• Naira (8/5): Tres pratique - C’est un petit appartement très pratique, situé derrière la gare, avec tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur. Cependant, il convient au maximum à deux personnes. Je pense qu’il faudrait améliorer la qualité du couchage, en changeant l’endroit où l’on dort par quelque chose de meilleure qualité.

The 4th guest will get cold water for shower. 3) Euro 9.50 city tax on a guest per night is excessive for 4 guests staying for 2 nights expecially foreign guest coming from a country with big difference in currency exchange.

Check-in-ul și check-out-ul au fost foarte ușor, pe baza instructiunilor amanuntite primite de la proprietar, cu poze si video. A fost foarte bine ca am avut doaua randuri de perne ca sa putem alege. Este amplasat foarte aproape de Gara Centrală din Milano, lucru util deoarece noi nici nu a trebuit sa ajungem in centru orasului (il mai vazusem), am fost in trei excursii organizate, care au avut plecarea din apropierea garii. Oricum in apropiere erau stații de transport în comun. Bucătăria era bine utilată, in frigider am avut doua sticle de apă minerala, numai bune! Net-ul a functionat foarte bine, NETFLIX , la fel. Ne-am intoarce oricand sa locuim aici. Sotul meu ar fi apreciat daca exista si un deschizator de vin.

• Komal (6/5): 🙁 - The location was perfect No proper cleanliness . Bathroom in desperate need of renovation/repairs. Shower gel smelled rotten . Bed linens were torn and stained . No proper lights in bedroom . We stayed for 7 nights 2 adults 2 kids but were given only 3 toilet rolls and not one time change of towels or housekeeping . We have travelled over 35 countries in Europe and every apartment we stayed in had atleast one towel change and one time cleaning if stay is more than 3 days . We booked this apartment in November 2025 with a confirmed price and taxes but had to pay extra because tax increased after 1st Jan. When a customer pre books at a given price it’s very illogical to pay any price increase Cauz that’s not our fault right ! Overall other than the location nothing else is 4 start about it . We have stayed in much better 3 stars with better customer service . Being a booking.com members for the past 5 yrs this is my first negative review! This apartment is far from 4 stars sadly .

Ograniczony dostęp światła utrudnił wieczorne pakowanie i baliśmy się że coś zapomnimy. Gdyby udało się wstawić lampkę, która daje więcej światła to apartament byłby bezbłędny

• OLESYA (4/5): Una vergüenza... - Ubicación. Detalle de agua en la nevera y posibilidad de alojarse una hora antes del tiempo de check in. El apartamento es si esta bien, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza. Al entrar ya se siente un olor acido. La vajilla estaba sucia. Tuve que lavar todo lo que ibamos utilizar incluso el calentador de agua porque estaban en condiciones insalubles. La duche estaba sucia y oxidada, el gel de ducha y champu olian a podrido. No hay luz en el techo del dormitorio principal. Muchos alargadores de cables de electicidad por todos lado que no da mucha seguridad. Las sabanas no parecian frescas, ya que no estaban planchadas que nos pareció antihigiénico por la cantidad de personas que las utilizan. El colchón tiene un pozo en el medio que lo intentaron tapar con un topper que se forma las hondas en la cama. Las paredes parecen de cartón,ya que se eschucan los vecinos hasta cuando tocen o abren la puerta de algun armario. No volveré ni recomendaré

Por isso fica por conta do hóspede o trabalho de abrir e fechar o sofá/cama. Banheiro onde nada funciona direito: descarga sem força, ducha muito fraca, ducha higiênica pinga e alaga banheiro.

Studio idealne na krótki pobyt dla 2 osób , w mieszkaniu znajduje sie wszystko czego potrzeba na czas pobytu . Plusem.jest balkon , gdzie mozna wypic poranna kawe I zjesc sniadanie. Bardzo miły I pomocnƴ właściciel , polecam ten apartament !

• Sarah (7/5): Plutôt bien sans être trop exigeant - Propriétaire réactif et sympathique. Bonnes instructions pour trouver les clés et ouvrir les portes. Envoi d'un document Word avec les points d'intérêts et pratiques du coin (supermarché etc). Frigo et climatisation disponibles. Proche de la gare centrale, et d'une station de métro même si plus loin que Google maps ne le laisse penser. Néanmoins, très bien placé pour notre usage (juste 3h de visite de la ville le premier jour et ensuite un train à prendre tôt le matin à la gare Porta Garibaldi à 2 stations de métro). Café disponible et bouteilles d'eau pour notre arrivée. Malheureusement il n'est pas indiqué que l'ascenseur est accessible par des marches, compliqué pour ma mère âgée. On le découvre quand l'hôte nous envoie enfin les instructions, uniquement la veille de notre arrivée, pour moi qui ai besoin d'être organisée et de connaître les informations à l'avance c'est très stressant. Les photos du petit appartement sont prises à la lentille afin qu'il paraisse plus grand mais il est en réalité très petit, bien que fonctionnel. Il n'est pas du tout isolé. Nous entendions tout les bruits du couloir et tout les bruits de la rue, heureusement immeuble et rue sont quand même assez calmes sinon nous n'aurions pas dormi. Points d'amélioration cependant selon nous : - chasse d'eau des WC. Ce n'est pas une réelle chasse d'eau, juste de l'eau qui coule mais nettoie très mal. - le lit. Manifestement vieillot, grince au moindre mouvement donc nous réveille. - les oreillers. 2 supplémentaires ne seraient pas de trop. - la télé est trop basse. Même pour nous qui faisons 1m60 on se cognait dedans quand on devait passer avec le lit ouvert car l'espace est tout petit. - au contraire la vaisselle et le micro ondes sont trop haut, un petit escabeau à disposition serait très utile - nous avons du renoncer à nous servir du micro onde même sur la pointe des pieds, tellement il est sale. Vraiment vraiment très sale. - idem, très sale derrière la commode dans l'armoire (nous avons fait tomber quelque chose derrière et avons dû aller le récupérer au milieu de poussières horribles). - moisissures dans les coins de la porte de la douche.

• Julio (6/5): Buena ubicación pero mejor abre - Buena ubicación cerca de la estación central y de l metro. Está situado en una zona residencial. Las instrucciones de entrada son claras y precisas. Tiene un ascensor pequeño, aunque hay que salvar un tramo de escaleras para acceder a él. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario. La luz que entra por las ventanas y el ruido del aire acondicionado no nos dejaron descansar por las noches. El apartamento es moderno pero le falta algo de mantenimiento y limpieza en los armarios y debajo de las presillas.

• ioana carmen (10/5): - La consiglio vivamente, vicinissimo a tutto, arrivi dal aeroporto è in 5 minuti sei arrivato. Ti lascia tutto preparato per entrare in appartamento. Un palazzo molto tranquillo dopo lunghe giornate in giro arrivi la sera e puoi riposare tranquillamente. Vicino a Corso Buenos Aires, la metro Verde, Gialla e Rosa. Non ho niente da rimproverare.

The apartment was clean and very pleasant for two people to spend a few nights in, I would be extremely willing to stay again in the future. The room could be a little small for parties larger than two people, and the toilet was a little weak.

• Jack (1/5): The accomodations were the WORST I have seen in my 50 years of traveling to Europe! - Nothing! Best thing about this place was it was easy for the Uber to pick us up! We found the keys going in but the directions were not clear. The directions said that the elevator was on the ground level and it wasn't. We always ask for a lift because my wife has a mobility issue and in order to find it we had to climb up two flights of stairs (marble in the rain with luggage) The lift was too small for people and luggage and the directions to the room were vague. They totally misrepresented the size of the room in the Booking Ad, and the pictures were taken with a panorama lens that make the room seem larger! We exited the room immediatly and paid the owner for one night, even though we had to make arrangements in another hotel.
• Aurora (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy and clean and easy!! It was very fun to live there with my friends. It had elevator. And a good view as well!!!! The shower had a hint of urine scent sometimes.
• Rachele (5/5): Great locations made it overall good. Just a few easily fixed cons. - Prompt communication. Great location. Sushi restaurant outside front door. Clean overall. The lift was not easily accessible. We had 4 heavy luggages and the lift is over a few too many steps. thankfully my husband was able to lift them up but on my own it would have been impossible. The lift is very old so could only fit one at a time. This is only a practicality issue. The bathroom was clean but there was a bad smell, maybe it was the mop. Bedroom bed was sagging. When booking for a 4 persons stay the sofa bed should have already been opened and set up nicely. Instead we had to open it ourselves and that's not very clean, having to take out the pillows from inside the sofa storage. Also too many instructions, very long messages. For me it wasn't too bad as I am used to reading emails and things and i am precise like that, but not everyone is up for reading very long messages with lots of details of how to get in and codes, and instructions of all sorts.
• Apostolova (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, as we needed a place close to Central train station. What I didn’t like was that we had to check out at 10:00 o’clock in the morning, and exactly at 10:00 we were at the door putting our shoes, ready to leave. At that moment a men started ringing at the door, and he entered to look for some things for cleaning. This was a little rude, I believe he could wait exactly 1 minute until we put on our shoes!

• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - The host/landlord of this apartment is perfect. Very kind and ready to help you. The apartment is very clean, all towels are freshly washed, nice soap, shower gel, coffee machine. This apartment included even umbrellas for the case of rain. So it's perfect to stay for longer period of time. Very cosy and beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful view. Very close to railway station (Milano Centrale). We spent less than 10 minutes to get the location. We arrived late cause our flight was delayed a lot. So we had possibility to get the apartment even at midnight. You get key very easily yourself and enter your apartment to stay at (even at night). Location is quite peaceful and safe. The host even left us two bottles of water, it was pleasant and convenient because we arrived late and all supermarkets were closed already. So I highly recommend this place to stay! I wish we stayed longer! So the next time if we come to Milano, we will stay here for the longer time!

Piergiorgio, the host, was exceptionally attentive and caring, always checking to ensure everything was perfect and providing clear instructions for everything. It was a delightful experience staying here, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing accommodation near the central station.

• Elyse (8/5): Great low cost option nearby Milan Central Station - Convenient for what we were after, approx. 5 minute walk to Milan Central Station which made travelling really easy. Had small kitchenette with basic essentials and very clean. For the price we paid was good value for money. Very small. The bed is a pullout sofa, so if you want a place to sit you need to pack the bed away during the day and make it up again at night. Location was great if you're leaving Milan, but if you're staying in Milan to explore the city this wasn't a very interesting area. Not a lot going on in the area and we had to travel for restaurants/bars.
