• Javier (5/5): - Lugar cómodo, tranquilo, que tenga cocina suma!! Pleno año 2026 que un apartamento no tenga WiFi le resta muchos puntos, no había una escoba para barrer, la ducha muy chica, incomoda, cosas a mejorar

• Marzia (8/5): Struttura tranquilla a 15 minuti a piedi dal Fabrique. - Posizione vicino al Fabrique, che era il motivo principale della scelta. Struttura pulita e confortevole in un contesto residenziale tranquillo. Nulla.

• ROSARIO (8/5): un piacevole soggiorno, resta il ricordo di una sorta d'intimiità rimasta accantonata nella mente.! - mah..non ci sono fattori da valutare che fanno la differenza, nientemeno è una casa comoda e ben esposta per linea geografica d'interesse, servizi ecc..non manca niente. mah..notavo dei pannelli riflettenti tra i termosifoni atti a riflettere calore al soggiorno, ma chissà per quale legge arcana il caldo continuava a disperdersi nel muro lasciando in balia di uno scarso tepore.! proporrei richiedere magari un approccio combinato alla presenza di un tecnico.! per il resto l'appartamento era accogliente e ben intonato, qualche trascurabile punto debole là dove scelgo di essere accomodante quando prevale quel pregevole valore aggiunto di un'atmosfera rilassante.!

• Rawan (10/5): - The property was better than I expected. It was clean, and beautiful. We were three people, and there was space to move around, sleep comfortably, and relax. The bathroom was big, the beds were comfortable, and everything was well arranged. It’s perfect for tourists. The place also felt very secure and safe, and it’s conveniently located close to the tram station. One small thing, there was hot water, but I’m not sure if it would be enough for three consecutive showers. That said, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. • Yolanda Mondourrey (4/5): Alojamiento poco cuidado - La atención del propietario. Las sábanas, sobre todo las almohadas olían como a humedad y a usadas, poco limpias. Los utensilios de cocina estaban muy sucios, la campana extractora no funcionaba, la cadena de la cisterna había que apretarla mucho porque sino caía el agua constantemente, de hecho había un cartel que se avisaba. Bloque con vecinos ruidosos y cuando tiran de la cadena revoca el agua en la bañera y el bidé de la vivienda.

• Padma Lata (2/5): Property not fair to stay - Supermarket is nearby and tram station I booked for three nights and arrived with my old parents. The keys handover was very problematic and the owner don't know English so difficult to communicate. There was no bedroom door not even a curtain and it's very difficult for the ladies to change clothes as it's visible from the window who go towards the stairs. The toilet flush not in good condition, water leakage. WIFI mentioned but no WIFI. Property tax not mentioned during booking but the owner demanded later for 57 euros which is not fair. Check out time is until 12 PM but he demanded to leave early because of other guests. There is no dishwasher. Very far to station, 40 minutes it takes. With this price per night one can book good hotels near to station.

• Zoé (7/5): Good for a few nights for 2 people - The apartment is easy to access, not too far from a tram station but a 30min ride to the center. Beds were ok. Communication with the host was quite good. We spent a good stay there. Facilities were good but it wasn't super clean everywhere. Dust in the corners and near the bed. Bathroom needs a little bit more attention :)

Small supermarked around the corner, and a major supermarked within easy walking distance. Great base to explore Milan from. Just require google translate to communicate with host if like us unable to speak Italian. Nothing to dislike, we were very happy there

• Keren (8/5): great location to see different areas of Milan rather than just the central area - great location for seeing Milan it was a little cluttered but fine for our short stay
• Larisa (7/5): Good - The apartament is situated in a private complex. We had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. There is a direct tram line to the city center and a train station very close. The owner is very gentle and helpful. Easy check-out process. The cleaning could have been better.
• Gauri (8/5): No heating, no WiFi but has everything else - The house is so well maintained with all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom with a washing machine, TV and a work desk. It has everything to make a comfortable stay in B&B as you would in your own house There is no WiFi and no heater. These are major and necessary amenities. I gave it 8/10 because of these 2 missing factors. It was 6 degrees when we were there but no heating made it very uncomfortable. The key collection process was also a bit troublesome. We only knew the building address, not the actual house number so it was difficult contacting the host when we reached there. The host is a lovely guy, but communication before we arrived was missing and my phone decided the same time to die so it was difficult to buzz the house number since we didn't have the details.
• Cmcorina (10/5): Nice, cozy apartment - * Nice, clean apartment with direct tram line to the city center (line 27) * There is a supermarket nearby with great prices and a wide variety of products * The host was great, hospitable * The area is quiet, neighbours were respectful * Heating - the heating comes from a centralised heating power plant (or something similar) and we only received heating in the morning and was a bit cold in the night. It's not the host fault, we understood the situation. The apartment had blankets that we could use and everything was alright.

• Peter (9/5): Well worth it, plenty of local amenities and easy trans[port to centre of Milan. - It was not advertised with breakfast which was OK. The location is very good, a few metres from a tram stop that takes you directly to the centre of Milan , very close to The Duomo.
