Guest Reviews
- Florin (10/5): - Tutto bellissimo, pulizia, posizione!
- Mariana (10/5): - Muito espaço, limpeza incrível. Permitiram check in mais cedo sem nenhum problema. Super atenciosos

- Romina (10/5): - Very big apartment which is not easy to find in Japan, very clean, had everything we needed. Few minutes walk from subway stations. The staff answered very quickly and even organized a bit earlier check in so we dont wander around with kids. Futton beds - not for sidesleepers :)
- Roma (9/5): -
- Kane (9/5): - Place was massive, and had all the facilities needed My only complaint was the pillows for the beds were paper thin and needed spare clothes to add thickness
- Taehong (10/5): Best of best -

- Palinski (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and huge space for my group
- Brooke (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the large space for our groups size. Host was super responsive.
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Harindra (9/5): Superb -
- Simone (8/5): Very good - Great location, easily accessible, clean and very spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 5 with 3 teens. There is a 7 Eleven across the road, and a Family Mart and large supermarket a few block away. Very thin mattresses and a little cold (January)
- Edna (7/5): Good -
- Fiona (9/5): Great place to stay for a family with close proximity to transport and convenience stores. - We liked the layout - simple and quite roomy. Convenient location.
- Miha (7/5): Good -
- Megumi (8/5): 9 nights stay - The apartment is big enough for open the luggage and live around them, we were 5 adults.
It had everything we needed for our stay.
There is a supermarket a few blocks away that closes at midnight and some 7 Eleven/Family Mart around too.
Communication with the host was good. Beds are big, but super thin. My dad had to sleep on the couch, his back couldn't resist the thin mattress.
During our stay, the host told me that there was an inspection, so 2 guys came (one was the host) and they stayed for around 5' or less, but they asked a lot if we were going to be in the apartment, so for us was a little strange, we preferred to stay around. This kind of situation never happened to me before.
- Theoni (8/5): Nice large space and good value. - The space was very large. Hard to find that much space in Japan even at western chains. The air conditioning was nice and strong. There were six bunks but 2 could easily fit in each bunk and they are built in a way so there is some privacy. Laundry was easy to use. Some people mentioned the elevator opening up to the room but there is and “off and on” direction that locks it off from the public. This is because it’s a converted office (and why you get so much space). Overall I’d stay again if you are with a family or large group. The pillows were thin. Some people say the mattresses were thin but it appears they have added an extra layer to the bedding and this was not a problem for any of us.
- Matt (6/5): Spacious. Great location. Thin mattresses. - The space was great for our family of 5. The room was spacious and the location was very helpful. The beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable due to mattresses being super thin. The beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable due to mattresses being super thin. We could feel the surface underneath us, it was like we weren't even sleeping on a mattress to begin with.
- Quynh (9/5): Superb -
- Anne (6/5): You get what you pay for - This was the cheapest accommodation during our stay in Japan that covered Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka. Compared to most other places in Japan, there was plenty of space for our family of 5 to throw open the suitcases.
Bathroom and laundry products were appreciated, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower.
Pre-check in communication was helpful, and early checkin was made available upon request (with conditions). - the thinnest futon mattresses and pillows we have experienced in Japan. Tolerable (just) for the two nights we were there. I wouldn’t stay there again unless the mattresses are improved.
- If you’re taller than than 180cm, you have to lie diagonally on the bed.
- the thinnest towels we have experienced in Japan.
- there’s 6 beds (we used 5) but only 4 dining chairs and the dining table is more like an office table in need of having the legs tightened.
- no Netflix app on the tv and no English language channels, rendering it useless for English speaking visitors.
- former office environment and Fluor lights makes it feel a bit “weird”
- tea and coffee would have been appreciated if they had been provided, which they weren’t.
- Jean-damien (10/5): Great appartment in Osaka - Lot of space. As per the pictures seen on booking. Everything is smooth on arrival with the self checkin. Same thing for checkout. Very responsive host and agreed to extend check-out for an hour for free this time. Appart is well equiped. The area offers train + park + restaurant and 7Eleven.
- Elizabeth (7/5): Roomy apartment but beds are too short for some travellers. - Lots of space for Japan, it’s a good size. Good bathroom and separate toilet. All amenities provided including shampoo, washing machine, dishwashing liquid, microwave etc. It is in an office block, access is a bit tricky as need to get a key for the lift each time. Doesn’t feel very secure as no door between the lift and the apartment, lift opens direct into the apartment. The beds are not long enough if you are over 180cm tall. The mattresses are thin and pillows small. Not very comfortable.
- Wenona (7/5): Interesting stay in a former office that would be best suited to short people. - Spacious. Had washing machine. Clean. Has a bathtub. Beds too short and too hard. Has a bit of a camping-in-office-building vibe - it’s a former office that has been converted into an apartment. there’s still fluorescent lighting and the bunks are really small with super thin mattresses. Half of us have aches and pains after a three night stay! (We stayed on futons elsewhere with no issues) And if you are over 180cm tall you’ll need your own bunk so you can lie diagonally. (Unless you are very small and very light I’d suggest somewhere else.)
- Mai (8/5): Excellent location for easy access to the train stations. - Location had easy access to the stations but not many dining options nearby. Some condiments would have been good such as sugar, coffee or tea.
- Jasmine (8/5): Simple and spacious. - Large and spacious tor our family of 5 with 3 teens. Easy location to get the subway. It was a bit cold, we were there in winter.
- Karen (9/5): Superb - Plenty of space for a family of six. Very clean and had everything we needed. Pillows were tiny
- Levi (7/5): Good - Great location, high floor, very spacious, large beds. Owner was super responsive, fixed issues quickly and was making us feel welcome. Thin Mattresses, can feel the wooden plate underneath, kitchen can be upgraded- currently it was almost impossible to cook even pasta or noodles due to lack of usable pots and pans.
Wifi was very slow for streaming Netflix.
TV is so small with no Smart Apps on it (any other AirB&B had Netflix apps running on tv).
Extra charge for towels seemed absurd as we stayed for a week and had to either keep using the same towels or wash it ourselves.
- Chanelopea (1/5): We had to book another hotel elsewhere on the first night as the apartment condition and stench were unbearable. - Absolutely nothing. - Poor communication on behalf of the host. She was unreachable via phone despite providing a contact number.
- Unbearable stench when you walk in.
- Slippers were dirty and overused.
- Mattress and sheets had yellow stains.
- Walls, floors and surfaces had stains and scuff marks.
- There was no lobby or entrance door to the apartment. Just the door from the elevator straight to the room made the apartment feel very unsafe.
- Apartment looked nothing like the photos.
- Did not offer luggage storage services despite being made aware 2 days in advance as requested.
- Joe (7/5): It was good clean - It was clean and close to the venue that I wanted to go to Didn’t like there was no condiments. Dad was really uncomfortable and the bathroom was outside of the main room room.
- Cruz (10/5): It was fantastic and a bit sad to leave! - Just the duvet cover to be replaced with those that can cover the whole thing.
- Kate (8/5): Great apartment for a family of four, great location and nearby amenities - The double bunk beds, space, balcony, location, pizza place downstairs, proximity to subway stations and park Bath drained very slowly
- Lai (9/5): Superb - Location, space, facilities None
- Inam (7/5): Good - Big space with a balcony above the street below. Good noise insulation even though we were near a busy road. Working AC kept us cool in 32 degree Celsius heat. WiFi was a portable WiFi hub, was quite slow with a lot of videos buffering on three of our phones.
No coffee and tea sachets.
- Nigel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laurent (7/5): Good -
- Devlin (10/5): Wonderful - Excellent location. Very accessible, clean, lots of space. Perfect for a group of friends/family. Easy check in and check out instructions. Good cooking facilities and great to have a washing machine. Would definitely recommend.
- Zowie (10/5): Two adults one child stay - We loved this cute apartment. The facilities were very good, it was fairly easy to find and we got all the check in information in advance.
- Mayank (10/5): Osaka review - The host is extremely friendly and even assisted us when we needed help. The facilities were clean and professional. There were some areas which just need to be fixed but nothing that impacted us
- Jamaludin (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (10/5): Great little apartment, clean, spacious, warm. had everything our family of 7 needed. - Good sized apartment, clean, had everything we needed. Helpful instructions, lots of mini marts and restaurants nearby. Close to Awaza station.
- Lenson (9/5): Superb -
- Trevor (9/5): Great accommodation for families or a group - The location was fantastic. super easy to check in and out Nil
