• Pablo Andrés (10/5): En caso de volver a Paris con mi familia, me volvería a quedar ahí 10/10. - El trato de Rocco muy amable, se comunicó muy bien con nosotros a pesar del idioma. El apartamento con acceso fácil, seguro, amplio, organizado, limpio, tenía todos los implementos para la cocina y el aseo. La zona muy tranquila y se respiraba seguridad, sitios para comer en la misma calle, muchas tiendas comerciales por ejemplo galerías Lafayette está a las dos cuadras, supermercado y muy importante estaciones del metro y RER, cercanas. No tengo quejas.

• Mauricio (9/5): Paris continua sendo a cidade da luz. - Paris é maravilhosa e conseguimos conhecer muitos pontos turísticos, shopping, lojas e restaurantes graças a excelente localização da acomodação. a localização perto do comércio, bares e metrô. Ao lado das estações de RER, metrô, trem, ônibus, mercados e a rua em Si tem uma vida noturna 24h, bem movimentada e segura. O apartamento tinha toda estrutura, desde toalhas até microondas, fogão de indução, sofás camas ótimos e confortáveis, varanda charmosa e banheiro excelente. Mesmo não sendo culpa da anfitriã, acabamos ficando sem elevador a partir do terceiro dia (de 8 dias de hospedagem)e o aquecedor pifou no penúltimo dia após um curto. A anfitriã foi super solicita ofertando o outro quarto para que tomássemos banho quente.

S'il faut trouver qqe chose alors le canapé peu confortable, mais nous n'étions pas là pour rester assis. Donc ce n'est pas très grave ;-)

• yvan (10/5): Bel appartement bien placé, énoncé des conditions à mettre à jour. - L'emplacement, la réactivité de la personne qui s'occupait de notre séjour au téléphone et son souci de nous trouver une solution à un problème de bagagerie. Les conditions de l'appartement ne correspondant pas au descriptif: notre entrée a été (bien) gérée au téléphone alors que nous nous attendions à avoir un accueil, et surtout le manque de bagagerie pour le jour du départ.

L'appartamento è molto bello, spazioso e ben arredato. Niente, è andato tutto bene.

Dispone de todas las cosas que puedes necesitar y estás cerca de casi todos los puntos turísticos de la ciudad. Los sofás cama son muy confortables y se montan y desmontan muy rápido. Nos gustó todo, quizás se puede mejorar el menaje, las sartenes estaban rayadas y se pegaba la comida.

Zona perfetta, fantastica per una famiglia come noi in cui c'erano bambini e nonni. Comodissima per spostarsi e molto pulita e sicura! L'appartamento è dotato di due comode camere, due bagni, un soggiorno e cucina grandi. Un posto in cui tornare. Staff super disponibile e gentile.

Las habitaciones, baños y demás instalaciones son tal cual se ven en las fotos. Nos brindaron elementos de limpieza (pastillas para el lavarropas, para lavavajillas, etc).
• Poey See (8/5): Overall, it was a good experience staying in this apartment. Highly recommended. - Location is very good. Convenient. Close to a supermarket. Train station and metro are just a close walking distance away. There are many eateries around the corner too. Full kitchen facilities are provided although we didn't cook. Good for those who cook. Multiple entrance locks made me feel safe. But on one of the nights, a neighbor left the upstirs door unlocked and it made me worried. The host is very helpful. A taxi pre-arranged by Booking was suppose to pick us up from the airport and send us to the apartment. But it was cancelled last minute upon our arrival without any prior notice. We had to pay for airport taxi to get to the apartment at the end. It was super disappointed! Booking should refund us the taxi fair.

• Craig (10/5): Charming flat near the train station - This property is conveniently located a short walk from the train station and metro line. There are many cafes / restaurants nearby and a block over many shops. The property was easy to find and easy to catch the metro or busses to sites within the city. Overall the property was clean and the host contacted us a day prior to arrival ensuring we had the necessary codes to access the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Paris as I felt it was a good value. Nothing - all was very good.

Would highly highly recommend. - Location is absolutely fantastic. 2 mins walk from supermarket. 2/3 mins walk from 2 different metro station. 5 mins walk from Gare Saint Lazare. <10mins walk to hop-on-hop-off bus stop (opera) and Roissy bus to CDG airport. The apartment itself was brilliant - - really clean - really warm - well stocked with towels / shower gel / toilet roll / dishwasher tablets / washing up liquid / pates & bowls etc - super WiFi - bed in main bedroom was comfy The sofa bed was squeaky and not the most comfortable for 2 people, but there was another pull out mattress that we missed 🙈

• Andreea (10/5): Spacious and well located apartment. - It is a spacious one bedroom apartment, in a lovely area on a pedestrian street, just steps from cafes and restaurants and even a supermarket. Around the corner metro, train bus stations with fast conections to all points of interest. The elevator is a plus, quiet neighbors, washer and dryer, nespreso machine, dishwasher, kitchen with all you may need. Staied in December and was warm and cosy. No place to store luggage, I got the impression that they have a storage room but no, and you are advise to a closed by storage bussines. Was ok

• suralta (6/5): Actually i like the place and the staff is so accommodating even I’m already face off Nasimma is very down to earth pers - We can cook in the property actually it was not clean as I’m expecting key is not in the box that what they told,but they transferred us in another room for that day that we arrived then on the next day we’re trasfer back to the original room that we booked It’s in the heart of the city
• Padron (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de parada de metro. El colchón no era muy cómodo.
