• Jennifer (6/5): Good use of kitchen area and appliances and we liked the location. - I liked the location as it was right by the metro which is only a few stops to the duomo. Plus a 20 minute walk from the central station after we flew into malpensa. I didn’t like there was no view out the windows; you could open the windows but there were dark shutters over them in which you cannot see out. I didn’t like that we had to send images of our passports and a selfie before the stay and only 12 hours before will the owner send you the details of the stay. You had to use your mobile to get the link to to enter the building and it buzzes you in. There was information sent about checking in and out but no written details about what apartment number this was or what floor this was on. We tried to contact the owner with no response - it was a chat bot and no direct number to call. Secondly, we were aware it was 10 pm however no contact the next day to help with our concerns.

• Gianfranchi (1/5): Non ci siamo!!! - La posizione in cui si trova è abbastanza comodo Pulizia inesistente, capelli ovunque, abbiamo prenotato per 4 e pagato 4 quote per poi ritrovarci con un solo asciugamano in un bagno che chiamarlo tale è un complimento, lavandino intasato inutilizzabile, doccia da film horror, porta del bagno rotta, utensili da cucina sporchi, finestra della sala con maniglia rotta che ho dovuto ripare personalmente con un coltello altrimenti non si sarebbe chiusa... Siamo persone che non abbiamo grosse esigenze ma per lo meno le basi le pretendiamo!!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Alzata la tavoletta era pieno di macchie gialle, il tasto per lo sciawione si staccava. Le lenzuola erano macchiate e alcuni asciugamani ingialliti.

• Alan (1/5): Estafa - El alojamiento es pésimo , yo y mi amigo llegamos al sitio gracias a la ubicación, cuando llegamos no había ningún cartel , sonó un edificio y ninguna instrucción visible , una señora que vivía ahí nos dejó pasar con ella , después de 30 min llamando y sin respuestas encontramos un piso con un letrero suyo , entramos , seguimos llamando para que nos dieran las llaves y sin respuesta . Un señor que vivía allí nos dijo que era muy habitual , que no éramos los primeros . Después de un buen rato nos envían un mensaje diciendo que como no tenías 25 años que nos dejaban en la calle cuando en ningún momento vimos nada que dijera que no se podía reservar si no tenías 25 años , tengo capturas de todo , después de todo esto tuvimos que buscar un hotel nuevo .En definitiva , una estafa , un servicio pésimo , una gestión nefasta y unos impresentables , booking no ayudó en ningún momento y a día de hoy sigo pensando en tomar medidas legales tanto para booking como para el hotel No me gustó nada , unos estafadores

Grazie a questi individui che con il più totale menefreghismo vi ignorano al momento del check-in ed inoltre non rispondono a nessuno recapito telefonico anche in momenti di emergenza, abbiamo perso la validità dei biglietti per il Teatro della Scala, motivo per cui eravamo venuti! Il Karma senz'altro ricambierà e vi farà spendere tutti i soldi di cui vi appropriate senza che svolgiate il servizio per cui le persone pagano.

• Arkadii (1/5): This is terrible! - This is terrible. We stayed in this room for two days. The kids accidentally turned off the router when leaving the apartment, and when we returned from our walk, we couldn't get into the room. For a while, we couldn't get into the building, then into the apartment. We sat outside the door for two hours, texting all the apartment's contacts, but no one answered. All our things were left inside, and we were helpless. Thank goodness, we found good people who helped us open the door. I don't recommend this company to anyone, as anyone could end up in a similar situation, and the staff won't help you at all. This is terrible!

• Giulia (3/5): Portatevi i tappi per le orecchie e un doccino universale per docciarti - La posizione sicuramente comoda, vicino a metro e zona Sondrio/Gioia Partiamo dal presupposto che 9,50€ di tassa di soggiorno a persona per una notte la reputo assurdo, ogni struttura a Milano fa prezzi a sentimento… Innanzitutto le foto dell’appartamento, per lo meno questo, non corrispondevano alle foto dell’annuncio e già qui partiamo malissimo Poi che dire l’appartamento ha anche del potenziale, ma poco curato: doccia pessima e senza doccino, tapparelle rotte che non si chiudono, odore di fumo nelle pareti, mensole pericolanti, letto che cigola ad ogni spostamento (era meglio un materasso in terra), ma sopratutto pareti fatte di carta ed infissi vecchi.. una notte da incubo, era un soggiorno di lavoro e serviva riposo non caos, non tram, moto e vicini che alle 5.30 del mattino discutono urlando e battendo sulle pareti Per la modifica cifra di 75€+tassa, in altre città si dorme in 4 stelle, spenderli così per non riposare e sperare di non finire in qualche bettola lo trovo assurdo, ma questo è un problema insito nella città che per un monolocale/bilocale si paga quasi 1300€

No tenía microondas ni tampoco nos lo pudieron conseguir , se ve que son caros (ironía) . La ducha tampoco tenía la “alcachofa” , así que el agua salía a chorro … también sé ve que son caras (ironía)

Faltaban muchísimas cosas, electrodomésticos rotos, la ventana no cerraba, y estaba rota. Pasamos frío toda la noche. El secador no funcionaba. La ducha no tenía alcachofa. El olor del apartamento era horrible.

Non esiste alcuna indicazione per il WiFi (che pertanto non abbiamo potuto utilizzare). Solo un telo viso + 2 teli doccia da condividere per due ospiti (mancava un telo viso e 2 due bidet). La camera non era pulitissima al nostro arrivo. Mancavano strofinacci nella cucina. Pavimento un po' dissestato.

• Amarildo (1/5): - Very bad and disappointing experience. We paid for our reservation, but the hotel never replied to our messages. When we arrived at the hotel, no one opened the door and there was no staff available to assist us. We were left outside in the cold, without any explanation or support. Despite this, the payment was still taken from our card, even though we never entered the hotel and received no service at all. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility toward guests. I do not recommend this hotel. Be very careful with reservations, as you may end up paying and being left outside.

The rooms were not very clean and there were very few amenities. We found water in the bathroom — hot water was leaking and it flooded into the room. The entire room was wet. Because of this, we could not stay there with our children. We only remained in the room for about an hour before leaving. It was also extremely noisy outside. Someone eventually came and shut off the water supply, but then there was no water at all in the room, so we couldn’t shower or do anything. I kindly request a refund, as this was a very bad experience.

Y creerme si os digo que la misma vecina que vive ahí del apartamento me confirmó que les ha pasado a muchísimas personas que terminan durmiendo en la escalera por estafa porque parece ser que es la misma estafa la que hacen a todos.

The listing promised a clean, bright apartment and stated that children were welcome — this was completely false. The shower was broken (just a pipe without a showerhead), the kitchen sink could not be used because the water poured directly onto the floor, and everything inside was old, damaged, and dirty. There were ants in the apartment, no proper ventilation, and the windows could not even be opened. We paid the full amount before arrival. Only one day before check-in we received instructions, and after completing the check-in process, we were suddenly told that children were not allowed and that guests must be at least 25 years old. This crucial information was never provided before payment. When we called the contact number, they hung up every time. We were not allowed to enter and were left on the street with my children (18 and 13 years old). I had to book another hotel at my own expense. Only later that day did they provide access — but only for one adult, which is absurd. This was pure fraud and a complete violation of the booking conditions. We demand a full refund and strongly advise others not to book this property.

В ванной грязная шторка, поломанной душ, шатающийся унитаз. Телевизор вы не включите, потому что в пульте нет батареек. Зато большими буквами написано, что за оставление грязной посуду штраф. Чудесным образом мы миновали тех проблем, с которыми столкнулись другие туристы. Если бы прочитала отзывы перед бронированием, то ни в коем случае бы не рискнул арендовать эти апартаменты. Но бронировала спонтанно, поэтому и говорю, что это чудо, что мы не остались на улице, как те люди, которые ломились во втрой вечер в дверь, потому что у них также были забронированы эти апартаменты.

• Luz Del Alba (1/5): Super slecht - Niets Vooral dat het personeel super onvriendelijk was en heel onbeschoft aan de telefoon. Helemaal niet behulpzaam. Liet ons voor de deur wetende dat wij niet wisten hoe binnen te gaan en na 22h nam niemand meer de telefoon op!

• P. (4/5): Una hora y media de espera - La ubicación es muy buena. Esta muy céntrico y cerca a la estación central. La comunicación con el propietario fue horrible. Nos enviaron los mismos datos de acceso a nosotros y a otra familia para un apartamento que ya estaba ocupado. Tuve que llamar constantemente a Booking para que me lo solucionará. Perdimos una hora y media del viaje para solucionar esto. El apartamento tiene los muebles rotos y el agua caliente de la ducha dura 5 min.
• Pablo James (2/5): Una auténtica broma de reserva - Que al menos teníamos un sitio donde dormir. Que hasta el mismo día no sabíamos si íbamos a tener Bastantes cosas. Para empezar las instalaciones, no tenían nada que ver con las fotos. Una habitación en un "sotano", sin luz natural, suelo de baldosa, sin wifi (que nos mandaron como que si había, puertas rotas, armario totalmente roto, sin cama de matrimonio que era lo que habíamos cogido, sin calefacción, solo una estufita que calentaba de aquella manera... Podría estar así mucho rato escribiendo. Luego la comunicación con los encargados de hacer el check-in, hasta el punto de que el ni propio Booking era capaz de contactar con ellos. Check-in hecho y constantemente llegándonos avisos de volver hacerlo (teniendo que pagar la tasa correspondiente) y sin la confirmación de que estaba todo bien hecho hasta 2 horas antes de poder acceder a la habitación. Vamos... Algo totalmente lamentable en todos los sentidos. Muy decepcionados con el servicio que se nos dió.

The check-in instructions were wrong (the links did not work, and the app only gave us access to the main building, not the apartment). I could never enter the apartment. I stayed almost two hours at the door, called the hosts many times, sent emails, and wrote on WhatsApp to the virtual assistant, but even today (4 days later) I have not received any reply. In the end, I had to pay for another accommodation and go there to sleep. I am asking for a full refund, because I followed all the required steps (I completed the online check-in and paid the tourist tax)

Но в день заезда нам пришел отказ, без возможности вернуть нам деньги!!! Только когда мы позвонили в службу поддержки они разрешили нам заехать !!! Это было в 20:07 ! Мы даже не смогли попасть в эту гостиницу, так как администратор был до 20:00. На то время вы уже поселились в другой квартире!!!!

• Campo (1/5): No reserven aquí - Estuve 30 minutos para poder encontrar la llave ya que el anfitrión no lo facilita y tampoco te dice que planta y número de piso es, después de descubrir donde estaba la llave, tuve que intentar abrir otras puertas hasta encontrar la mía, al abrir la puerta me encontré con el piso super sucio y mal oliente, había alguna toalla tirada en el suelo, zapatos por el medio , la cocina llena de platos sucios y la cama muy desordenada, y con mis dos hijos de 3 años y 6 años no pensaba quedarme en ese sitio, he tenido que buscarme otro alojamiento a las 12pm de la noche mientras llovía, totalmente inaceptable, este usuario no debería estar en esta plataforma

• pietro (1/5): Peggio non si può.... - Nulla Doccia senza soffione, forno senza manopola, piano cottura sporco, cassetti senza pomelli, telecomando tv non funzionante, rete del letto cigolante senza contare che dopo errore dello staff telefonico mi è stato dato un alloggio diverso e più piccolo. Nessuna assistenza e non rispondono alle mail. Terribile.

Historia jest długa i przerażająca ale muszę ją napisać , żeby ostrzec każdego turystę przed tym miejscem. Podróżowaliśmy z dziećmi 8 i 5 lat z bagażami z Polski. Tego dnia Padał deszcz ciągle.Dotarlismy około godziny 10:00 Napisalismy do obiektu czy możemy zostawiać bagaże . Sztuczny bot odpisał, że jest możliwe po dokonaniu dodatkowej opłaty 20€ . Zrobiliśmy przelew z potwierdzeniem. Niestety nic to nie dało. Bot wysyłał link z instrukcją otwarcia drzwi ale niestety link nie działał , dodatkowo było napisane ,że link jest usunięty przez nadawcę. Był podany nr tel Whatsapp ale nikt nie odbierał . Dzwoniliśmy tam przez 7 godzin i nic. Staliśmy tam 7 godzin i próbowaliśmy się skontaktować z gospodarzem który nie odbierał telefonu ani nie odpisywał. W deszczu i z 7 bgażami poszliśmy na miasto coś zjeść. Gdy wróciliśmy o 15 z nadzieją wejścia o godzinie rozpoczynającej dobę hotelową okazało się że nadal nie możemy dostać się do pokoju . Gospodarz nadal nie odbierał telefonu. O godzinie 17 mieliśmy wykupioną atrakcję wejścia na dach katedry Duomo. Niestety nie mogliśmy tam pojechać z walizkami bo jest zakaz wchodzenia z bagażami , poza tym byliśmy już tak zmęczeni i sfrustrowani sytuacją że nie mieliśmy sił na nic. Wycieczka i pieniądze za nią nam przepadły. Po 7 godzinach stania pod obiekt zrezygnowaliśmy i kupiliśmy nowy hotel na booking . Gospodarz nadal nie odpisywał a link nie działał . Okazało się ,że w opiniach jest mnóstwo takich samych historii związanych z tym obiektem i nie byliśmy pierwsi. Naprawdę jeśli nie chcecie mieć kłopotów i zmarnowanego dnia unikajcie tego miejsca. To jakaś masakra i dramat. Pierwszy raz napotkaliśmy taką sytuację a naprawdę spaliśmy w wielu hotelach. Jesteśmy na etapie sporu między gospodarzem a booking. Mamy nadzieję, że uda nam się odzyskać pieniądze za pokój , opłatę miejską opłaconą z góry oraz dodatkowe 20 EU. Brak słów!! Brak słów!! :'((((((
