Damian (10/5): Highly recommended spacious apartment, a short distance from the main attractions. - A nice, modern, clean apartment, with plenty of space. It was a 10 minute walk to the nearest station, and 15 to one on a different line. We walked back from Shinjuku one evening, and it took ~30 minutes. Located in a peaceful residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Suited our needs perfectly. We were able to check in early, paying a nominal sum in advance of arrival (about £20 per hour earlier than 4pm). The sofa was a bit uncomfortable, but a minor complaint.

Dave (8/5): Very good - Great for a small family, big place with separate living area, dinner area, toilet, bathroom laundry area and wash up area. Kitchen was well equipped too. Location was quite far from train stations although only two stops away from Shinjuku station so a lot of time spent walking to commute.

Anonymous (6/5): Good property, good location if you don’t mind being in a local neighborhood where you either use taxi or walk 15 blocks - clean, spacious Communication with the host is not good. It took me four days for them to understand that only one towel per person in a 10 day stay was not enough. I ended up buying my own extra towels… I also left a carry on in great shape and send them a message to ask them to give it to someone that might benefit from using it. They thanked me for the message and that was it. Two days later, they want to charge me u$30 because they say it’s big item to “dispose.” This is a brand new carry on that I am leaving behind because I needed a bigger piece of luggage and I bought it three days ago in Shibuya. I was very clear on my message to them (the message they thanked me for…)

With its diver - Shibuya Honmachi is a vibrant and exciting neighborhood located in the heart of Tokyo, Japan. This bustling district is known for its fantastic shopping, dining, and entertainment options, making it an ideal destination for tourists and locals alike.
Ethan (8/5): A comfortable and spacious stay for large groups in close proximity to Shinjuku. - The accommodation was VERY clean and much more spacious than what I imagined for Tokyo. I would recommend this for large groups or families as there was even a fully functioning kitchen if one wanted to meal prep. The location was not the most central. This was especially apparent when we walked with our luggage to the accommodation after first arriving in Tokyo. Not a deal breaker but definitely noticeable enough to mention as a consideration for travelers that want to be very centrally located.
Njegos (8/5): Very Good Apartment - The apartment was very specious for Tokyo and Japan in general. I can't remember getting a bigger place there than this. It also had all the amenities you would need and the washing machine allows you to pack light. The only issue I had was that the windows weren't perfectly isolated so that there was a constant draft throughout the rooms. But this was fixable by turning the AC on.
Teresa (8/5): We were very happy with the apartment.Thanks Yuki… we’d love to stay there again. - Breakfast N/A. The property was modern, clean & tidy. It had everything we needed to be at a base to explore Tokyo and felt really comfortable to come home to. The check in tablet wasn’t working in the foyer and the PIN code was hard to find in the emails…so the property was initially hard to access. Perhaps some extra pillows would’ve been welcome. TV was difficult to access streaming services… so unfortunately wasn’t used. No tea towels in the kitchen. A Bluetooth speaker for music would’ve been great. Another nice touch might have been a table or floor lamp for some mood lighting.
