• Peter (10/5): Perfect 4 day stay that I would recommend to my family. - Home from home. Absolutely perfect. Everything you could require for the stay was supplied. Washer was perfect too. Location to the metro tube. Local cafe’s, Irish bar !, blue lagoon. Security was excellent. It was perfect.

• Zuzanna (10/5): A lovely place for a stay in Milan - We really enjoyed our stay in Milan. The place is in a really convenient location. If you want to walk, it's a 20-minute stroll to Duomo. There's also a metro station right next to the apartment, which you can use to get to the cathedral or Milano Centrale. The room is well equipped and clean, with plenty of cutlery and crockery. We just couldn't find any salt :( The decor is nice and well thought and the bed is really comfy. Before our arrival, we got detailed video instructions on where to find the keys and the apartment they are in two different places). We really enjoyed the breakfast option - we got coupons for a cappuccino and a croissant every day in a local cafe, and we LOVED the place. The food and coffee were amazing, and the lady working there was really kind.

• Nadine (9/5): Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Apartment. - Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage, schöne Einrichtung, komplett ausgestattete Küche Das Licht im Wohnraum war nicht sehr hell. Der Flughafentransfer war überteuert (170€ für eine Fahrt)
• Antony (9/5): - Tutto nuovo, questa volta anche la coperta di pile del letto era stata lavata. La macchinetta del caffè finalmente era stata sistemata per bene. Il telecomando dell'aria condizionata non si accendeva. Si sono proposti di sistemare subito l'inconveniente, ma ormai ero già impegnato e ho desistito. Però queste verifiche vanno fatte prima che arrivi il cliente e non dopo.
• Evelyne (8/5): Très bon séjour et très bonne communication avec l’hôte. L’endroit est parfait et le Spa est à 3min à pied - L emplacement idéal, nous avons tout fait à pied. L’appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel. Manque de luminosité car l’appartement donne sur une cour à l’arriere. Le luminaire n’éclaire pas beaucoup. Et il n’y a pas de sèche linge comme indiqué dans la description

• laetitia (3/5): Pas d’accueil et pas de souplesse - L’appartement est propre et le lit est confortable L’accueil laisse vraiment à désirer, une froideur totale. Les inconvénients d’être logé chez un particulier sans les avantages : petit jeu de piste pour trouver les clés soi-même mais les horaires pour rejoindre l’appartement sont très restrictifs alors que personne ne vient à votre rencontre : avant 20h! Pas de possibilité de laisser son bagage le jour du départ si l’on voyage l’après-midi. Appartement situé en rez-de-chaussée sur cour sombre.

However, I still think it can be a little challenging when you are a tourist and you buy default assume that the keys should be in the same locker as the property. NOTHING. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. We regret not booking for an additional day in Milan.

Plenty of amenities in the apartment and very clean A little confusing as to how to pick up the key as the video is not clear that it is not on the same street. However, our flight was late and we were a little stressed given we were approaching the 8pm cut off

• Ben (9/5): Good location by the metro, comfortable stay, helpful host - Comfortable bed, great shower and breakfast vouchers for local cafes. Host also very helpful and accommodating. The remote for the air conditioning didn’t work very well, possibly needs new batteries. That’s the only fault, everything else was great.

• Ive Jolie (9/5): Amazing apartment - Very modern clean und well equipped kitchen. Spacy and location close to the metro or still walkable to the center if you want to. The host was easy to contact, a detailled video showed how to enter the apartment. Breakfast was coffee and croissant delivered to the appartment. For a tecnical problem the staff came very fast to solve it. The place where to pickup and return the keys was behind a closed door at the time we went so we had to call the host to open it.

Proximité du centre historique de Milan et du métro. Nombreux commerces de proximité autour du logement Rien, juste une suggestion prévoir un miroir où l on peut se voir de haut en bas, et des étagères pour poser les produits dans la douche.

• Aneta (10/5): A truly lovely stay — cozy place, amazing host, and the comfiest bed ever! - We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — close to everything we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. But what we loved the most was the bed — incredibly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep and power nap. I would definitely stay here again! If we could suggest one tiny thing, it would be to add a frying pan, some olive oil, and a bit of sugar to the kitchen — just to make breakfasts even more magical. Overall, we highly recommend!

• Mariia (10/5): Nice apartment with everything you need! - The host Natalia was very friendly and helpful even though we didn’t meet but it was easy to chat through what’s up:) The property has everything you need: washing mashing, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, kitchen equipment, hairdryer. It was also nice to find 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea, cookies when arriving 😊 The bathroom was comfortable too and had a nice shower! Place is very quiet so we slept very well. Breakfast in the small bar next to the apartment was included ☕️ Television is placed in strange position, but I guess there’s no other place for it.

Lots of bars and restaurants and shops local if needed. Very secure feeling apartment, 4 doors to get in from the street. Some communication could've been clearer but overall was ok.

• Mhairi (10/5): Incredible property, location and host. This should be top of your list! - The property itself is beautiful - bed is super comfy, shower is brilliant, kitchen is great. It's a fantastic location - super close to the metro (and spa!). The host Eva was incredible though - so friendly and helpful, video instructions to find the keys and enter the building, had a welcome gift of a pie/tart and some drinks, and even got us breakfast and coffee delivered to the apartment!

• Ali (9/5): Loved it! - The facility was clean, all facilities were great. We enjoyed the stay and thanking Eva for the complimentary last day breakfast. She was also kind to let us check out late by 30mins. The only thing that was annoying that it doesn’t have a dedicated parking. However, we parked in a public parking which is close by but the fare was not making sense. For a full day, they charged us 45 euros per day, another day, it was 30, and the last day was 25 and they couldn’t explain why. However, the flat does not have anything to do with this and i’d advise to use the meters and park next to the flat.

• Tanya (7/5): It was OK - Clean, got Electric kettle! Quite. Host left fresh milk and juices in the fridge and a fruit pie as a complement. Easy check inn and check out. Small supermarket very near. Feels safe. Apartment is hot, AC wasn’t working properly and apartment had a smell of dump. No nets on the windows to let a fresh air in without 100 of mosquitoes. Location is close to metro, but not very central. Fridge was making strange noises at night time.

We really like the bathroom and the kitchen and all the available things provided. The room is big enough and had all electrical machines you may need I think the company that manages this property among a lot other needs to re arrange the cleaning methods and system.
