• marieke (6/5): - Het ligt in een grote straat, dus voldoende te doen in de omgeving, niet ver van de metro/winkels... zelf check-in. Host reageert vlot. Het was er niet zo proper en rook een beetje muf. Keukentje is zeer beperkt (hebben niet gekookt). Geen stopcontact in de badkamer, geen spiegel in de andere ruimte. Je kan je bagage niet eerder brengen of laten staan na check-out.
• Martina (9/5): Great location, comfortable stay, clean. - Great location, comfortable beds. For 2 people it was good, for 3 a little bit crowded, but just for sleeping still comfortable.
• Yang Yu-Ting (4/5): 工作人員處理問題的方式太差，不然房間位置跟設備都還可以接受。 - 距離通天閣非常近，去吃飯或購物都非常方便。 走路去難波都可以，去黑門市場也只要16分鐘左右。 房間設備齊全，入口也有門禁算安全。 離地鐵站也很近，旁邊走1-2分鐘就有便利商店。 領取鑰匙是會給一個密碼然後去信箱領取。 我們訂了三間房，其他兩間都順利打開，但唯獨有一間他的鎖就是打不開。 求助工作人員，只回復我可以打開，並沒有給予任何協助。且回復得非常慢，我們一行人都必須在一樓等他。 等了很久也只告訴我他們早上確認過是可以開的，也沒幫助到我們。 後來是朋友嘗試了無數次跟瘋狂的旋轉，才不小心打開，後來發現他的鎖頭根本就鬆掉，我們怎麼轉都沒卡到他的卡榫，所以打不開，而工作人員卻不願意協助處理與解決，感覺非常差。

• Natasha (8/5): Good little place - exactly what we wanted, 3 rooms all with their own bathrooms and kitchen facilities. If you put the address in google maps, it showed somewhere completely different about a block away. It took us a while to find the place, not the greatest at night and you just want sleep. Also felt like an escape room trying to get the keys out of the lock boxes

• PROCERFINA (10/5): A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY AND VERY CLOSE TO MANY PLACES, WALKING DISTANCE. - THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD, BUT WE HAD EXPRIENCED THE HARDSHIP ON THE INSTRUCTIONS TO GET THE KEYS. WE WERE NOT ABLE TO USE THE CODE AND WE TOOK IT BY HAND TO GET IT FROM THE MAIL BOX. WE INSERTED MY SMALL HANDS TO GET THE KEYS. THE CODING SYSTEM DID NOT WORK. THE CODING SYSTEM TO BE ABLE TO GET THE KEYS!

• Thomas (8/5): - The location is amazing. Shinsekai across the street, a giant figurine and collectors area just to yhe north, and a short walk to Dotonbori. Of the 3 rooms, one at least had not been cleaned very well with long black hairs in the shower and a lot of dust and dirt behind the bed. Nothing that impacted the stay, but noticeable.

(9/5): Buena estancia para amigos - La ubicación es increíble, cerca de la torre de Osaka repleta de zonas para comer y explorar, también cerca de 3 línea de metro diferentes (Una de JR que va a Universal). La descripción del alojamiento se entiende perfectamente, no entiendo los comentarios de la gente respecto a la división de las habitaciones. Sí, son tres mini departamentos en un solo piso, cada uno con puerta independiente, sus camas, baños y cocina, básicamente son como Home Studio. Debido a la división y como están puesto los muebles, una de las habitaciones es un poco más grande/espaciosa que las otras dos, pero tienen un closet donde guardar las maletas. También hay lavadora y de igual forma a unos pasos del hotel hay una lavandería de monedas. Así que para un grupo de amigos que quieran privacidad va excelente. Soy alto, entonces en lugares altos si hay polvo (lo normal) pero en general la limpieza está bien. Me aparecieron ronchas en el cuerpo la primera noche jaja 🤔

• Mohammad Rizan (10/5): - A very comfortable and clean house. It's worth what we pay, the owner is very friendly and always helps if there is any issue

• Hanaa (6/5): 3 Studios pour le prix d’un, bon emplacement mais trop sale et poussiéreux. - Le prix et l’emplacement, bien climatisé. Le sol des appartements n’était pas très propre, il y’avait aussi plusieurs coins poussiéreux, comme sous les fenêtres. Les balcons étaient vraiment sales, impossible d’étendre son linge dans l’espace prévu pour cela. Plus d’équipement si possible.

• Derek (2/5): Don't be fooled, this in not apartment. It is three separate poorly equipped lockable studio rooms. - The location. We feel very mislead as we booked this place expecting an apartment, it was not! It was three poorly equipped studio rooms on each floor, there was no area for people to get together. The bathroom and shower were inadequate. The shower taps were part of the basin taps and shower was cheap plastic. The towels were very thin, there was no tea towel. While the kitchen did have microwave and element you could use, there were no plates, only cheap plastic cups and bowls. I would say the kitchen equipment was insufficient. In two of the floors we booked one of the studio rooms smelt bad and people did not want to sleep in them. The was not enough power points and the wifi coverage was patchy. The instruction booklet in the rooms was confusing as it gave mixed information and different from all the communications you got sent after filling all the forms prior to check in. Overall would not recommend this place for large booking.

• Olga (9/5): Great stay next to Tsutsenkaku tower! - The location of the property is amazing. We wanted to stay close to Tsutsenkaku tower and I could walk to the tower base in 2 minutes. The host was incredibly helpful and great at communicating. The check in and premises manual was the best I have seen so far. There is a great massage parlour just next door that helps a lot to relax after a long day of walking. All the amenities were there, and the space was very clean. All in all, the value for money is great! The only thing I would say is that the apartments are fairly small, which is not that uncommon in large cities in Japan.
• carine (9/5): - The location is at city centre of Namba, within walking distance of JR and Metro line. Lawson is just two blocks away from the apartment, Donkie Donkie is also within walking distance. The customer service is friendly and helpful, it is of great value with the strategic location.

• Patricia (7/5): Opción económica y práctica para unos dias en Osaka - Para varias personas poder tener cada una un apartamento, es una opción muy buena y económica. Los apartamentos son básicos pero tienen de todo, incluida lavadora. La ubicación es práctica. En mi caso, respondieron siempre rápido cuando escribí. Es una buena opción sin pretensiones pero económica en Osaka Uno de los 3 apartamentos está más deteriorado. No hay cambio de toallas, aunque hay lavadora y secadora. Hay pocos utensilios de cocina (vasos, cubiertos..)

• Pierre (8/5): Excellent location and good value for à short stay - We booked for 3 people and got the whole floor (3 flats) i.e. three rooms with each our own bed, sofa, shower, washing machine, kitchen, etc. The location was very good, between two metro stations and in front of the Tsukenkaku tower. The room is small but ok for one or two people. Portable WiFi was à plus. Not a big issue as we don’t speak Japanese but no TV in the room.
