• Ed (10/5): Location, location, location. - Very charming clean and beautifully renovated apartment right on the canal in the heart of Navigli. Very unique and wonderful “hidden”kitchen area and large shower. Although located right on the canal convenient to endless restaurant choices, the apartment is rear facing so you are not exposed to any of the noise. Charming courtyard once you are inside the entrance of the building. Yes, there are stairs, but you only have to take your luggage up once and the climb is worth it! My wife and I had caffe Americano and ham and cheese croissants every morning at a wonderful little cafe just 50 feet from the apartment. Also convenient to the M and trams so easy to get to anywhere in the city. Our host was very attentive and helpful. Made sure that we had everything that we needed. We will certainly stay there again during future visits to Milan. Might not be a choice for anyone who would have difficulty climbing stairs but my wife and I are in our mid-60’s and had no problems. For us, the walk up to the apartment in the open courtyard with all of the plants and wrought iron railings made us feel like we were true residents in Milan!

• Urs (10/5): Mein Top-Favorit in Milano - In der Tat ein «very lovely Place»! Tolle und grosszüge Wohnung an bester Lage im Navigli und trotz dem Trubel im Quartier sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist prima - es fehlt an nichts.

• Carmel (7/5): Good location in Milan - Very good location close to lots of bars and restaurants and also the metro station was close by. Beds were pretty comfortable. Nice decor. General cleanliness perhaps could be improved--didn't actually use the kitchen area but noticed slops and splashes on the front of the presses. The lighting in the bathroom was a bit poor. The air con was not very good and the main reason I booked was for air con as it was very hot weather. We really felt very little of air con benefit during the daytime even though it was turned on. So the apartment was too hot if we went back during the day.

Když můžu doporučit noblesnější restauraci ne jenom na pizzu a aperol tak se stavte na protější straně restaurace “OFFICINA 12 “ Super prostředí, nádherná kuchyň .Byt udělán v moderním stylu! Vybaveni super! Byt opravdu je tmavší, chtělo by to drobnější úpravy, třeba jako koupelna výměna těsnění a tak …a úklid !!!!! dát víc se záležet ! Koupelna, vnitřky kuchyně a tak …houbička na nádobí zažila svoje … dávkovač na mýdlo rozbitý … jsou to maličkosti ale pokud jste zvyklý na fungující systém tak Vám to bude vadit …

The host was really sweet and ensured that we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better location - it is right next to the canal and all the bars/ restaurants but also felt safe and quiet once you were inside. Honestly loved the property, a full length mirror would have been great though.

• Marias (10/5): Wonderful space in a unique area! - The apartment has a great feeling of being in a traditional Italian apartment building. The inside stairs, the beautiful flowers, plants, colors, and vibe. The inside is spacious, modern and has great air conditioning. So it's very comfortable to stay for a family. Location is fantastic 😍 in the middle of it all. We really liked it. However it is important to mention that if there are people with mobility issues, or strollers/wheelchair this property is not suitable.

• Lisa (10/5): Beautiful apartment, excellent location! - You could not beat the location, right on the canal above an interior courtyard. It was very quiet, you could hear no noise from the hustle and bustle of the street. The apartment was very thoughtfully and artistically designed and although there were 3 of us, we did not feel cramped in the space. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Great communication and responsiveness from the host. The bathroom was very beautiful but a little dimly lit.

Our host was amazing. Super helpful with suggestions on places to check out, and any issues we had were fixed in a snap. She made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

• Helen (1/5): The worst customer experience in 15 months. - Clean and tidy If I could give this flat a zero, I would. We’ve been travelling for 15 months and this was BY FAR THE WORST customer experience we’ve had staying in around 50-60 hotels. The main problem is the four flights of stairs and the 50 insecure steps taken to reach the apartment. See top floor picture. If we had known that beforehand we could have made a decision and, Yes, we did ask carefully before about stairs and were told “some” (not over 50 - see picture). The owner was most unhelpful, unsympathetic to my wife who has difficulty with climbing stairs, meaning that we were housebound a lot of the time, and missed out on seeing Milano. It is a higher floor than seen on the pictures, due to an extension unseen behind the picture of the frontage. The owner let us down badly - and we also remember the many thousands spent booking accommodation over the last 10 years. I would avoid this place and save yourself the stress and unpleasantness.
• Marja-riitta (10/5): Apartment, hosts as well as relaxed athmosphere in Navigli made our stay perfect! - Location is perfect in the middle of bohemian and trendy Navigli area. Even though there were lots of people and bars just right on the street the apartment is totally silent. Hosts are really kind and very helpful. Tram is only few minutes away and restaurants and cafeterias right on the street when you get out. Apartment is such a big and contemporary style interior is lovely. Everything was just perfect for us, will come back for sure! There is no elevator in the building but this was just positive for us, nice to get some extra exercise.

You can hear if someone is cleaning or walking around next door and it’s disrupting. The checkout is at 10 and their cleaner was extremely aggressive and verbally (and almost physically) assaulted me for being slightly late. This is unacceptable, I filmed her for my own safety and called the owner. The owner should take more action.

It's perfectly situated in a lively entertainment district along the canal promenade, offering a plethora of dining options at your doorstep. Despite the vibrant surroundings, the apartment is an oasis of calm with its quiet courtyard-facing windows. The spacious layout is enhanced by the efficient and silent air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The added bonus of a smart TV with Netflix keeps entertainment needs well met. In summary, this apartment flawlessly combines a prime location with peaceful comfort. Its modern amenities and tranquil atmosphere make it a top-notch choice for travelers. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

• Trozzo (9/5): Very happy to have found this place. We are a family of four and all enjoyed our stay. - Very cute apartment in the perfect location. Everything in walking distance (train station, shops). Nice and clean. Wide variety of amazing restaurants and very safe area. The owner was very helpful and always available if we had any questions. Very nice view from both the window and courtyard. Comfortably sleeps four, good wifi, AC works, many kitchen amenities (stove top, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes/cutlery, washing machine).
• Mathstrad (9/5): A good location in a lively area of the city. - An oasis of peace: despite being on the very busy (at night) Navigli area, the flat was very quiet. A good café for breakfast just a few metres from the entrance. Helpful instructions from the host concerning the key lock box, received by WhatsApp on the day of arrival. The flat would be ideal for 2, but accommodates 4 comfortably (2 double beds). A short walk from Porta di Genova metro station. The only thing we missed was a table and chairs in the living room. Two bar stools and a bar are provided. The access involves a lot of stairs - fine for us, but could be a problem for some.

• Anthony (7/5): Indeed Navigli is lovely Thank you - The apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained. The two beds are comfortable and gave us good rest. And the location, seconds away from the canal and excitement, wonderful! The flights of stairs to the apartment were challenging especially since one of us has a physical challenge. It was no fun, with jetlag, to take luggage up those stairs. But all else was indeed lovely.

• Saskia (10/5): Relaxing apartment walking distance from center Milan!! A 10!! - The apartment was located in the lively neighbourhood of Naviglio. The best thing is that once you are in the building and the apartment, you hear nothing from outside. The host was very helpful throughout our complete stay!! Solved any questions we had very quickly. If I could give the apartment more than 10 points, I would!! For older couples or people with a handicap, do take into consideration there is no elevator.

• Tanja (9/5): Perfect! - The location is fantastic, you are right in the middle of Navigli with lots of interesting bars, restaurants and shops - and although of this central site the apartment is in a quiet place - in a wonderful house. The apartment is very spaceous and perfectly furnished with a fancy kitchen. The host is very nice, gave helpful indications and tipps and was also very flexible when we aksed to leave a little bit later than planned. We travelled in the summer, it was quite hot - but the arpartment was perfectly air conditioned - even in the night it didn't get hot when we turned the AC off. The apartment is quite dark with little daylight - which didn't bother too much as we stayed outside the most time of the day.
