• Praphaphorn (7/5): Good - Full equipped apartment with 3 bedrooms and living room. Location quite far from the train station and the city. Bedroom futon /sofa bed not so comfortable and old fashion furniture.
• Anne (3/5): Disappointing and not value for money - It was very good to have video of how to access the property which made it easy to access The owner was very helpful There was free parking on the street outside The washing machine was easy to use The apartment was clean The fridge and Tv didn’t work or we couldn’t get it to work and though we could have messaged her but didn’t given the length of stay The living room settee was collapsed on one side making it very uncomfortable, dining room chairs similar. Furniture very basic Apartment was dark and unwelcoming

• Adrian (6/5): could not rest properly - location and space bedspreads overused and very poor quality; bathrooms not really at the touristic level
• Vishal (8/5): Very good - 1. Apartment is really very spacious and beautiful 2. Nice view of mountains from the balcony 3. Host is very helpful and response to your quarries very fast 1. Towels and bedsheets have almost reached there end of life, it would have been nice if they would be replaced 2. Bathroom doors are transparent which makes bit uncomfortable 3. Gas stove lighter to ignite the gas stove does not work, have to use normal lighter which they have provided , this is very difficult to do

• Gyula (9/5): Good accommodation if you are going to see Milan or its surroundings. - The host was very helpful, we could reach him by phone at any time. Spacious three-room apartment on the 9th floor of an apartment house. The house is located in a suburban green zone. The electrical network could not handle the many air conditioners, but the host helped to solve it even around midnight. Parking is free on the street, but a bit far from the apartment (not a big problem).
• Ann-marie (10/5): Great apartment - Really nice spacious apartment. Has everything you need for a stay in Milan. Really spacious and well kitted out kitchen . Lots of public transport options near by. Was quite far out from the centre but lots of transport options within 5 minutes walk.
• Sorina (9/5): Large apartment - Large, clean, well-equipped apartment. Good communication with the owners. Parking spaces. There should be several adapters for sockets.

• Felipe (2/5): Terrible mistake to stay here. The apartment is not good, and totally unaccurate to what was promess - absolutly nothing, I dont understand how the ranking point is "very good". Booking should check the accuracy of the suggestion and appartment ranking before provide offer. During our vacation to Italy , we have spent a very nice stay in others city with very nice apartments, and after chose this place to Milan we had a terrible experience for the money that we paid and we have decided to not return any more to Milan. Check-in / Check-out time: It was specified that was check-out was at 10AM and check-in at 17:00, which is very uncommon and unfortunatly I didn't notice. Even worse, when we arrived at 5PM the host was still cleaning the apartment and stay until 6:30PM which was terrible waiting time after a long trip. Confort and Facilities: The apartment is cold and air conditioner are only for ornament, the host told us that we can not use it at this time because enery is restricted (early April ?) which we tried to debate as we already stay in other cities in previous day with out restrictions, because we are visitors but there were no solution. The mattress are terrible, do not expect to have a good sleep and rest properly, my wife moved night by night to other rooms to try to find a better bed. My mom slept in a bed where the sheet were not clean. Appliance : Host asked us if we going to use refrigerator (which for me was weird question), and I response that of course we will. Few hours later I noticed that there were not no coffee machine, no toaster, etc. So obviusly we conclude that the host didn't want us to use energy at all in the apartment, and they continuously said to us that they have electricy restriction because the city regulation. After few hours we went to buy something to eat and we use the washer machine and kitchen extractor and there was electrical blackout and we had dinner dark with no electricity in our first day! . The host told us that happen because is only one kitchen appliance was allowed to use simultanoeusly. We spend some time without electricity in our first day in the apartment, I had to scalate to Booking threaten them to request the money back and after some time the host come to fix the electricty. The apartment doesnt have anything confortable use the kitchen: don't even salt, oil nor sugar, so we had to buy everything to cook some burger.
• Artem (9/5): Superb - Really big apartment with huge leaving room! The hosts were so hospital and opened one more room for our big family. Also there is a big green yard near the house which looks so relaxing. Having shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom would be great.
• Rory4now (10/5): A very nice stay in a wonderful city! - Breakfast was great as we made our own. There is a supermarket conveniently close to the apartment. The water pressure for the showers could have been better.
