• SAKAI (9/5): また泊まりたい部屋 - 京セラドームに野球観戦で2泊3日で宿泊しました。 京セラまでも徒歩5分くらいなので多少天気が悪くてもあまり気になりません。 水周りもキレイです。 ユニットではないので家と同じようにお風呂もゆっくり入れました。 良くなかった点はありませんが… 強いて言えば駐車場がないということくらいです。 目の前に7・8台停めれるコインパーキングはありますが、イベントがある時はほぼ満車でなかなか停めれません。 駐車場付きのプランなどがあるといいかなと思います。 大人3人、子供（中1）1人で宿泊しました。 ダブルベッド2台とソファーベッドで1人寝ましたが、ソファーベッドで寝ると掛け布団がないので寒さに強い人なら大丈夫だと思います。 私は掛け布団なくても大丈夫なのでよかったですが…

For whoever that to watch concert at Kyocera Dome in a group of 4 or 5, these definitely would be the best choice as it is walking distance from the Dome. Whoever plan to shop in Osaka, you may need to plan to split into smaller luggages if you are assigned to Floor 3 cos no elevator is attached. We are a group of 4 end up with 7 luggages & 4 hand carry bags & stayed at Floor 3, struggle a bit to carry down the luggages after heavy shopped but still manageable. Check-out time is 10am, so suitable for whoever to catch flight in the afternoon as can spare time to spend at airport for last minute shop after checkout early. No elevator but still manageable.

Had everything we needed. Secure. Was excellent to be able to wash and dry our clothes. Overall, the property was great but you can hear footsteps/noises of other residents above.

• Suying (9/5): Cozy, complete home in suburbs close to city - It’s well maintained and cleanest of places I have been. Very complete with in room washing machine and drying area. Kitchenette is well stocked with the items. Very value for money too! Nothing to pick on. While this is not a hotel and there is no reception but owner is accessible by text through email or booking.com.

Pleasant stay, spacious and comfortable apartment. - Very comfortable, convenient to move around the city, multiple isekaya around :) The beds and pillows were also comfortable :D Not critical, but the number of rules was rather overwhelming :O and having to provide everyone’s passport info was concerning, but I found that it is done wherever you stay in Japan (hotel or apartment).

• Belariz (8/5): Large room size, far from city center but not bad for budget travellers - Large room size for 4-5 pax, facilities provided such as kitchen and washing machine. Location wise, if you don"t mind to be far from city center like Namba or Dotonbori, this would be good. If really on a tight budget, this is acceptable. There's no elevator, thus please consider this as well specially if you have heavy luggages.

The owner must have put lots of effort in it. Just one exception is the noise from upstairs. I guess the walls, ceilings and floors are not thick enough, the sound of footsteps are loud and annoying.

We loves the location as well; close to all the small bars/izakaya/restaurants, station, big Aeon mall. we had a car but no problem finding a parking spot even the nights when there’s a baseball game at the near by stadium. loved everything about the place. we will definitely stay again!

• Varalakshmi (10/5): Enjoyable and memorable stay. We felt like a home and super comfortable. - The property was super clean. It had all necessary items for guests and it was very convenient. It’s also very close to the main station called Taisho station. (From Osaka it’s just about 10 mins to Taisho station) and 3 mins walk from the the Taisho station to the apartment.

• Yanti (9/5): Nice apartment room. - Room is very clean and smells gpod when we enter the room. Facilities and amenities are very good and complete. Plenty of space for our family of 5. They even have an exhaust fan that works as dryer in the shower room, which really help with our laundry alot. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Its not really sound proof. We could hear people walking on the 3rd floor. And the guest from level 1 also complained the same. But it didnt really bothered us as we returned late and left early.

It is near the train station and metro, also bus stop. The property owner is very accomodating, answered all our questions and very quick to respond. We were given clear instructions on how to get to the house and how to use the facilities which is very helpful. Nothing. We all love the place.

• Evie (10/5): Lovely clean apartment in a convenient location - Very convenient location and a surprising amount of space for the price, very clean and the check in guide was thorough and useful and told us everything we needed to know about the property. If you have mobility issues - there is no elevator.
• Eva (10/5): More than happy to stay here again when we visit Osaka. - Best location away from the busy train traffic. Accessible to many transfers in terms of trains and buses. The bathroom area specifically the bathtub and toilet are especially lovely and the area is surrounded by many local friendly restaurants! It's up on the third floor so be aware that you may need to carry all of your luggages up the stairs and the hallways are quite narrow.

• Kwee (9/5): Superb - 5mins walk to nearest subway station. There is a Family Mart nearby and Aeon Mall within 7 mins walking distance. Room come with dryer facilities and a dining table. Equipped with vacuum, can self help with simple cleaning. Easy self check-in 24 hrs. The room is new and clean. It would be great if can provide number of blankets according to no of pax check-in, especially during winter time. There are 2 blankets for double bed but we hv 3pax. Also, to have reading lamp or more ceiling lights would be helpful.

• Kira (8/5): excellent value for money - New and clean apartment. Amenities were all there, even a portable wifi for you to carry around which was fantastic. Apartment was spacious for Japan standards. Airport pickup by chauffeur was included in the booking. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. there is no lift, we were assigned the third floor apartment so was a bit difficult carrying 4 big suitcases up and down the stairs.
• Albert (8/5): Very good - Location, facilities, pricing....all very good. Unable for baggage storage. Check-in information not sent on time (received after arrived 30 mins). End up need to wait outside the building for 30mins. Not a good experience.

• Luis (10/5): I really appreciate the quick and kind response from the host, Toby! - The apartment is really new with good brand stuff and it was very clean. The facility has washing machine and you can dry inside the room. There were many amenities available. Some neighbors smoke and the smell of cigarette come to the room if you leave the windows open.
