• Ethan (8/5): More traditional lodging - Bathroom was spacious and the utilities were wonderful once you figure out how they work (air conditioning, hot water and water pressure) Little instructions on house rules for slippers. There were plenty of shoes to wear but it wasn't apparent if they belonged to someone else or not. AC and the bath could use some pointers as the controls are difficult to understand.

• Mika (7/5): - 1部屋ごとに洗面、浴室、トイレがあり、リビング、キッチンも綺麗で、広々してて、3家族で使用しましたが、快適に過ごせました。 宿泊施設になかなか連絡か取れず、電話をかけても中国語？のメッセージが流れるだけで繋がらずで不安でした。メッセージを再度送り、ようやくチェックインを早くしてもらう承認も得られて、宿泊先に向かったら鍵がなく慌てました。。 清掃の方に連絡が行ってなかったのか、清掃中でした💦 宿泊先とも連絡取れず、慌ててたら中から清掃の方が出てきてくれ、何とか中に入る事が出来ました。 宿泊出来ないのかと不安になりました。
• EMI (2/5): 連絡が取れない - チェックインの手間なくすぐに部屋に入ることができのが気楽でよかった。車も空いていたから無料で停めることができた。チェックイン前に車も置いておけたのがよかった。部屋は古い感じはなかったので、普通に過ごせました。 宿泊前に何度も問い合わせしても、何の返事もなし。メールしても電話してもつながりません。カスタマーサポートセンターに問い合わせても、宿からの返事はなし。結局、宿に到着した頃に返信がありました。実際に来るまでとても不安でした。壁が薄いので、隣の咳払いも聞こえる程でした。電気ポットを使おうとしたら、中に水滴？がついたままで洗ってないのか、よくわかりませんがあまりいい気分ではありませんでした。

• KANAE (7/5): 良かったです！ - とても綺麗で、過ごしやすく、チェックアウト頃にお会いした清掃員さん達もとても感じ良くて、事前にいただいたメッセージも、丁寧で分かりやすく良かったです。 アパートのようなので(民泊？を使うのは初めてで)、アメニティ等何があるか心配でしたが、 バスタオル・フェイスタオル・使い捨て歯ブラシ・コップ・消臭スプレー・シャンプー・コンディショナー・ハンド＆洗顔ソープ・ドライヤー・電子レンジ・冷蔵庫・湯沸かし器・テレビ　等 欲しい物が大体揃っていて、安心しました。 その辺りもページに記載があると有り難いです。 洗面台付近にタオル掛けが無く、少し不便でした。 また、生活音や声が結構聞こえました。 夜中に帰って来た他の部屋の方(他の利用客なのか、住人なのかは分かりませんが)の声が大きく、うるさかったのが残念。(声を掛けようかと思いましたが、少し怖かったので我慢しました) 疲れてたので家族は爆睡できたのが幸いでした。 以後お気をつけいただけたら有り難いです。

The ad says there is a parking space, but when I got there it was full and there was nowhere to park my car. the bed mattress is horrible! very low quality around the apartment very noisy, and full of bicycles surrounding the building the upstairs apartment was very noisy, dropping things on purpose and running around all night! Several things happened that made my stay horrible! worst place I've ever stayed It's even embarrassing to take a photo of the place, without any reference
• Sebastián (8/5): Very good - The room is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is very nice too with all things independent. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet. The location is far but was still convenient. The soundproofing is bad and there's a kindergarden below, so you might hear children on weekdays.

• Sophie (1/5): Unfortunately awful - Don't stay here if you want to sleep! - The room was fine! Had all the basics a traveller needs. It was easy to get into the property, and there were basic bathroom amenities. The host was easy to whatsapp but didn't always reply. The noise! The walls are SO thin. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't sleep a single night. It made us unwell! The people staying in the guesthouse unfortunately do not recognise the notice signs asking for people to be quiet after 9PM. The noise is honestly the worst we've experienced so far in our 7 months of travelling. There was banging and shouting from all sides of the room all through the night.
• Chee (10/5): Great stay ever I had in Osaka. - I would certainly recommend this hostel to all my friends & family. The owner is a very helpful & kind young man. Even though this is a self check in & check out stay, but everything is in order, we come & leave with very simple & smooth procedures. Location might be a bit inconvenient for some people, as mostly you need to walk for about 7-10 mins to get to bus station or train station. But it’s is not a problem for me, just a comment to others who don’t like to walk too much.
• Goral (10/5): Great comfortable flat/room with good transport links and helpful host - The property was very warm, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The toilet was good, small but enough space. The shower had very good pressure and temperature. We messaged the host a few questions about the washing machine and instructions, and they were very helpful and answered quickly. The location has a few shops within around 5 minutes walk, a train station and bus stop very close to it as well. Only the metro is a bit further away, around 15 minutes walking from the house. Nothing, for the value, the location and property was very good.

• William (10/5): Very happy with the stay - Very nice place and very spacious. Lots of seasonings and kitchenware. Bathrooms are clean and convenient, good water pressure and temperature. Beds were comfortable and aircon was in every room. We were very happy staying there. Didn't realize our room was on the third floor and the stairs were a bit inconvenient with the luggage. It was a bit far from restaurants. Sometimes there were lots of bikes in the assigned parking lots.
• Ming (10/5): Wonderful Apartment in Quiet Suburbs - This was a real gem of an apartment. It is actually an apartment block with 2 levels of rooms. Each level has 3 rooms for rental. We took the entire 3rd floor. Each of the 3 rooms had an ensuite bathroom, separate toilet, and a washbasin inside the room. So each room is self-contained. Each floor has a common dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The dining room has a large table which could easily sit 6-8 people. There were extra foldable Ikea chairs in the closet in the corridor. Everything was good - superb cleanliness, fantastic toilet equipment (modern, easy to use), very nice toiletries and a super efficient heating/cooling system. The master bedroom had 2 large double beds (between double and queen sizes) and the toilet had a bathtub. The 2nd room had 2 single beds (super single size), while the 3rd bedroom had a super single + double-decker bunk bed. It was such a lovely place for my family and my sister's family (total 8 people. 2 little kids and 2 teens). There was a door that could be locked to the level, and that gave us all the privacy we wanted. There was a washing machine which we could use free, and also complimentary laundry detergent and softener. The washing machine combined washing and an air-drying mode. This means it just pushed room temperature air into the tub. The air was not heated. So it took a long while to get anything really dry. It was not really a problem as we simply converted the dining room into a drying room at night. With the efficient heater and winter dryness, all our clothing dried overnight. The location is not in central Osaka. It's in a quiet little neighbourhood near the JR Ashiharabashi train station. The station is about 5-7 min walk away, easily manageable and a very pleasant walk it is as the suburbs are very peaceful and quiet. The JR Ashiharabashi train station is on the Osaka Loop Line and so it is just 3-4 stops away from Osaka train station itself. We took the 3rd floor and there is no lift. So we had to lug our suitcases up and down 2 flights of stairs. It was pretty tough but can't be helped I guess. Not a serious issue unless you have mobility issues and can't climb up and down stairs every day.

• Orimu (8/5): I would like to recommend it not only to foreigners but also to Japanese people. - New equipment and fixtures. The location of the accommodation is good. Convenience store is near. The bad points are that there is no table and microwave. Bad cleaning of bathtub. I do not understand the Japanese display of the remote control for the air conditioner, lighting, etc. and the remote control for the water heater.
