• Rachel (9/5): Great base for a very enjoyable stay. Very clean and comfortable. - Great and prompt communication with the host. Property was well equipped and very clean. Welcome drinks/snacks were much appreciated. Location of property is excellent. Very close to bars and restaurants on the canal. Easy access to the metro to explore Milan centre, lake como and get to and from the airport. The power of the water in the shower was very weak which meant showering and washing hair took a long time (which was odd because the water pressure at the sinks was very strong).

• RAUL (8/5): Sitio casi perfecto en Navigli - La cordialidad del anfitrión , la zona que es maravillosa y el apartamento que estaba en perfecto estado Pasan varias líneas de tranvías por delante del edificio lo que hace que cada vez que pase sea muy ruidoso.

• Peter (7/5): So für zwei Nächte ist Mailand eine Reise wert. - Die Lage ist super, nicht weit weg von der Metro und dem Navigli Quartier. In der Nacht war es sehr laut vom Partyvolk und am Morgen hörten wir die Trams quietschen. Weiter wurde auch mit viel Geklirre durch die Mühlabfuhr Glas entsorgt. Im Zimmer hatten wir leider immer wieder ein Geräusch, welches durch den Boiler verursacht wurde.

Auch wenn wir sie persönlich nicht getroffen haben, war sie stets erreichbar und hat vorausschauend von sich aus kommuniziert. Willkommensgetränke und snacks waren eine wunderbare Geste.

• Denitsa (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very kind and the place of the apartment is perfect. Very comfortable bed and nice view of the river. Close to the apartment we found nice restaurants. The center of the city was not so far a way.
• Eveline (10/5): Great experience - Great apartment, very clean, all facilities were there, everything we wanted and more: coffee pods, coffee for makineta, tea, soap etc. The owner was very nice and responsive. The entry gate is a bit low, bumped my head 🫣. A bit of noise from the tram, but didn't bother us.

Thanks to Pam and Davide for an efficient check in and check out. It was noisy, but you are right in the middle of all the nightlife. Thoughtfully the owners provide ear pads should you wish to settle in early.

The owners were extremely helpful with simple check in instructions, also available anytime with WhatsApp. My partner needed to see a doctor and they helped us straight away to get it sorted, taking away a lot of stress. • Anonymous (6/5): Property is good but in a very very busy street - The host was very kind and attentive to our arrival time. She provided us with snacks and water that helped us with our taking of the train the next morning in a rush. It was close to many restaurants and the train station IT was on a very busy street where you could hear the tram and people very late at night and early in the morning. It is not for light sleepers!

• Mildred (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent, very close to restaurants and metro. The host, Pamela, was great, very responsive, and communicated clearly on instructions. The place has everything that you'll need. Well thought of and has attention to details. Clean towels and crisp linens. Provided water, snacks, and a bottle of beer. The noise from outside (windows are not soundproofed), tram at the doorstep, people shouting and talking very loud, neighbors banging the doors in the middle of the night or at dawn. The bed was worn out, and pillows were flat and hard. Noises from the cistern tank and pipes when taking a shower or using the toilet.
