. Par contre, ils réclament le paiement en liquide de la race de séjour et du parking sans aucun reçu.
• Jerome (8/5): - Appartement à quelques minutes de la place du DUOMO! Bonne localisation. Appartement spacieux pour 2 et correct pour 4 (option canapé lit, confortable). Remise des clés facile et départ rapide (concierge sur place!). Un peu chaud ce mois d'aout mais climatiseur installé (juste un peu bruyant). Climatiseur mobile ajouté mais du coup bruyant, on sent les tramway qui passent (vibrations) mais seulement ressentie en soirée, pas de passage la nuit profonde!.

• Mark (8/5): Great location! - Excellent location in a quiet street but within a 10 minutes or so walk from Piazza del Duomo. Good cafes and bars very nearby. Very responsive host. Floors could have been a little cleaner. Air conditioning vents were open which looked a little odd.

Great location, clean, would stay again. - The location was superb, central to everything but in a quiet, leafy square with shops and restaurants very nearby. Kitchen could have been better supplied with everything, more dishes, paper towels, etc. Sofa in living room not at all comfortable— out of shape.
• Juan (6/5): Nice area apartment with potential to look great with minor details fixed. - Location was excellent. Internet very fast. Spacious. The interior of the building needs repairs, the ceiling on the fourth floor was in really bad shape. They forgot to provide blanket and sheets for the sofa bed and we noticed at 11 pm when we were going to sleep. Also the apartment inside needed some fixings, nothing major but it will make the place more inviting.

• Brandon (6/5): Pleasant - The room was clean and quite large by European standards. The location was excellent. A few things were very disappointing. This apartment advertises parking. BUT. The parking is on the rooftop. And in order to get up there, you will need about 20 minutes to maneuver your car into a tiny elevator. And you definitely will not be able to use your car during your stay in the lawn. It will be stuck up there until you leave. When we needed to leave in the morning, there was no one to help us get our car from the rooftop back into the elevator. it was an extremely frustrating and ridiculous situation. When we showed up, the woman who helped us check in, was very confused about the process and how to use the elevator. Even though we arrived after check-in time, the room was not ready. They said they would let us know when it was clean, and they never did. Have a disappointment in many ways!

• Anastasiia (7/5): Good - Location was perfect. Be careful that you can’t park near the hotel but only on the roof of the building. First the apartment looked clean until you drop something and see a layer of dust under the sofa. The main manager helped us with recommendations by phone, but the girl who met us, she doesn’t speak English, it was a bit complicated to explain smth to each other.

Some restaurants and a small grocery store with all necessities are next to the apartment. The apartment was clean and a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The Host Sophia was super nice, very polite and accommodating. Could ask for better contact person.

• Malena (1/5): Bad attitude, no interest. - Only the location. We’ve had a terrible stay. Outside the temperature was 43 degrees. But the AC was not working. The host was “surprised” that the AC is not working, but there was a ventilator in the apartment and the grids of the AC was taken down. The host was absolutely disinterested about the problem that the AC was not working. They just left us like that…to sleep at 30 C inside/no air, nothing! I’m sure they accommodated someone else after us….they just don’t care.

Sophie is very carine host, Thank you. cleaning could have been done better. The sheets and pillows did not smell of detergent. The furniture and materials used in the house could have been of better quality.

• Haytham (10/5): Great location, big apartment, very courteous hosts - The location is great., just 3 Min. walk to the Dome. Room very big and clean, big bathroom with shower incl. shower gel/shampoo, comfortable bed. The Sofabed was already prepared when we arrived, what we appreciated a lot. Finding the apartment as well as opening the front door was a bit tricky with all the information and videos we received. Also the parking on the roof with car-elevator was an adventure. But having a parking right at the building is exceptional for Milan, and also the price with EUR 20.-/night absolutely fair. And the host Sophie was very caring, that everything is ok. Thanks for that!!

Sophie, who met us with the keys was also excellent. The shower pressure was poor and the car lift was very difficult to use upon departure, if you have no experience and your vehicle is of medium size and above.
