• TAKUYA (10/5): - ＧＷ中家族でUSJに予定でこちらに宿泊しました。弁天町駅からも凄く近く、もちろんUSJにも近くこちらを選びました。駅周辺と言う事で色々揃っていました。オマケに温泉もあります。とても良かったです。部屋は広くとても綺麗でした。 昼間でも暗い廊下、建物が古いので入口から昇る階段が急階段でした。飲酒をしてからの階段を昇るのは気を付けた方が良いと思いました。

• Yuna (1/5): 人生最悪の経験をさせられた宿泊施設 - なし 具体的な部屋の不備としては、いくつかありますが、まずベッドや枕に長い髪の毛が落ちている箇所が数箇所ありました。シーツはシワシワで交換していないのではないか？と思えるような状態でした。備え付けのスリッパは、従来であれば使い捨て用のようなスリッパを繰り返し使用している様子でした。 また、ドライヤーの導線が剥き出しで、電源を入れると風は出ずに火花が散りました。ドライヤーが壊れていることを、スタッフの方に電話にて伝えたところ、電話口で、「今から隣の部屋に取りに行っていただきます｣と言われたので、電話を繋げた状態で隣の部屋のドアの前に行きました。電話で隣の部屋のドアの暗証番号を伝えられ、言われるがまま入力してドアを開けたら、別の宿泊者の方の靴が3足並べられており、部屋の中からはシャワーの音がしました。びっくりして、すぐにドアを閉めて自分達の部屋に戻ったので、隣の部屋の方と鉢合わせてはいませんが、電話のスタッフの方には、すみませんと謝られ、また確認して電話を折り返すと言われました。正直、予約管理体制に不信感、不安感、大きな恐怖心を抱きました。もし逆の立場で、何かの拍子でドアをあけられたとしたらと考えると怖いですし、もし隣の部屋の方が、ドアを開けられたことに気づいて、自分たちの部屋に来たらどうしようか、等の様々な不安が大きく、一晩ゆっくり過ごすどころか恐怖心ですぐにでも別のホテルに行きたい気持ちでした。 しばらくすると、またマンションかわたのスタッフの方から電話があり、この時間からドライヤーを届けることはできないので、諦めてドライヤーなしで過ごすように言われました。 予約する際に記載されてた設備が揃っていない事、それに重ねて、スタッフの確認不足、予約管理の不十分さのせいで、自分たちが危ない目に合うようなリスクを負ったことへのストレス、恐怖で大きな精神的苦痛がありました。 この時点での時間は既に23時で、詳しくない土地で、その時間から他のホテルを探して、荷物をまとめて移動することは難しいですし、どうすることも出来ず、やむを得ずマンションかわたで1泊を過ごしました。 2泊宿泊予定でしたが、こんな環境で2泊も過ごせないので、次の日は急遽他のホテルを予約し、そちらに宿泊しました。 この旨をマンションかわたのスタッフの方に電話で伝え、設備の不十分、精神的苦痛により全額返金を訴えましたが、それは難しいと言われ、25000円の返金という形になりました。しかしこれだけの苦痛を味わって、一泊分は微々たる割引がされただけで、この金額の返金というのは納得がいきません。2泊で43448円で、返金額が25000ということは1泊18448円支払ったということになります。単純計算で言えば1泊あたり、43448円の半分で21724円相当であり、これだけの被害を受けて1泊分を3276円程度の割引なんて有り得ません。

The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Heated toilet seat. Clean. I can recommend for longer stays. The apartment only had two windows and it was a bit hard to get some fresh air inside.

• Tania (8/5): We were overall happy with our stay at this apartment. It was a nice quiet area. Nice to come back to after a long day - It was spacious throughout. It was very clean. It was good value for money. Had most of the home basics. Aircon was great too. There was no kettle which would have been great to make a coffee. The frying pan was warped so couldn't be used on the electric cooktop stove. The beds were only the bases and needed mattresses - they were very hard to sleep on - not too good on our backs.

Only 1km from universal studio, so very handy for our vi - spacious apartment. very clean. very good supermarket nearby. no lift in the property so the noise of people going up and down the stairwell was noisy.
