Alison (1/5): Could be great if it was clean - We left early because it was so dirty. Owner refunded part of our stay. Owner was very good and tried to fix the problems. Black mould in the airconditioner. Couch covered in stains. Cracked toilet seat. Pillows were terrible.

Heather (6/5): Walking distance from Shinsekai and Namba, okay for 3-4 people - Location was great within walking distance to Shinsekai in about 5 minutes, Namba in about 15-20minutes walk. Nearest JR station is Shin-Imamiya about 15 minutes walk and subway is Ebisucho less than 5 minutes walk. There were a lot of convience store near like Lawson and 7-11, and also a drugstore/pharmacy basically just downstairs. The bedding and couch were also comfortable. Some cleanliness issues with the main one being that the laundry unit had a strong unpleasant odor that made the restroom area smell bad. Also some of the bedding was very clean with some stray hairs on the pillow. The unit was also a bit humid and had some visible mold damage on the wall paper near the AC unit due to the humidity.
