• Annie (9/5): - Very beautiful home and great location. Breakfast was off site but very close by. A less than 2 minute walk at a local cafe with great options. Parking on site in the city center is amazing as well. The parking/place was a little hard to find but once you knew what you were looking for it was very easy to access.

• Marion (8/5): - Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war reibungslos, unkompliziert und sehr nett. Es hat alles super geklappt. Das appartement ist mit viel liebe hergerichtet. Die Lage ist super, nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt und ca. 15min zu Fuss ist man beim Dom. Die Sauberkeit lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. An einigen Stellen war es sehr staubig umd wurde schon seit langem nicht mehr gepuzt. Oberflächlich aber sauber. Die Dusche war absolute katastrophe, gar kein Wasserdruck vorhanden und nur ein Rinsal. Die Temperatur liess sich überhaupt nicht einstellen und sprang von kochendheiss auf eisskalt. Hauptsächli eisskalt.

• Ashleigh (10/5): 10/10 Milan accomodation - This property was one of our favourites for the whole trip, giving that authentic Italian lifestyle vibe. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve stayed in for all my travelling. All amenities such as washing machine, air conditioning and great shower pressure / temperature made the trip that much more enjoyable. When we would have the air conditioning on at the same time as the washing machine it would trip the power out, however with the fast assistance from the property manager we were shown how to get that fixed straight away.

De lekkere ontbijtjes gebracht door het cafetaria op de hoek, de croissants zijn heerlijk! Het appartement is centraal gelegen en het is een half uurtje lopen naar de Duomo De matrassen zijn top, goed geslapen En natuurlijk zijn we geweldig geholpen met een extra nacht in een appartement dichtbij vanwege onze vlucht die gecancelled werd. • chiara (6/5): - the location is great, very central and easy to find. the flat is nice, well furnished and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and there all are the basic necessities. Very small and cozy, the bed upstairs is quite romantic if you are looking for a nice mood. On the first morning we realized that the shower water came out super hot and super cold alternatively, not pleasant. we wrote them and they just said they would look into it. no additional action or apology. the flat is super small. and you can hear anything that goes on in the bathroom, and in the apartment above. Not ideal unless you are traveling with someone who you are super comfortable with. the passage from the stairs to the flat is super narrow, so not ideal if you have a big luggage (we didn't and still had to walk sideways.)

Pobliska stacja metra to idealne wyjście do całego Mediolanu, a dzięki położeniu na krańcu centrum było w miarę cicho i spokojnie. Kontakt z obsługą trochę słaby. Jednak bardziej doceniam face to face niż kontakt przez Whatsapp.

• Linda (8/5): Good place to stay, comfortable enough and good location for walking the sites of Milan. If you want to visit sites in t - The building was old and quaint, with good security . Stairs to the 2 nd floor apartment and great directions from the host. Delicious coffee and croissant each morning included. Bed was in a loft with steep stairs if that is an issue for you, it was fine for us. Bathroom was nice. Prefer more windows but that is not the fault of the host or owner, just the way the property is!

• Divyansh (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and cozy apartment, well equipped with all appliances No elevator access to the apartment made it a little difficult to carry the suitcases to the first floor
• Weiyu (9/5): Good value and location, comfortable stay! - Location is pretty good. Off the central area, but not too far. 4 train stops to Duomo. Lots of options within a couple of minutes walk to restaurants or cafes, supermarkets, and the train station is only a couple of minutes away. The host, Marco, was very communicative and pro-active on whatsapp. Take note its a loft, and climbing up and down the stairs can be difficult if you have mobility challlenges. Aside from that though, place is clean, well-kept, neighbours are quite quiet. I had a very comfortable stay!
• Raschelle (4/5): Disappointing - We loved the location. The property was safe and secure and easy to find. The host was most helpful and very kind. We appreciated all Marco's help. You couldnt use the the washer/dryer without blowing all the circuits in the entire place. The espresso machine was broken and you had to hold the cup underneath otherwise it would spill on the floor. The hideabed did not have linens or blankets to use. The stairs in the apartment are very steep and narrow.

• Iason (6/5): Pleasant - The owner is polite, helpful and happy to assist. Since we arrived late (around 11pm), we experienced some trouble locating the place. We made a couple of circles around but weren't able to find it. This, combined with the fact that we felt a bit insecure about the building (i.e. in order to arrive to the apartment you have to walk through the building's backyard and ascend a couple of stairs, while the owner informed us that the apartment's door is open with the keys inside) led us decide to book another place to stay for the night (we were also carrying heavy luggage). We decided not to request a refund since it was also our fault not to arrive on time and most importantly not to ask for more information from the owner.
• Yuying (8/5): A good stay but not exceptional. - Modern decorated flat. Spacious and great for couple. Well equipped, full selection of utensils. True to picture. Clean and comfy. I’ll say it’s a comfortable stay overall. Easy to walk around Milan, close to transportation. 1. Parking is very expensive (I don’t know if that’s the case for all Milan accommodations). 22€ per natural day, not every 24 hours. We stayed for 2 nights, basically we need to pay for 3*22€ because it’s 3 days. In the end we just chose street parking. 2. Shower water turns to cold, and then switch back to warm every 5min. 3. Breakfast includes 2 cockies, 2 juices, 1 pie for two people, two nights. Where I’m from I call that complementary dessert. 4. There’s a coffee machine, there’re pods. But the pods don’t fit the machine.

• Jacques (10/5): Super boost for our Italy tour - In the middle of our Italian holiday my reservation in Milan was cancelled, so I had to find something else at very short notice; problem! By accident I found Eva's apartment near Porta Romana... that was a very happy accident! A beautiful and cozy place in a courtyard full of plants, less than 100 m from the metro station. Inside there was everything you could wish for in a holiday accommodation, plus plus plus. Fast WiFi, fast washing machine, the softest bed in Lombardy, and a fragrant fruit cake was waiting for us. Did I mention that every morning a different sweet young lady delivered us a delicious breakfast? Note: people taller than 2 m must be careful not to bump their heads in the bedroom.

Also, the owner was very friendly and quick to reply to any of our queries. I would highly recommend! I would definitely stay here again on another visit to Milan. • V.i.p (8/5): Nice apartment in Milano - The contact person was kind and helpful although during our stay we didnt see anyone of the staff..The room was cozy and in good quiet location near the metro station. During our stay there were some electrical problems in the washing machine and in the AC unit. They made some noises where we couldnt sleep well some times, not all the time, until i contacted the staff and we temporarily solved them and i mentioned him what to fix and i am sure he will fix everything for the next guests. At the end this wasnt so big deal and we enjoyed our holiday to the max. The reservation i made was Breakfast included in the price. For breakfast the room had inside only coffee tablets and peach juice in bottle.
