• Giuseppe (4/5): non all'altezza delle aspettative - una bottiglietta di acqua di benvenuto, nel frigorifero. E' inutile che ci sia una macchinetta del caffe' se non c'e' neanche una capsula. Il letto e' in effetti un divano-letto, che una volta aperto, spostando il tavolo e le sedie nell'onico posto possibile, non ti permette l'accesso all'armadio. Gli spazi sono minimi. Tanti accessori inutili per un breve soggiorno mentre mancano cose semplici come ciabatte, un supporto per il gel nella doccia. L'accesso alla camera e' davvero triste e la porta e' parzialemte sulla scala.

• Cecilia (7/5): - Comoda la zona. Arredamento curato. Nonostante le dimensioni minime , abbastanza confortevole. Non c’era nemmeno una cialda per il caffè. Per chi soggiorna tre giorni come me la macchina del caffè espresso é inutile se non la doti di almeno una cialda di caffè per la colazione. Con 30 centesimi al giorno si renderebbe il soggiorno più piacevole. La stanza è poco illuminata.
• atanastodorov (10/5): - Много удобна локация. В близост до метро, търговски обекти и ресторанти. Намира се в спокойен и безопасен квартал. В събота на съседната пресечка се организира пазар. Жилището има всички удобства макар и да не е особено голямо. Изключително добре организиран достъп до жилището без нужда от допълнителна помощ или обаждане към собствениците.
• Maria (8/5): - Locația aproape de stațiile de Metro. Cu proprietarul nu ne am văzut deloc, cheia am primit o intru un “box key” deschiderea fiind printr un cod primit în adresa de mail, așa am și predat o la plecare. Nu este o cameră foarte spațioasă , dar a fost ok având în vedere ca doar seara ajungeam la cazare. Este Carrefour la câteva străzi distanță , iar lângă cazare este un market cu de toate .

• Chiara (8/5): Nice apartment and helpful host - I was attending a conference nearby and this is exactly what I was looking for. It is not very big but it is well thought and more than enough space for one person (and I'd say for two too). The shower is quite spacious and very powerful; the kitchen had everything I needed for a quick breakfast (and probably some basic cooking although I didn't cook); the bed is comfortable and the double glazed window protects well from the street noise. The A/C worked well too. And the host was available when needed. The only thing I didn't like is that there are quite a few small lights on at night (the microwave, the wifi router, etc), but it wasn't a massive issue.
• Ruben (3/5): Disappointing experience; bad hospitality - Location is nice. Restaurants, bars and public transport is nearby. The shower drain was blocked, and instead of fixing it, the agency asked me to deal with it myself. This meant I had to remove the drain filter with my bare hands containing dirty hair left by previous guests. This is unacceptable and should have been fixed before. Besides, the shower would only give 5 minutes of warm water. After that the water was cold.
• António Sequeira Tavares (8/5): - Great ans cosy apartment with everything that you need for a small stay. I stayed for a week and it was OK for the stay. The apartment is super well attired and I found it really well decorated, functional and clean. There are a lot of blinking lights during the night from the microwave, wifi router and so on. For a small apartment like this it makes a difference if you want to have a proper dark environment. For a long stay, you could leave some spare rubbish bags, as the containers are small and can become smelly from the food leftovers. A dishcloth in the kitchen would be nice. I needed to use napkins everytime I needed to dry my hands or anything in the kitchen.

• Catarina (8/5): Nice place to stay while visiting Milan - The apartment is very central and close to the main transports such as metro and tram. Although small, the apartment has everything you need for a small stay. The bed is confortable and overall the place is quite clean. The apartment provides a TV with access to national TV, youtube and netflix. There are supermarkets, restaurant and bakerys close to the apartment. Note for future visitors: the blinds for the window slide from the side, which in the beggining can be hard fo find. The AC takes a bit of time to start to work and you might need help from the provider to set it right. Not something that I did not like but more like a suggestion ' the address of the apartment should be more clear on the check in information. There is a simillar address in another part of the city which can lead you to be lost.

• Kathryn (8/5): Great location for the MICO conference centre. - Excellent location for the Milano conference centre - only a 15 minute walk. Fantastic coffee and pastry shops below the flat for breakfast Not much room around the bed.

• Anna (6/5): Very average, - The property was very clean and well located Good bathroom to take warm showers Way smaller than looks like in the photos; No heating system; The owner said there were free parking spots in front of the building and we could park there, it turns out that during all our stay, there was not a single time with free spots. We had to pay 50€ to park our car somewhere else
• Michaelac93 (8/5): Very good - Small but nice and cosy studio near to the subway. The location is pleasant and full of nice restaurants. The flat has everything what you need for short stay. It´s good for 1-2 persons. The check-in and check-out was smooth and quick. There is a lock box next to the door where you can pick and leave the keys. The communication with the host was okay, he was helpful when we had problem regarding heating in the room. Wi-Fi worked well and there is also the hair dryer. The flat was very cold (we were here in November) and the heating did not work well, so we were wearing a lot of clothes even during the sleeping. The host tried to help and we did everything what he wrote but it still did not work. The day before our check out came two times the cleaning lady who did not speak English, so it was hard to explain that she should come to clean another day - tomorrow, after our check out. It was little bit annoying, because she did not understand and still wanted to clean immediatelly. After our discussion, she apparently called the owners and did not come again. Otherwise everything was okay.
• Celine (4/5): Disappointing - Just an hotel room in an old residence building but without the service of an hotel room. Comfort is almost ok. but if you want some tea you have to bring your own pack. NO Service at all - waiting for an invoice since 4 weeks, ask them 5 times - no answer at all. Crappy service the restaurant just under the room you can't open the window even for 30sec without a greasy smell inside the whole room.

• Susie (9/5): Superb - This is a small but well appointed modernised apartment. It is located in a great area with many cafes, bars and restaurants. It is 5 min walk to the Metro and about 15 min walk to the conference centre.
• Hasith (7/5): Good - Great Location & the apartment was well equipped. The apartment was not very clean. Not sound proof. AC didn’t worked properly.
• Muath (6/5): its good place but i dont think i want to have it again - its small apartment but u have everything there, clean and a good WiFi there was cockroach, the apartment location was wrong and not clear, u could hear everything out side the room (street، neighbors), the AC was so BAD!!.

• Yevhenii (10/5): Great option to stay in quiet and comfort area - Cute, compact and comfort apartment with easy auto-check-in. Great and hot shower and functional kitchen. The apartment is in the quiet and comfortable area 2 min from the subway, and in 2 minutes walk from large supermarket called Esselunga also there is a big shopping mall CityLife and the subway station there. Morning coffee is also available at the very Italian and cute café Forno Cantoni which is in a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From Milano Centrale it took us 12-15 euro for taxi to the apartment

• Yuhang (10/5): Exceptional - Good position, very convenient to have a visit in Milano no matter through metro, railway and bus. Near to the road, it's a little bit noisy when a car goes by.
• Стефан (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a very commutative place. There is a metro nearby, as well as a tram stop to the Duomo. The apartment is extremely compact. Despite the small square footage, it has absolutely everything, all kinds of amenities, like a large apartment. There is a large supermarket near the apartment. I recommend it.

• Ivan (7/5): Good - I love the location. Very close to M station and Citylife congress venue. Very clean and good furniture. it has everything you need to stay. Some good restaurants are also very lose. Windows are missing curtaina or blinds as I like to sleep in proper dark room without light coming from street light. Bathroom is missing handle from inside the door. this should be put immediately as once you close the bathroom door it's really hard to go out.
