• Ignacio (10/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable, al lado de la Linea S, frente a paraderos de buses, a 10 minutos caminando de Dotonbori y a minutos de otras combinaciones de linea, es por lejos la mejor ubicación en relación a precio. Quizás el hecho de estar junto a una autopista puede ser algo molesto para algunos (mucho ruido de vehículos) pero al menos para nosotros no fue tema de preocupación.

• Cherry (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay! - Great Location, Sakuragawa Station exit 7 is right next door. 7-Eleven & Lawson's only a 2min walk. Very Comfortable beds, great for resting weary feet. The apartment has everything you need, a washing machine and kitchenette with a dining table. It can get a little noisy at times from the highway but not overwhelming and somehow soothing to listen to as you fall asleep :-)

• 윤 (5/5): 오사카 숙소 - 해당 숙소는 일본 내 다른 숙소와 비교했을 때 넓고 쾌적하여 만족스러웠으며, 특히 샤워 시 온수가 원활하게 공급되어 편안하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 발코니 문이 하나여서 도로의 차량 통행 소음과 찬 바람 유입으로 다소 추웠습니다.
• Marcellino (6/5): Practical but mediocore - The location, because it’s very close to Namba station and Dotonbori. It has a lot of very good restaurants nearby It doesn’t look as cozy as it does in the pictures and is a lot smaller than it appears (barely room for suitcases). It could use a bit of repainting. The most annoying thing is the street racing at night, it sounds like you are sleeping with your windows open.
• Zoe (3/5): Cheap stay with comfortable beds but bring your ear plugs! - The property had 2 large bedrooms with 4 comfortable double beds. The price is affordable especially if you’re in a large group. It’s located next to a station, one stop from Namba. The apartment had very thin single glazed windows and was located on a very busy fly over. Every night throughout the night scooters and motorbikes streamed by revving their engines which meant we all struggled with sleep. The apartment is a bit tired and grubby although the bedding was fortunately clean.

• michiyo (10/5): また、利用したい。ありがとうございました。 - 清潔感があり、ベランダの壁も綺麗で、洗濯物を干すことができた。食器類やハンガーなども揃っていたので助かった。一つの階に一部屋だったので静かで快適だった。 ベッドもダブルサイズでゆったり眠れた。 ベランダが分かれていたので、洗濯干しが面倒だったことと、物干し竿が一本折れていたことが残念だった。

• Mayank (8/5): Great Stay - Great Location - right in the front of the train station. Rooms can be bit congested for a group of 7 people but it is value for the money.
• Ho (7/5): Apprt with two bedrooms and great location - The location is great, next to subway station and there's a 7eleven around the corner. Price was okay The apartment is right next to highway. Noisy cars speeding the whole nights long. We couldn't sleep. Also early traffic can be loud therefore our kid woke up early. Bathroom is dated
• Ekaterina (8/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, thank you! - The location is perfect and close to the station. Shops and restaurants are all nearby. The apartment is nice, equipped with all the required, 2 bedrooms with 4 king size beds, kitchen with everything that you might need, including microwave. The dining area is tiny and for a big company it might be challenging to accommodate all the people. Perhaps, it was just our issue but we faced difficulties with hot water in the bathroom, specifically in the shower. The tap was not easy to adjust and if for the first person taking a shower all was fine, for the rest of the group water was cold. The balcony needs cleaning and we had to dry laundry inside
• Simon (4/5): Spend a bit more and get better - 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, can sleep a lot of people. Kitchen had all the amenities needed Washing machine broke during use and couldn’t be fixed in time for us to use as clothes took so long to dry without a dryer. Place was clean but not deep clean, mold by sinks in bathroom and kitchen. So much street noise, you’re beside a major road/highway. Some cars would speed race at night. Tokyo was quieter than this place.

• Glendale (9/5): The owner have a detailed instructions in english from all the amenities of the property. - Excellent location At first, we found it hard to locate the place since there was no physical photo of the building's property. But other than that everything is Superb. :)

One of the room wardrobe was locked, couldn't hang clothes or place items in there. No bin for garbage but has bins for recycling. WiFi was not right 1. End up using own. Location was beside a funeral parlour.

• Cgaticag (7/5): Good - The beds were super comfy, and the location was great. Walking distance to Dotonbori, but without all the noisy streets. The common space is quite small. Also, there was a lot of dust under the beds, even an empty bottle.

• Samantha (9/5): Great location, communication and would stay here again. - I was originally concerned in case something didnt work, but the lock box was easy to get the keys. Location - great location near train stations, convenience stores and hustle bustle of central areas of Osaka. The apartment was clean, but I want to call out the living shared area is very small. This is off set by the bedrooms as they are of a good size. The communication with the hosts was absolutely excellent, responsive and professional and friendly. I let them know something had come off the wall, and it was addressed very quickly and without blame - unlike alot of other places. We would definitely stay here again. Family of 4 - 2-bedroom apartment. The bedroom also had plenty of space in cupboard to put your suitcases. One of the bedrooms the cupboard was locked - I assume for cleaning goods, but it was inconvenient as the suitcases had to be left in the entrance area.

• Melissa (8/5): Great Location - The location is great if you are going to other cities from Osaka. The station near the accommodation has the hanshin, nankai and sennimichae metro lines. Can use the hanshin if going to kobe and if going to nara (hanshin rapid express train from Kobe sannomiya which stops at this station becomes a kintetsu train in osaka namba going to nara). A bus stop is also just in front of the building so easy to use Osaka buses for the seniors. A lot of 24h restaurants and supermarkets as well as convenience stores in the area. The beds are adequate for our family and is as advertised. Easy check in and check out procedure and the appliances are easy to operate. May be a little cramped in the dining room area with 7 large adults with big luggages. Best to allot a space for luggages (the cabinet in one room can fit suitcases) so there is more room to move. Can't really use the washing machine because the clothes don't dry easily in autumn weather. The socks we laundered on the first day were still wet on the 3rd day.
• Benchawan (8/5): Good location and There is a restaurant near the accommodation. - Location and facilities There was still dust behind the bedroom door. And the fake tree in the bedroom has a lot of dust.
• Thắng (8/5): Very good - Location is the best. Near Exit 7, Sakaragua station. If you go with big suitcase should choose exit No 5 which have escalator then walk across the street. Wifi did not work. During 3 days we could not use the wifi with password in their book guide.

• Glenn (6/5): Great location - Great location next to subway station, easy access to property via lift to floor. Rooms spacious enough for Japan standards. Washing machine and washing power was a good addition. Good communication from owner. 2 of the beds were like bricks and the pillows were so empty of stuffing I had to go and buy new pillows. It would be nice if they had an iron at air BnB properties in Japan. It doesn’t seem to be a thing. I went and bought a travel one. The property could be doing with letting the visitor use both wardrobes as one is locked. It means you have nowhere to hang clothes or put your suitcase.

• Thomas (8/5): Very good - The location is great. Just beside a metro station. Well equipped with everything you need. Long lists of dos and don'ts. Absolutely no noise between 9PM and 8AM, don't talk to neighbors, warning that the neighbors will not tolerate anything, if we get any complaint you will receive a fine, etc. I guess somehow common in Japan and noise isolation is maybe bad. We also didn't got any complaints, but as a family with a small kid we felt a bit pressured to be invisible.

• David (7/5): An enjoyable short stay in Namba. - Property was very close to the Metro (entrance just downstairs). Good sized bathroom with a very good shower. Good to have use of a washing machine. Wi-fi was included although we had our own pocket wi-fi which allowed us to stream. Overall it was very well equipped. The pillows were a bit thin which made sleeping difficult to begin with. The kitchen/dining/social space was a bit cramped for 5 adults to move about comfortably.
• Apiwatchon (9/5): The best location is really close to Subway station and convenient store. - Location is the best next to Subway Sakuragawa Station, which is only 1 station away from Namba. It's really convenient. There's a restaurant around the block that opens 24 hours a day and not too far from 7-Eleven and supermarket, too. Accommodate up to 8 people, but there's only 1 restroom.
• Pei (8/5): Very good - the train station is just besides the stay, station name Is Sakuragawa station. the room is clean, but the building is a little old. note : just found out that the next door is “funeral home” when we moved in.
