- HSIN JUNG (10/5): - 位置地點十分方便，離長堀橋地鐵站非常近，用走的也可以走到心齋橋，附近晚上也很安靜，沒有吵雜的車聲，房東回覆訊息也算快速及親切，房間空間算很大，廚房用品鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，很適合自己煮飯，附近有兩間超市跟全家，採買食材非常方便，之後如果有來大阪一定會再來住！！ 無缺點

- Sergei (10/5): Отличное тихое место рядом с Дотонбори. - Очень удобное расположение на тихой улице в пешей доступности до Дотонбори и нескольких станций метро. В квартире было все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Было бы удобно иметь в комнате одну кровать вместо двух, но это не критично.

Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Long black hairs all over the apartment. Linen is yellow and thread bare - needs to be replaced. Terrible sewerage smell in the bathroom. No washing machine, an oversight on our part. Wouldn't have booked if we knew it. Beds were too large for the space, so no place for a bedside table to put your stuff on and to get out of bed you had to crawl to the bottom of your bed.. not very nice...

- Everette (9/5): Great Location and Very Comfortable Accommodation - I like the location and comfort of this accommodation. It's a walk from Dotonbori and the meeting spots of most tours. Close to the shops. Easy access. It also has the important Kitchen Facilities. Overall, we really loved it. Can be noisy at times but we didn't mind it. Just mentioning this for the benefit of others.

Хороший напор горячей воды Нет переходника для розетки нет даже пакетика чая, прилетаешь после суток дороги и ночью бегаешь в поисках зарядного устройства. Очень много правил с прописанным и штрафами буквально за все: от сортировки мусора до использования полотенец. Возможно это часть культуры, но создается впечатление что тебе не рады

- Erik (10/5): Good to stay, but very ideal for 3 persons only given the toilet and bathroom arrangement. - Room is ideal for 4-5 person in terms of bed arrangement, All facilities in the room is working like the heater, bath tub, electric cooking and ref. Very private woth elevator. Room is clean and lighting is good as well. With only 1 toilet and shower area - it will a little bit hassle. Another downside is there is no replacement for the garbage bags and towels, so like us we stayed for 6days and there is no towel replacement, no garbage bag replacement and we cook everyday - so its a hassle where to put those used items for cooking.

So hat es leider auch gerochen -sehr muffig! Die Betten waren auch von minderwertiger Qualität. Das eine Schlafzimmer hatte ein Fenster zum Aussenflur und man hat jedes Geräusch von den Nachbarn gehört
- 廖 (10/5): - 價格非常實惠，地理位置極佳，走路10分鐘內即可抵達心齋橋商業區，住宿空間非常大，放五個以上的行李箱都不是問題，很適合家庭旅遊，有空間可以讓小孩子活動，也有沙發可以休息，廁所與淋浴間是分開的，整體環境都很整潔，總之我們的體驗都非常滿意💛 (住宿有電梯，所以不需要擔心扛著行李爬樓梯，大門有密碼鎖，也沒什麼安全疑慮，雖然沒有洗衣機，但是附近自助洗衣的店家非常非常多，也不用擔心) 未來如果再來大阪旅遊，這家住宿會成為我們的首選！謝謝～推推！ 沒什麼不喜歡的，一切都很讚！但希望客廳可以考慮多個鏡子，這樣吹頭髮或是化妝比較方便~

- Explorer (6/5): Pleasant - Our stay at this house was pleasant and it met the need of having a comfy bed to come back to after a day long of walking and touring Osaka. The kitchen came with all amenities with refrigerator, utensils needed to heat a meal or a quick brekky . Overall a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, very close and walking distance to SHinsaibashi- The shopping district and Dotonburi for our evening meals and all the city sightseeing. Closest to station too. The bathroom was a tiny one but we expected it knowing the house size. There was no dining table as shown on pictures and it was a bit doffcult to sit on sofa and have food. AC remotes were all in local language so was a bit of a task for us to translate to know the buttons but no complaints as we are in foreign country and need ways to learn, hwoever we did see other airbnbs had a guide on how to use appliances.

- Nutpiphat (8/5): Good Location , value for family ,or friend trip visit - The room is in great location with about 7-8 minutes walk to the shopping district . There is subway near by for get going to another press , also it got lawson, family mart nearby . You got to walk to the public transport which is about 4-5 minute from the stay . It is not a problem if weather is good ,but in the rainy day , it will be a problem .
- Yulisa (6/5): Good location but has some cons. - Location was exceptional, 15 mins walk from Dontobori and 5 mins from metro station. Laudry store was down the street. (The washer was on the balcony so we decided not to use it) All amenities were provided. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were from a professional salon. Kitchen was well equiped. Key and Pin number were provided which made check in less stressful. Tv had casting option. We stayed in 201. The streets noise are intense with the cars, the people yelling and the ambulance. So if you are a light sleeper, this is not for you Walls were dirty in the bathroom and in the rooms The decorative painting in the bedroom had some suspicious liquid on it. It was there when we arrived. There was no dresser or desk in the bedroom to put our stuff. The beds were not comfortable and tthey were not enough pillows. There was a mirror placed in the shower which is weird. There was mold in the bathroom in the cocking which had an odor. No handtowels were provided. There was only 1 key which made our trip difficult for 2 couples. The kitchen table is big but there was only a 2 seat sofa and no chairs for the 4 of us.

We were very appreciated a cleanliness, faciloties, location ( it's very closed to Dotonburi road ). Especially, cleanliness and well-supported from the owner of apartment. ( quick reply, courteous ) They provided us the best stay and we got a good rest at their property. We will for sure book with you again when we return to Osaka. Check-in information was sent in pdf file and chat conversation, confused process where need to find check-in information in 2 ways. No mention of floor level, but manage to guess it from room number (unit number). Do not have drying rack, it was hanger provided. Squeaky bed.
