• Tanja (8/5): Very good - The place is big and has a lot more to offer than the usual rooms. It was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The furniture had a lot of signs of usage, which doesn't look too great, but doesn't do any harm. Unfortunately there was a huge sport of mold visible unter the wallpaper in the bathroom. If you are sensitive or stay longer, this might cause health issues.

• Olivia (1/5): Absolutely horrible hosts to deal with. BEWARE - BEWARE!! Do not book here! I had an appalling experience. I booked this place to stay with my husband and 11-month-old baby. I arrived on the day in Osaka and once I got off the bullet train from Hiroshima I checked for my booking details. I see a message which says that I need to complete this online form with my details before I will get the check-in details. I opened the link to see that I needed to upload a photo of my passport which I found very strange as the other places I had stayed at (one property in Tokyo and one property in Hiroshima) only needed my passport number. I messaged the host to explain that I am uncomfortable sending a photo of my passport through their link but I am happy to send the other information including my passport number. Well, this did not go down well. They sent me some horrible messages, including saying that I had lied about staying at other properties in Japan as this is illegal. I found this very insulting and rude. I also didn't find this information out until AFTER I had booked to stay at this property, so now I was unable to cancel the stay as they would not provide a refund. This is very misleading because if I had known this prior to booking, I would have booked elsewhere. To make matters worse, I was stuck in Shin-Osaka train station on a rainy day with a hungry, tired and cold baby and this property refused to let me check-in. I had to quickly book a different property for warmth and shelter. At 9.35 pm I randomly received a message from the host with check-in details and this message - "Since you have paid the fee for this reservation, so I'll still send you to check in instruction, please confirm." So in the long run they sent me the check in details, even though they refused to give them to me when I arrived in Osaka in the morning. I reached out to booking.com who then contacted the property but the property declined my request for a refund. Please beware of this property!!!!
• Peter (9/5): Great bang for your buck. - Conveniently located next to the metro and walking distance to Namba. Great price and size for a family of 3. Property manager gave perfect guidance and direction.

• Vic (8/5): My Stay - This accommodation is comfortable and spacious, especially for my family of 2 adults and 1 child. Two people sleep in the bedroom, while the other person sleeps on the sofabed. The unit is clean and equipped with the listed amenities. The location is very close to shops for daily necessities. The unit's location is also very close to Ebisucho subway station. Den Den Town is also within walking distance. However, there are some suggested improvements, such as providing an additional clean cover for the sofa bed (i found the cover provided got stains)and replacing the thin pillows with more comfortable ones.One more thing, i realized in the ads mentioned 2 sofa bed which in reality actually one. Anyway, overall, we are satisfied and happy with our one-week stay in this unit and we would like to thank the owner.

• Joan (7/5): Good - Location was great for us as we could walk to denden town easily Bath tub was not too small Washing maching was good but quite dirty inside see below for more info. Dryer function in the bathroom was great for drying clothes Amenities were provided I really liked the body sponge It was very clear that the cleaning done was just surface cleaning. The sofa doesn't look very clean Aircon was dusty can triggered our sinuses. I had to clean the filter. Bed slats was somehow out of position causing the mattress to sink down. I had to use some effort to bring it back to the correct position. Washing machine was absolutely filthy. It caused my clothes to have lots of lint stuck on. I had to run a tub wash, and wash out the lint trap which looked moldy as well. However after cleaning out the washer, It worked great.

• Dominique (10/5): Exceptional - I never gave such a good rating, but here it's worth it. We literally loved everything. The apartment has the perfect size for 2 people, is not even 1 min walk away from the metro station and very central in Osaka. It has all the amenities you need and the apartment itself is very comfy. For what it offers the price was amazing. If we come back to Osaka this will be the first place to check it out Nothing
