• Johnny (3/5): Not a good place to stay. - The location was good. The property was dusty. The floors and the furnitures were not clean. The bedsheets and pillow cases were also not clean. The building looked abandoned.

• Fernando (6/5): Tired apartment in good location - Location is excellent, near to Namba metro & train station as OCAT airport bus, so Dotonbori is on walking distance. Apartment has enough space for 4-5 people and your suitcases. It is well equipped with possibility to cook, prepare your own breakast, washing machine, TV and airco (very needed in summer). You will receive precise instructions from owner regarding check-in, which can be done any time as you will have a box with code to pick up keys by yourself. The apartment was not very clean and after commenting to the company they resent someone to do a recleaning. Apartment looks a bit tired and some parts need renovation, like for example sofa, with many stains may need drycleaning or be replaced. The garbage disposal can be a problem if you stay several days, as they ask you to leave it at 11 when you normally go out sooner. Building has no place to store your luggage after you leave. With an App they provide you can find a place, but the only close one opens only at 11AM (maybe they need to find agreement with place nearby). Finally we took our chances and left them in OCAT lockers.

• 志偉 (7/5): - 有附廚房，但不夠乾淨，所以也不太敢使用。房間狀況尚可，適合幾位朋友一起居住比較划算。 若是個人或兩個，可以考慮選其它飯店的套房格局就好。但附近有一間鐵板燒很好吃，是我這次在大阪吃過最喜歡的店。

• Gabriel (8/5): Can’t complain for what I got just small nitpicks. - Great views perfect location and a fully equipped 3 room apartment make this a very chill stay. Proximity to the metro, to a 7/11, to really great food options and the laundry capabilities make this fantastic for groups of 4/5 No bidet, lots of house rules, the elevator up is really tiny and aggressive as in it WILL hit you once or twice. The toilet is also really small for anyone over 5’10 this toilet is difficult to sit on.

• Royce (7/5): Good family holiday apartment near Dotonbori and transport - Ideal for families; spacious (by Japanese standard) rooms with enough beds for everyone; Kitchen facilities (including a fridge and microwave), clean bathroom (with bath and shower) well-stocked convenience stories close by, short walk to major train station (Namba) and the Dotonbori area; lift in apartment building so no worries about walking or carrying baggage up/down 8 flights of stairs. Washing machine is very helpful in longer stays too; there is a 24hr laundromat across the street with excellent driers. Host information was outstanding, even including turn-by-turn directions from the railway station to the property. Property is older and has some quirks (eg cannot use microwave and kettle at the same time otherwise it blows a fuse), has some wear and tear on account of its age.

Super set up and would love to go back as the owner made sure everything was fine so appreciated the care Nothing wrong. All great

• Alonzo (8/5): A comfortable place to lay your head after a day of touring. Will want to stay there again! - It was a few blocks aways from the train station and 15 minutes walks to the Dotonbori area and all the attraction offered in the area. 7/11, Lawson, or Family mart is close by to get what's needed. There is a washing Machine, iron and ironing board that we were able to use. The 2 bedroom apartment is well equipped withall things that one need. It was enough space for a party of 4. none.

• Willy (5/5): I would rate our stay on the low side. The owner is not that accommodating. - It was clean. Beds and couch are very low. There’s only one set of towels for a group of 5 guests staying for 4 nights. Our request for a late check out was not accommodated. Further, there is no luggage storage for guests checking out with late flight out. We had to forego our booked airport transfer and had to leave for the airport after our 11:00am checkout.

• Merjo (8/5): we enjoyed our stay! - very convenient location for traveling to and from the airport via the OCAT bus, lots of space also in the room. the owner would also answer my questions immediately. the unit smelled old and some of the fixtures/furniture were also old
• Wendy (8/5): Very good - The apt is very small and cosy but enough room for 4 persons. Location is also very convenient as there are cafes ard that you can take a quick bite if you want. It is also only 10-20 minutes to anywhere that has great eateries! The bedrooms were a bit dusty for our family's comfort.

• Duong (9/5): Pretty good for the price - It has quite complete all the stuff you need for a small apartment to stay for a few days. Maybe the TV should have more channels, but of course not everyone will spend time watching TV while he/she is on a vacation.
