• Albina (7/5): - Es war sauber, die Lage ist gut. Es war leider sehr laut, die Betten waren nicht so bequem.
• Sara (6/5): Carino, forse - Molto spazioso e fornito di tutto. Non è vicino a nessuna stazione come c'è scritto. A piedi molto distante dalla metro. La pulizia poteva essere assolutamente fatta meglio, c'era polvere ovunque e il bagno perde ed è rattoppato con del nastro adesivo. Peccato perché è un nell'appartamento, qualche accorgimento in più e sarebbe perfetto.

• Anastasiia (8/5): - Отличное расположение: в пешей доступности несколько станций метро, внизу 7eleven. До замка Осаки пешком 35 минут вдоль реки. В квартире достаточно тихо, но улицу слышно. В каждой комнате по кондиционеру, есть стиральная машина. Очень жесткий матрац и достаточно узкая кровать - вдвоем было тесновато.

• Christoph (8/5): Nice appartment, good value for the price, all you need for a week in Osaka! - We loved the location, the appartment is well equipped and we even successfully used the washing machine twice. The appartment actually even has a very small balcony which I don't think shows on the pictures but is perfect to dry your clothes on. It could have been a bit more clean but overall, we were pretty satisfied with everything.
• Nguyen (9/5): Superb - It is very convenient to have the Family Mart right next door. Great location: 5 minutes from the bus and 11 minutes from subway stations, walking distance from the Nakagoshima Rose Garden - by the river. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances and the fridge has a small freezer section. The address location of the place is not accurate. I was not able to find it on Google Map. I find this coordinate exact: 34°41'47.3"N 135°30'21.7"E
• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Communication was great with the owner and answered all of our questions. A great spot with only a 10 minute walk to stations. A very comfortable stay and was clean and spacious. Restaurants all around and the Family mart right outside was great. Thanks for a great stay.

• Abigail (8/5): Nice place for 3 people. - Both main rooms had an A/C unit so the temperature in the apartment was really even and nice. Great water pressure. The directions provided by the host were very easy to follow and self check in was a breeze! The location was ok, a few subway stops to dontobori. The Family Mart right next door was great!
• Pablo (8/5): The best stay in Osaka - The room was perfect for a group of three. Everything worked accordingly, and we were never short on appliances. The location was also very favourable. Very close to different stations and not too far from the main attractions if you like to walk. I have zero complaints.

Excellent value apartment in a convenient location for subway and JR Osaka station. Bed very comfortable. Apartment is looking rather tired and dated and could do with some refurb. Noisy main road outside. No bedside tables or wine glasses.
• Meesa (9/5): Spacious and great location. - Location worked well for us. The apartment was spacious (particularly by Japanese standards) and clean. Communication was also excellent. We got a little flustered finding the building and entering but the excellent directions saved the day.

• Filip (10/5): Very nice AirBnB - Very nice, perfect size for 2 people, a コンビニ literally just outside the door and the staff was basically reachable via mail at any time if we had any questions. Superb! The nearest and most convenient trainstation is a 10-13 minute walk away.
• Janelle (8/5): Very good - Comfortable, clean and compact apartment with everything we needed- good to have a small kitchenette. 5 mins walk to minamimorimachi underground station with supermarket there (we felt safe walking in area at night)
• Correna (5/5): Comfortable for only two people - The bedroom was comfortable for two. No linen was available for the sofa bed and it was uncomfortable for an adult. Cleaning needs to be more thorough with hair and dust in corners of rooms. Lots of instructions were provided but not for the washing machine.
• Alice (8/5): Cozy and domestic! - - Location very central, the place very comfortable and spacious. - We could've easily stayed here for a whole week- it was kitted out to cook etc. - The bedroom was lovely - There were lots of little touches like an ironing board and nice shampoo. - The sofa bed was very much a fold out from a sofa- very hard for western standards but it was a double, spacious! - The listing said "hot tub"- this is absolutely a bad translation, there's a bath, but alas- no hot tub :(

• Ryan (10/5): Perfect budget option for groups of 2-3 travellers. - Nakayoshi Stay is a great budget option for travellers in a group of 2-3. The three of us stayed for 10 nights, and have literally nothing to complain. First, the location is at walking distance from Umeda, and close to multiple metro stations. It's easy to travel to Kyoto, Kobe and Uji from Nakayoshi stay, merely a 10 minutes walk and one train ride without having the need to change lines. The family mart right below the property also helped filling our supplies whenever we needed. Second, the facilities inside Nakayoshi Stay is great, we have never found ourselves in need of something that has not been provided. The hair dryer, washing machine, (two!) air conditioners and wifi are all in great condition. There is even a balcony to hang our clothes. The flat is also spacious that all of us could open our luggage and still have space left. Ultimately, Nakayoshi Stay is an amazing budget option for groups of 2-3. We would wholeheartedly recommend it for any future travellers.
• Yang (10/5): Excellent - Value for money self-contained accommodation at the centre of Osaka. No-frills but comfortable enough for 2 to 3 pax with all the required facilities such as kitchenette, good wifi, hot water, heating and clean toilets. It's also within 8min walk to several train stations. There is a big Family Mart right below to get food and basic supplies. For the pricing and last minute booking, everything was perfect for me.
