• Dennis (10/5): Perfect 10/10 - It had a very nice lay out and was also spacious for a couple of two. If I’m ever in Milano i will definitely like to stay at this property again. The balcony/patio section was also very nice and spacious. Very clean property also which is the most important thing. Also very close to the Lancetti metro station which was very helpful The door for the bathroom was loose but it is an easy fix, so not a big issue. Apart from that everything else was perfect 🙂

Ho richiesto la disponibilità dei due letti nelle due camere differenti e mi è stato richiesto un pagamento supplementare di 10€ ma senza trovare il secondo letto predisposto

• Burçin (8/5): Memnun kaldık - Biz 3 gece konakladik. Merkezi bi yerde otobus duragi hemen evin onunde. Iletilen talimatlar ile eve cok rahat girdik. Ev biraz soguktu evde cok vakit gecirmedik sabah cikip aksam döndük. Mutfak kismina biraz daha fazla ihtiyac olucak seyler koyulabilir. Bir kahve fena olmazdi.

• Joanne (9/5): Superb - Apartment is big and spacious and very comfortable. Lovely terrace but weather was too hot to make the most of it. 😋. Aircon was great at temps of 32/33° outside and low of 25°ish during the night. The oven was our only problem. We tried every switch, button etc but no way to get it working. Instructions would be a good idea!!! Bus 92 outside door. Tram no.2 down the road and metro 5mins so fab for getting around. Get a 3 day ATM card for 15€ valid for bus, tram and metro. Highly recommend this place Oven and traffic noise in late evening but not a fault of apartment

• Diana (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious, close to public transport and shops, the area is ok. Everything you need you can find in the apartament(in the kitchen if you want to cook, in the bathroom, there is also a very generous balcony) Nothing to add here:)
• Anis (7/5): Good - Close to a train station and tramway to get to the center! The apartment was spacious, nice terrace but noisy. You can hear the tramway passing at night but was fine for us. Few things were missing and could make the place way better, and feel home for some days. Like coffee, oil, dishwasher soap, body shower gel. The heater in the bathroom can be cleaned or changed.
• Nadia (9/5): It was a nice experience - The apartment was huge but pretty dark inside, I thought that it would be bright instead, as there was a huge balcony. Huge balcony, but we didn’t use it, also the jacuzzi was in the bathroom but we didn’t use it also.

• Shanghai2233 (3/5): Poor - clean, spacious, providing what we need for sleeping and cooking. good location,easy transportation. flat owner ignore us . The turn off the heater it is so cold that We caught cold..They confused the address purposely that made A lot of troubles to us.
• Foteini (5/5): Passable - The place was very spacious and it was very warm. When we came for the check-in we were told to call on a number and the door would open. We called 5 times, as well as the customer support number (which was a different number) and none answered. We were able to get in after another resident opened the door and let us in. The wifi password that we were given was incorrect and we had to check it directly from the router. Also we forgot a piece of jewelry in the room at the checkout and i contacted the room to see if they could possibly sent it back to us but i have been ghosted by them. The room was not particularly clean and you could feel it on the floors. At the checkout we were requested to clean all the pots, pans and plates and this explains why the plates were a bit dirty from the previous residents and we had to clean everything again if we wanted to use it. To have a cleaning fee and not make sure that the dishes are properly cleaned is terrible. I wouldn't really recommend the place to anyone visiting as my friends found much better places for the same cost.

• Anastasia (9/5): Superb - Good and convenient location, clean apartment and spacious The stove wasn’t functioning, the walls were very dirty as were the bathtub jets. We couldn’t adjust the temperature at all leaving us cold for most of our stay.

• Panagiota (10/5): Exceptional - The location was very nice and the apartment itself great! Very clean, warm and comfortable. The balcony of the flat is really beautiful! The neighbourhood offers supermarkets and cafes and is very well connected to the rest of the city. The only thing on the negative side is, that upon our arrival, we were supposed to call a number, provided over the instructions we had received, in order to access the buidling. The call was never answered and we were lucky enough to meet randomly a tenant of the buidling who let us in the main entrance. We were then able to go to the floor and get the keys.

• Roxana (9/5): Great place to stay in Milan - Clean apartment, well equipped, safe neighbourhood, huge terrace, great location (the building is situated in front of the tram station), 20 minutes away from the city center. You are also close to bus station and it only takes 15 minutes bus travel to Milano Centrale (central station). Easy check in and check out (with a locker and passcode), fast communication with the staff (I used whatsapp). I definitely recommend the place and the price is great, in comparison with other places to stay in Milan. The temperature inside the apartment was around 20 celsius degrees with no possibility to turn the heater on (the heating is centralisez inside the building and there are some specific hours when the law allows to heat the building, as I understood from the staff), so was a little cold for us. However, the blanket on the bed keep you warm.

• Nini (8/5): overall it was very good. you can quickly reach any point of interest. tram number 2 takes you to ma - bus and tram station very close. Lidl was very close for shopping. Very large terrace, we could have a meal there. it would be nice if I had kitchen napkins. it's located on the main street and it's noisy, the windows don't soundproof very well. It didn't necessarily bother me, but it's worth mentioning.

So you don't have to waste time for going to the office or waiting for landlord. Really smart! 2. Great customer support. During our stay we get the issues and it got the reply how to fix it almost instantly. Great job! 3. Nice bed/pillows 4. Clean and cozy 5. Hot water always available 6. Speedy and stable (!) Wi-Fi which was crucial during my stay since we were working from home. 7. Nice location, close to the bus/tram/train station 8. Quiet neighborhood This section is my suggestions for improvement. 1 more pair of bath towels/bed linens for change when the existing ones are in washing machine. microwave curtain in the bathroom so that the floor won't be wet after you were using the shower
• Annmarie (10/5): Exceptional - Short bus ride to Central train station. Bus stop right infront of front door. Apartment was very comfortable and had all the commodities like ac. Pity we couldn't enjoy the lovely terrace because of the cold! We were 3 people. The sofa bed was not prepared as a bed and had to look around the apartment to try and find linen...which we did eventually.
