• Samuel (7/5): Place with good location, and spacious. - It was spacious, AC worked perfectly, big bathroom, and good location. We found the property considerably dirty. We found hairs everywhere, on top of the “fresh” linen, on top the sink, on the kitchen, and on the silverware. Also, the tub had what seemed to be fungus around the edges.

• Asad (10/5): Exceptional - The neighborhood is very clean. Near the metro station makes the access to city very easy.
• Codi (3/5): Carefully photograph damage when you walk in - Having a living room was nice to sit with friends. The fridge was nice for cold items. I reported something stuck to the carpet and was told the cleaning crew did not leave it so I had to carefully clean someone else's mess or I would be charged so being honest and reporting damage did not help me. I immediately photographed cracks, damage, and paint pealing to protect myself from fees. I had a lot of back and forth with management that just stressed me and made it harder to enjoy my trip. Also, if you're close to 6 ft or taller, you'll hit your head on the light in the living room like me and my friends did.

• Michael (10/5): A great choice for exploring nearby Osaka - The apartment was a good size for 5 travellers, and had a nice relaxing living room after a long day of exploring. It's close to the metro lines and supermarkets so you can get anywhere and anything you need nearby!
• Maida (9/5): Superb - The property is located in a local neighborhood so it had a non-tourist feel to it. It is also conveniently located near the train station and have nearby convenience stores and grocery. The lift/elevator was carpeted and really smelly and damp. Not really a big issue as you can always hold you breath for 30 seconds.

• Fook (8/5): Very good - The premises were clean and comfortable. The heated bath was a nice surprise and was very welcome at the end of a long day of sightseeing and shopping. There were insufficient pillows as we both preferred to sleep slightly more lifted with our heads, and the bedroom didn't have any space for us to hang up worn clothes.

• Jesse (9/5): It is very spacious for a Japanese apartment and the location is cosy and nice. - The location was great. In a quieter suburb but very close to the subway which gave easy access to the rest of Osaka. Not really the owners fault but the automatic doors downstairs broke towards the end of our stay and the sign that was put up about how to gain access was only written in Japanese so we had to forward an image of it to the landlord to find out how to get in.

• Anjali (10/5): Really enjoyable Japanese style apartment! - The rooms were comfortable and we loved the interiors. Simple but very tasteful. The proximity to the train line was great as we were able to visit many places without any issues. As a couple, we would have preferred a double bed in one of the rooms as the single beds pushed away from each other. There's also a massive field outside the apartment block where school kids were practising sports so a few of the days, it would get a little noisy during the morning time. Otherwise it was very quiet and peaceful!
• Julia (7/5): Would only stay again without kids. - Great location, great shower/bathroom. Good facilities nearby. Quiet. A bit cramped for us. Limited mirrors for makeup. Rug and sofa were stained and not cleaned well. Beds were too soft. Nowhere to sit and eat and we had to get the kids to eat sitting on the floor away from the fluffy rug. Not really kid friendly.

• Linda (7/5): Above average. - In a quiet residential part of Osaka. It was good to be away from the crowds. Not too far from the action by train. I was disappointed to find that the small double bed as advertised was actually only a slightly larger single. That was the reason I booked this apartment for five people. Not ideal.
• Tran (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet location, very close to the train station and convenience stores. Loved that there was a laundry service right next door that has an washer dryer combo in one machine. The apartment was just the right size and the rooms were clean and cute.

I was worried about the comfort of the beds with my big family of 5, but it’s extremely comfortable! I liked that both rooms had flat screens so my kids were able to play their gaming consoles in their room! There was a lingering sewage type smell near the door!
