• Mark (6/5): Proximity to the finish of the Giro made the stay enjoyable but really small. Probably ok for a short stay but 2 nights - Location was good. Looked really nice in the entrance foyer Really small. Visible wiring and plumbing didn’t seem that safe. No natural light in the living room. As is often the case the Booking.com photos don’t give a true reflection of the apartment. Electronic lock to the apartment was diabolical.

• Arianna (6/5): Buona posizione - La posizione. La casa si trova a due passi da corso Buenos Aires e molto vicino alla metro Lima e Porta Venezia. Inoltre in circa 15-20 minuti sei alla Stazikne Centrale. Posizione davvero comoda. Il divano letto è inagibile, da sostituire. Doghe metalliche ricurve ed una tagliente, all’estremità, ha rotto i jeans i a due di noi, per fortuna si sono tagliati prima i jeans che la nostra pelle, perché davvero tagliente. Per evitare di sfregiarci ancora, abbiamo messo un asciugamano così da isolare quella parte. Ho letto che già in altre recensioni veniva segnalata la sostituzione del Divano letto, evidentemente, senza successo. Inoltre il copri materasso del divano letto era sporco così come il materasso. La casa, altezza occhi, appariva pulita ma alzandoli leggermente, c’era polvere. Abbiamo fatto noi la Manutenzione della Nespresso, sembrava non funzionare ma poi abbiamo svuotato noi il serbatoio con le cialde residue evidentemente di altri affittuari e non era stata pulita. Tra l’altro in casa non abbiamo trovato termosifoni accesi, siamo stati a novembre a Milano ed in città erano già accesi da metà ottobre, faceva freddo in casa, scrivendo al referente tramite Booking mi ha dato delle informazioni che però poi non erano del tutto complete…insomma, un po’ faticoso come appartamento…sono certa che se ci fossero questi miglioramenti, tornerei, perché la posizione è buona.

• mark (2/5): NEVER AGAIN. Would avoid at all costs. - Property would not tell us which floor or room number or assist entry. Took hours to respond to communication as we were standing out in the rain. Entry door is bar up as if attempted break in. Almost smacked face on cabinet partially blocking entry. Upon arrival bathroom spelled of sewage. Found out that you needed to leave bathroom window open and door closed to contain odor. Bathroom was so small you couldn’t turn around in the shower or use the toilet without the shower door open. Shower head was calcified so only small partial spray, I feel xed the shower head. Bathroom towel racks hanging uselessly on the wall. Bathroom had virtually NO SPACE to hold shaving kit or items for one person let alone two. One HVAC remote did not work, I presume needed new batteries. Beds did not have a top sheet so had to hope and assume duvet covers had been washed. Breaker for power popped if/when hair dryer was used. Had to figure out how to reset on our own as owner has same DAY response policy for communication. Keyless entrance to apartment is hokey and very confusing Emerson to use, you have to turn handle three complete revolutions to open or close. Wi-Fi is weak. STREET NOISE IS TERRIBLE. Located across from roust cafe you have loud noise (hear every word) from patrons until late into night, earplugs needed. GARAGE PICK-UP each morning at around 5am on street below is extremely loud and wakes you even with earplugs. Kitchen cabinet doors poorly hung and bind when trying to open or close. Kitchen cabinets met baseboards not attached and would fall over upon use of cabinets.

• Lindsay (7/5): Good - Position in the city recognising that accommodation in Milan is difficult to get and expensive. Final responses from staff to assist with an arbitrary and poorly designed book in system and challenging electronic entry system . The bookin system taking hours not minutes. The electronic entry system relying o the competence and confidence of guests with devices from overseas which can break down or not function . The quality of the linen and bedding was poor and not comfortable. The design of bathroom and the HWSfor shower potentially dangerous .
• Ichiro (10/5): I highly recommend - The apartment is on the 5th floor, top of the building, accessible by the elevator. The facility uses Vickey check in and automated key into the building as well as apartment. The automated key requires internet connection by G3 or G4 mobile. Once entering into the building, I could connect to the WiFi near the apartment door. The owner was vary conscious. Automated key information is clear. Superb location in the citi center close to Metro, Tram, Supermarket, and sops and restaurant. No Nothing with the apartment. The problem was with the booking.com transportation service it lead the driver to Via Lecco 20 around the corner. I requested booking.com to correct the systemic problem. Booking.com does not respond.

• Alessandro (3/5): Nice picture of the property but different from reality - The property was spacious and located in a central area organised Unfortunately the property wasn’t very clean and was rundown. The towels were old and in poor condition. Same thing with the beds sheets and duvet. Socket left open with live wires free to be touched by babies.

• Cindy (8/5): Nice stay in Milano! - The location is definitely a plus, the apartment is as we expected and we were received with a bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. I recommend this apartment if you stay in Milan. It was clean, as we went in a cold weekend, the heating was working well, we reached all the places we wanted to visit easily. Even if the apartment is placed in a busy area, during the night it was silent and we could sleep well. Communication with the host was very easy.

• Aine (8/5): enjoyable stay, minor improvements - Great location, plenty of shops and restaurants around the local area. The apartment was clean and tidy. Bathroom towels provided. A bottle of red wine was left out which was nice gesture. I recommend bringing your own hair dryer if you have thicker hair. the hair dryer provided took ages to dry my hair. bathroom is tiny, shower is very small and toilet is squeezed in beside the shower and wall.
