• Godwin (5/5): The location was great but it wasnt the cleanest. There was enough space but also very dated - Keys were in the mailbox and was straight forward. Location was great and walking distances to places we wanted to go Thoguh staying with another family it was every inconvient to only having 1 key It was defintitely not the cleanest place we stayed as we found a toenail in the 2 double bed room for kids No dryer available and towels felt musky. Not one that need to stay in 5 stay resorts and the aircon air had a funky smell.
• DAWN3486 (10/5): 非常棒，推薦團體入住。 - 地點非常好，浪速區役所旁，沿路會有浪速區役所的路標可以跟著走。住宿是一整層平面樓，房間不用爬樓梯，對老年人友善. 客廳有個廚房中島,大家一起吃飯聊天方便溫馨。有提供兩個移動WIFI機可以帶出門。附近有超市，採買方便。 住宿要先填好所有住客的名字生日等，需要花點時間出發前在住宿方提供的網頁寫好。退租需要另外付款住宿稅金（每人每天200日幣日幣）。
• YICHUN (10/5): 整體來說很優秀 - 空間非常大，一家六口住起來非常舒適。 出入口設計略嫌不良，推行李進出人一多只能分批。
• Lenka (9/5): The apartment is spacious and it was clean. There are many rules about making noise etc. Propably not for everyone, but - We liked the space. Two many rules.
• Sarah (7/5): Location is great but for the price expected better - Good location Bedding was not clean, towels were old and decor is outdated.

• M (6/5): Pleasant - The location. Host very responsive. The airco didnt work. Rubbish only being collected at the end of stay, not ideal when you stay few days and big group. The place is spacious. But it is unpractical one toilet is at entrance and it is super hot there as no airco. The accomodation looks much nicer on picture. Low value for money.
• Varit (10/5): The best apartment for a larger family - This was, by far, the largest apartment we have ever stayed in in Japan. The living room area was definitely the best part. Our family of 7 were able to all lounge comfortably. The location was also very convenient, less than 10 minute walk to Namba. Nothing. We found everything we needed during our stay.

• Nina (6/5): Pleasant - The place is spacious and kids enjoyed having a lot of couches. It was nice to be able to do laundry and the detergent was provided. We also enjoyed the shower. We felt so unwelcome with all the rules. We booked it for 10 ppl but there were only 5 of us. We got in and had to read so many rules and felt like we couldn't even move. It is very hard to move around even if our kids are relatively quiet. It's not relaxing to come home when you are threatened that neighbors can call the police.
• 正仁 (5/5): Passable - There is something wrong with the air conditioner in the four-person room. Whether it is a delivery air or a cold room of 29 degrees, it is very cold. The bathtub can't take a bath, because the plug is missing. Although the landlord has been informed, the landlord still can't deal with it.

• Hsin-hui (10/5): I think the location is good, owner is nice, I felt comfortable when I go back the house, it’s a nice place for family. - nice location and comfortable no!
• Wei (6/5): Pretty nice place to stay, just that its a bit far from the train station. - The place is great for big group like us. It has a nice and big living room with 4 sofa beds, together with 3 rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The surrounding is also nice and quiet. The bathroom is great especially with the dryer facility which we can dry our clothes in the bathroom overnight. Its kinda far from the train station, about 10-15 minutes walk (slightly longer than we expected as we are all dragging along luggage). The wifi doesn't allow you to stream video so basically you won't be using it if you have internet access on your own. The security registration check in is kinda hassle as all of us has to take a photo one by one in front of the device.
