• Maria Elena (4/5): Purtroppo siamo rimasti delusi dall'appartamento e dal tempo perso per fare il check-in - La posizione L'appartamento non era quello corrispondente alle foto, pensavamo di alloggiare in un appartamento di due stanze, salone, cucina e bagno. Ci siamo ritrovati in una cucina ingresso, un'unica stanza con un letto matrimoniale e vicino un divano letto ed un bagno, senza ariatore e con la puzza dalla doccia. L'unica cosa vera era il balcone, pagato troppo per le dimensioni non veritiere dell'appartamento. Inoltre abbiamo scoperto solo in loco che il check-in veniva fatto presso un negozio, che il giorno del nostro arrivo era di chiusura.

La ubicación es genial, una zona con mucho ambiente, cerca de muchos sitios andando y también bien comunicado en transporte público. No se escucha nada de ruido porque da al patio interior, pero había suficiente luz. En general está bien cuidado y las camas son cómodas. Solo tenía un baño y permite alojar 14 personas. La verdad que se queda un poco escaso. Ademas solo hay una mesa pequeña para comer, con 3 sillas altas, lo cual no es muy cómodo. Hemos estado a gusto pero un poco apretados.

Trotz mehrfacher E-Mails direkt an den Vermieter haben wir bis zum aktuellen Tag KEINE Rechnung erhalten. Daher ist die Unterkunft - gebucht über Booking.com - für Geschäftsreisende nicht geeignet. Auch die versprochenen 10% Rabatt bei der Tiefgarage ums Eck wurden nicht gewährt.

The apartment wasnt well cleaned, the floor wasnt mopped, the dining table had dust (quite visible), balcony wasnt cleaned. In the amount charged (about Eur 200 per night), they should be generous enough to provide drinking water, kitchen towel/tissues and bathroom sleepers as these items doesn't cost much but its about convenience. Once they hand over the keys, you wont get any service whatsoever.
• Alette (7/5): Okay, aber mit Abstrichen - Ich habe 5 Apartments gebucht und die Unterschiede in der Qualität der Apartments war gravierend. Die große Wohnung im Erdgeschoss kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Es gibt keine Fenster im Schlafzimmer, nur eines in der Küche. Außerdem gab es dort eine Kakalake. Eine Schlafcouch konnte nicht aufgeklappt werden, weil eine Säule im Weg war. Die anderen Apartments waren sehr schön, vor allem Apart. 602, mit schöner Einrichtung und herrlichem Ausblick. In einigen Apartments war viel kaputt und nicht mehr so wie auf den Fotos. Fantastisch war die Lage, weil man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Kommunikation ist eine Katastrophe. Es gibt viele Telefonnummern, auch per WhatsApp, aber man erreicht niemanden, wenn es Probleme gab. Die zwei Damen im Modegeschäft, bei denen man den Schlüssel abholt, sind zwar nett, aber auch sie berufen sich darauf, dass sie ja nicht verantwortlich seien.

A minuit un bonhomme bourré d’alcool venait taper à la porte pour encaisser une caution de 500€ tous ce qu’elles appellent meubles ne valent pas cette caution. Le bruit toute la nuit impossible de dormir une heure sans se réveiller à cause ce bruit. Cet espace est éclairé 24/24. Les fenêtres sans rideau, l’araignée et poussière sont dans chaque coin …porte de toilettes cassée…..

We had to pay extra to store luggage before our flight home; luggage was put in a broom closet and that should be a simply service that should have been included. Received a message saying we had to do the dishes. I sent three messages asking where this comes from, but no reply from host. If we didn't do the dishes there would be extra costs from the cleaning company!!!!

Lijepo uređeno (8/10) Nema perilice posuđa što je za apartman za 8 osoba veliki minus... Samo jedan ključ po stanu... Prastari i mali lift (za 3-4 osobe max)... Možda malo preglasno ali ipak ste na glavnom boulevaru pa to i ne bih uzeo za neki veliki minus..

Die Lage im obersten Stock ist schön und man sieht noch die Spitze des Eifelturms Leider hatte es nur einen kleinen Salontisch zum Essen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es sehr laut nachts, aber die Fenster isolieren gut. Für 8 Personen wäre die Wohnung sehr klein

Nombreux commerces et restaurants Acceuil parfait Pas mal de petits travaux de rénovation à prévoir Carrelage salle de bain, lumières a remplacer dans les chambres. Et peut-être envisager des rideaux ou volets roulants aux deux fenêtres pour cacher un peu la lumière du jour au petit matin et le petit vis a vis de la chambre

Vaktmästaren släppte snabbt in oss vid ankomst och var trevlig. Rummet motsvarade inte våra förväntningar och liknande ingen av dem som är på bilderna. Rummet var dessutom alldeles för varm, med ett element som inte gick att stänga av och inga öppningsbara fönster. Fönstren var mot innegården där det såg ut som en pågående arbetsplats.

Difficoltà a parlare con qualcuno per chiedere chiarimenti prima del soggiorno, non rispondono ai messaggi in modo chiaro

Salle de bain ridicule avec WC a l’intérieur . Ascenseur qui fait des bruits très inquiétant.

La distribución del apartamento y la incomodidad de las almohadas. Las fotografías del anuncio NO están actualizadas. El mobiliario, suelos etc. están más viejos de lo que se muestra. La cocina muy pequeña y vieja, justo al lado del inodoro del baño: la distribución muy mala.

• Maria Deira (5/5): - Location, amazing staff and cleanliness I did not realize that for a group of 9 most of us were sleeping on the sofa bed in the very exposed and no privacy living room. There were only 2 actual bed one is queen which is advertised as King and one double advertised as queen. Its ok that we didn’t have a view but what is worst is WE are the view 😭🥺

Nous n’étions que 5 donc on ne se marchait pas dessus mais à plus (notamment si des gens dorment dans le salon), cela sera sûrement plus serré. La personne qui remettait les clés n’était pas spécialement chaleureuse (elle a râlé que nous ne restions qu’une seule nuitée).

• Marcio Jose (8/5): Amazing apartment, amazing location, very safe neighborhood. Horrible/no wifi - WiFi didn’t work in any of the days we were there. For us, traveling from out of the country this makes a big difference. I sent email, booking messages and WhatsApp and no reply at all. Also, they expect us to wash all dishes before leaving, but there is no towel to dry and put the stuff back.

Ignorowano mnie non stop To jest niedopuszczalne że jeden nie ma gdzie spać To samo z ręcznikiem Było ich mało Nie było tych małych ręczników dla włosów Drzwi pod prysznicem nie działają Ekspres do kawy jest a kapsułek do niego już nie
