• Alejo Emiliano (1/5): Desagradable. - Desagradable, lo recibí todo sucio, olor feo, piletas y duchas tapadas con pelo. Avise que iba con mascotas y cuando salimos del departamento me quería cobrar por los pelos que había en una sábana. Si reciben mascotas no tendrían que molestarse por los pelos. Se ve que no lavan las sábanas, las sacuden y las vuelven a poner. Horrible. Desagradable, lo recibí todo sucio, olor feo, piletas y duchas tapadas con pelo. Avise que iba con mascotas y cuando salimos del departamento me quería cobrar por los pelos que había en una sábana. Si reciben mascotas no tendrían que molestarse por los pelos. Se ve que no lavan las sábanas, las sacuden y las vuelven a poner. Horrible.

• Denys (3/5): - I would not recommend wasting your time with this place. The owner was completely unresponsive, which made us nervous enough to call support — and that was a real hassle. Ultimately, the owner sent unclear check-in instructions, and the photos in the listing were outdated. On top of that, it was not so clean, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the drain was clogged, and the window would not close, what making the apartment freezing. The area doesn't feel very safe, though the only plus is its proximity to the Metro station. I strongly advise against staying here, primarily due to the terrible communication. • Andreas (5/5): Für eine Nacht ok, aber ich würde es nicht mehr buchen. - Ausstattung ist ok, Appartment ist sauber. Kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bar befinden sich direkt vor dem Eingang. 10 Euro PRO STUNDE(!) für Check In vor 15:00 oder Check Out nach 10:00 habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das ist schon frech. Die Lage ist auch nicht gerade die Beste. Die Umgebung wirkt sehr heruntergekommen und ich hatte das fragwürdige Vergnügen, bis spät in die Nacht die ausdauernden Telefongespräche des Nachbarn mit anhören zu müssen. Dazu kann die Parkplatzsuche in den Abendstunden zu einer echten Herausforderung werden.
• Matvii (6/5): Everything was fine except for a strange misunderstanding with the landlord. - During the high season, the price was average compared to the market, relative proximity to the metro station, and the presence of a McDonald's opposite the apartment, which is open 24/7 The host said that shower gel and shampoo would be provided, but there was none in the apartment, so we had to buy them ourselves. The toilet in the apartment doesn't flush well and the window in the bathroom is broken, so it's impossible to close it at night, which is a bit scary considering the apartment is on the first floor. After we checked out, the host started sending messages saying that we were required to take out the trash, wash the floors, and clean the dishes — basically to clean the entire apartment. This is the first time I have encountered such requirements after many years of using Booking.

• Tatsiana (9/5): - Чистые и большие апартаменты. Удобное, понятное заселение. Остановка метро/автобуса/автостанция 6 минут, очень удобно. Вход в квартиру находится напротив лифта, будет слышно соседей. Душ требует ремонта, протекает. В пешей доступности нет нормального магазина, только лавки.

• Fernando (9/5): Superb - The flat is super clean and spacious. Gianluca is a nice and available guest - instructions to arrive to apartment are easy to follow. Everything went well. For me the location was perfect, right next to the bus station. But I understand that who is visiting Milan might not be the most central location - but it is a 15min metro ride until center.

• Brian (8/5): Overall a pleasant overnight stay in a Milan apartment - The instructions to get in the apartment were clear. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of facilities, such as for cooking. It's about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The key was a bit fiddly in the lock, it often took me a few minutes to lock and unlock the door. By the time I left the apartment in the morning I had just about worked out how to open the door.

• Alexandra (8/5): A really nice stay - The place is really nice for travelling. It has everything you need regardless of how long or short your trip is. For a longer trip there's even a washing machine and iron as well as cleaning supplies to upkeep the room. The room is nicely heated if you're travelling during colder months so you won't have to worry about being cold during your stay there. A plus is that you don't depend on schedules for your meals and you can come and go as you please. . The walls are incredibly thin and every small noise can be heard even late at night. So it makes it a bit difficult if you're a light sleeper. But if you're a deep sleeper then you won't have any troubles with resting well.
• Zoryana (3/5): NOT RECCOMEND!!!! - The flat is good equipped and clean. Everything began with not pleasant conversation with an owner. He was very ill-mannered and rude in his messages. He is completely ignorant of communication and ways to pay the city tax. The area where the apartment is located spoils the whole impression of Milan. I recommend paying a couple of euros extra and finding another accommodation.

• Diaa (8/5): Living up to the 'you get what you pay for' adage - Overall, it was a decent experience. 7 minutes' walk from San Donato metro station, and the price was affordable. The studio was clean and well-maintained, but the amenities were basic. The check-in process was smooth, and nd communication with the host was excellent. It's a good option for budget travelers looking for a simple place to stay. 40 minutes' journey from downtown, the neighborhood is old and somewhat impoverished, occasionally noisy at night, but nonetheless, very safe
