• Hiro Faisal (8/5): Great Place To Stay For USJ - The location is very convenient if you want to go to Universal Studio Japan. There is a city bus stop located near the premise which goes directly to USJ. Not so many convenient stores located near the premise. Although, there is a supermarket and 100 yen shop at the Chidoribashi station (600 m from the premise)

• Hiroko (9/5): タイムスリップ、古い日本もちょっと楽しめる。 - 築年数すごく、昭和のものだなと思いましたが、うまくリノベーションされていました。　木枠の窓も綺麗に磨かれて、すりガラスに「あ！おばーちゃんちにあった！」と、懐かしくなりました。　冷蔵庫は、一人暮らし用の冷凍室と分かれてる。　しっかりしたお鍋があり、フライパンのフッ素加工（かしら）の状態もいい。カトラリーも、ひととおり、小皿、取り皿、お椀みたいな感じであって困らなかった。　洗濯物干す用と思われるポールもついてた。アイロンもあった。　街全体が、ノスタルジックな上に、壁紙スタンプラリー、銭湯、色々散歩するだけで楽しかった。 よくなかったほどではないのですが、洗濯物干すじゃらじゃらしたのがあったらなお良かったな。あったけど、なくなっちゃったのかもしれないですけど。
• SiRena (9/5): Comfortable and convienient stay! - The beds were super comfortable and warm. Kitchenette amenities available if and when we needed them. Nice pressure shower and labels for things in English for foreign visitors. Toilet room light wasn't bright enough but it actually was fine when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Owner provided information when we needed it. No full-length mirror only a chest level half mirror with a wobbly vanity. AC for heating made some loud noises in the night, so it should probably get a maintenance check. Unrelated to stay but be mindful of the nearest car park down the road, we had to pay extra even after paying when the bar did not go down.

• Donna Ordinario (8/5): - The place is very clean and organized. There is a coin parking nearby and pretty cheap for a 24 hr stay. Great value for money. The owner is attentive to our questions and inquiries. We went there during winter, since the accomodation is quite old, the place is a little bit cold. The air conditioner in the living area couldn't make the room warm. There is no bidet for the toilet and the toilet seat is very cold.
• Cedric (9/5): Idéale pour être au calme et proche d’Universal Studios - Petit appartement typique japonais avec 2 grand lit et grand coin cuisine, parfait pour quelques nuits et proche en métro de Universal Studios. Manque un vraie côté salle de bain avec un lavabo, alors qu’il y a la place pour être mieux aménagées.

• Munkhnaran (4/5): - Cozy spacious and homey. We had to kill one giant cockroach and several moths.
• Henry (3/5): Poor - It smelled of sewerage in the entire interior the entire time. The heater/AC was very dirty, weak and could not keep the temperature up consistently. All the walls and window frames were dusty. The toilet space was lit up only with a single dim lightbulb, and was not electronic.

• Erika (8/5): Great location for USJ - We stayed here just for a couple days just to go to Universal. It’s a nice location. Close to the station and a quick train ride to USJ. The beds were very comfortable and soft. There are also nearby parking areas for 800 yen a day. My only complaint was that it was very drafty and cold since it was the middle of December. I try not to be excessive with the heat or air when I go to places but I really had to turn it all the way up the be comfortable.

• Jenni (8/5): great little place in a residential area - nice little place, fairly close to Nishikujo and also in walking distance to a large supermarket. short train ride to USJ definitely needed the air con blasting to make it warm enough
