- SERGIO DANIEL (10/5): Excelente - En realidad todo estaba bien con respecto a la instalación, salvo detalles como la cerradura de la puerta de acceso al balcón la cual era complicada su apertura. Luego todo muy bien. La atención del señor Mariano, fue excelente, nos sentimos cómodos con su atención y predisposición.

Muy amable la persona que nos recibió. Un genio La ducha, poca presión de agua. Que es lo que uno busca para tener al menos un buen baño. Si mejoran eso, estaría bien.

The checkin was terrible. They came 30 minutes late. I was ready to leave. The toilet leaked and had a bad smell. It was very noisy for trying to sleep.

- Tanti (3/5): CAUTION to Foreigners /NOT recommended - Rezo was very responsive. On the 1st night when I contacted him about the comforter having a stain and that the pillow reeking of perfume, he came over with another one that evening. When the door closed behind me, after I went to the hall to turn off the light, he came over right away, despite it being after 10:00 p.m. He also arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport. The location of the room was centrally located. My room was in the back, so it was relatively quiet. -I stayed here four nights. The trash was not removed. They never changed the sheets or towels. -The towels were dingy, thin, and tattered. -The cleaning was questionable, based on the comfortable issue from day one. -The bathroom was tiny. There are no shelves for anything. I had to put my things in the kitchen because everything rolled off the only shelf above the sink. My clothes got wet the 1st time I took a shower because there is no curtain. The water builds up and you need to use the floor squiggly or your pants get wet. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I stayed in 8 different places and this was the only one where I encountered such “underhandedness." The website states they accept credit cards, and cash but that is only if you are Argentine. Three days before my arrival Rezo contacted me and asked me to wire him USD dollars plus 21% to an Irish bank. I double checked the reservation and thought I was receiving the message by mistake. I figured when I arrived this would be straightened out. I checked in and I was indeed asked to pay in USD plus 21%. I told his child's nanny there must be a mistake. I would not pay that since 21% is explicitly reserved for credit card transactions and he was already requesting I pay in USD not in the national currency. I contacted Rezo about this and he said I had to pay it. He proposed the only way not to pay it is if he cancelled the reservation, so Booking would not charge him and he would pocket everything. In a separate instance, the host asked me to call Booking to cancel a reservation because of transportation issues I had missed one night. It was then that I learned that what happened in Delta House was very shady and unprofessional. I must say, I never saw Rezo in his business which is on the first floor. I did see other foreigners in the building, as there are 4 other rooms in his building. I think it is odd that most reviews are from Argentines...I wonder why??? In Argentina the national currency is pesos!
