Guest Reviews
- Gina (1/5): Nighmare - Location I had a terrible experience. First, I dealt with rude and unhelpful staff, specially Mattia who screamed at me. When I arrived, I had phone issues and no signal, and had to wait for someone to let me into the building. Once inside the building, I spent hours trying to locate the apartment because there were no numbers on the doors, and the welcome email did not say in which floor it was. I was forced to buy a new phone and SIM card just to access the apartment, as there were no alternatives to their digital key.
To top it off, the electricity went out one night, the washing machine was broken (they knew it) and there was no hot water either. To make matters worse, I had to go into a damp, smelly basement to turn the electricity back on myself because it was late therefore I had to wait till next morning (this is a cold and rainy October night). No one ever came to verify nor follow up neither the next day or during the rest of my stay.
When I contacted Booking.com for help, they just told me this was “normal.” and dismiss me. It was a frustrating and exhausting experience, and I feel like none of these issues should have been tolerated.
- Gina (1/5): Book this to suffer. - Location I extended my stay due to the location, and it turned out to be the worst decision. Booking.com advised me to handle the extension directly with the property, but the property never registered in booking.com site, so any issues that arose were not booking.com's responsibility. The apartment staff was rude and unhelpful, particularly Mattia, who yelled at me for requesting a physical key to the apartment, as I was having trouble with my phone and the wifi. He told me I needed to buy a sim card because the digital entry was all they had, and he only had one copy and it was absolutely prohibited to give it to guests. I managed to get in the first night because I asked strangers for wifi and even to use their phones to try to get in. Then I remember the check in email they sent me an email, that had a conversation with apparently the last guest who stayed there a month ago which had reliable information, like the wifi password and that the washing machine was broken. Otherwise I would have damaged my clothes because they never told me. This email never said the apartment number nor the floor in which the apartment was. The old building has 4 floors and none of the apartments have numbers, so good luck! Luckily it has an elevator. The electricity in the entire apartment went out one night, and there was no hot water in cold October after the electricity went out which was my entire stay. Despite being aware of these issues, the apartment staff did nothing to resolve them. The night the electricity went out I had to ask a neighbor and even had to go to the breaker area of the old building which was in a damp basement to fix the electricity myself, because they told me I had to wait until the next day for someone to go and fix it. No one ever came the next day nor followed up to check if everything was okay the next day for the rest of the stay. Booking.com never intervened either, and says that these are normal things that happen.
- Sani (6/5): Pleasant - Kitchen is well equipped and new and the bed is big 1) It takes a lot of time to check in, because you should pay the city tax by credit card only and online, then you should wait till they assure your payment, so it is better to make it a day before your arrival. 2) There is only a small sign on the door, you need to ask a neighbor to guide you which door is the apartment. 3) The apartment is well furnished but missing a table in the sitting room. 4) The light so so poor if you have to work on the laptop. 5) No information about the WiFi password unless you ask and get a late reply. 6) One light cover for the bed, so if you don't like to use the heater in the winter expect to get sick. 7) I wasn't able to open any window in the whole apartment due to outside restoration works.
- Vitaliy (10/5): Exceptional - Wide big beg , conditzione la does. Rinse water in the shower is low level and not possible to adjust on demand height.
- Ronil (1/5): bad, worst , don't recommend to other traveler at all waste of money and time and staff is worst - There is nothing at this property to like This property is not quiet, vessels doesn't work on electric hob, location is not good apartment is creepy, nothing works in property , toilet broke at our stay, they send maintenance guy late, next day electricity went and they were not concerned they ignored our messages and didn't receive our calls, just ignored us we were travelling with child lastly i had to take help from local resident in apartment to get electricity back but they didn't bother to help just took money and just disappeared . Highly recommending not to stay at this place at at all very very bad and worst place and employees are worst and not helpful at all
- Richard (6/5): ok - It had the facilities we needed. We could park outside No light in the kitchen area. The cooker hood light was broken
