• Hannah (10/5): Pleasant - Well equipped, nice location! Kombini right next to it. Easy instructions on how to check-in. Narrow stairs, can be difficult to move with suitcases. Also, the conditioner was maybe mixed up with shampoo when refilling, so my fiancé had to run for me to the kombini haha

Hablando por booking me dijeron que subiera a ver si alguien había ocupado el departamento. El departamento estaba abierto. Un chico que decía ser el dueño subió a fijarse y empezó a decir “oh my got what happened”. Decidimos irnos enseguida, eran las diez de la noche y tuvimos que conseguir otro hotel caminando por la noche. Nadie nos explicó que había pasado. Terrible. La peor experiencia en Tokyo.

• 大樹 (1/5): 2度と泊まりません。 - 立地がいい 食器類が汚く浴槽にも髪の毛が落ちていて、ベッドの棚も汚いところがたくさんあったのにも関わらず清掃料金4000円を支払ってるのが馬鹿馬鹿しく感じた。 また真冬の宿泊最終日お湯が出なかったため違うホテルに泊まった。管理人室に行っても電話かけても対応してもらえず。返金は2000円と言われ、証拠写真がないとそれ以上の対応はできないの一点張り、旅館業法を遵守できてないような宿泊施設でした。

• Maciej J. (8/5): Quiet stay in Tokyo - Quite spacious appartment with all you can need, incl. washing machine & dryer. Nice, new building in quiet neighbourhood, good access to two JR lines. Good beds and wi-fi. Wide choice of shops and restaurants nearby. . While in general the room and bathroom were clean, all kitchenware required proper washing before use. Winding stairs might be a challenge when one have a large suitcase - nothing impossible but not comfortable.

• Hunter (9/5): Great Stay - Highly recommend! - Overall great location - super convenient 7-11 a few meters away from the hotel. The place was clean and tidy with very handy amenities such as a washing machine. Limited on space/ room but also very typical Tokyo size. The air conditioner was slightly smelly and noisy compared to others I've had in Japan.

El barrio es súper tranquilo y bastante local Si bien para los estándares de Tokio tiene buen tamaño, el espacio es un poco pequeño si vienes con equipaje muy grande
• Bruce (8/5): - I like the location and access. There's a grocery store a few steps away, and also a 7-11 convenience store! It's easy to find the nearby train station that takes you to the main Ueno and Nippori station. What was missing was a bedside lamp. The only lights in the room were exceptionally bright overhead lights.

• Brytone (9/5): quiet and comfortable - Enough room for 2 people to stay comfortably. Staff are extremely kind and are quick to help whenever needed. I had an issue with my AC unit and within the day it was fixed. Location was a bit far but in a nice quick area. I wish the beds had headboards

The apartments was medium in size for Japan, it was ok for two. Not much space, but ok. Clean and had lots of light. Feedback is fast and high-quality. Two grocery stores nearby. We liked this place. No elevator. We lived on the 4th floor. We had 4 suitcases (2 carry-on luggage and 2 L-size suitcases). It was very hard to lift them up and down. It is also difficult to get up in the evening, after a long walk during the day. This is normal if you don't have heavy luggage. If you have a heavy luggage, it is better to ask for a room on the lower floors.

Tiny appartment on the ground floo, window is looking at tha garage wall 1 meter away. No laundry dryer (but we were exceptionally authorised to use the one of the staff)
• JU CHEN (4/5): 民宿的品質不穩定，連鎖的商務旅館就算年代久遠，至少都算乾淨的沒有異味。 - 廁所和浴室夠大間、離JR三河島站很近、床的上方有一隻長橫桿，可以曬許多衣服。 booking的照片和實際現場差很大， 房間和寢俱有味道（這點是最令人難受的）、地板不乾淨、每隻鍋子嚴重刮傷、每張床的品質不一，有的彈簧變型、有的軟到不行。沐浴乳用水稀釋過，根本不敢用、一樓和房間櫃子裡堆滿雜物。

• Nikola (10/5): A great experience in the beautiful Nippori District! - I am in love with this property! The check in/out experience was seamless, with clear instruction and guidance. In the room, there is instructional manual, in English, how to use the: water kettle, rice cooker, the washing machine, the AC and the shower. The room is equipped with pretty much everything one might need for either shorter or longer stay: power outlet convertors, cooking appliances, toiletries abd drying rack. The location is also great! The train/metro stations Mikawashima Station and Nippori Station can be reached on foot! Supermarkets, kombinis and restaurants, available immediately as you leave the front door. The communication with the host: Excellent! Clear and quick! I didn't like that I could not stay longer :)
• Rajat (7/5): Okay for the price. - The property was close to a metro station so location seemed fine. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures. There was a blockage in the washroom basic, which I informed but was cleared two days later. Seemed to be a problem. The apartment had detergent missing which was also refilled two days later. Could’ve been prompt with the support.

• Melinda (7/5): Centrally located apartment in a quiet neighbourhood - The apartment is close to a JR railway station and next to a 7/11. The neighbourhood was quiet. Everything was clean. It was walkable from the airport train station stop. Small apartment and super strict rules that say they will fine you for shoe marks inside the apartment didn't make us feel very welcome. The instructions on how to enter were sent 1 hour before check in was possible.

• Siti (9/5): a lovely stay with all amenities you need at a super convenient location. - kocation is 5 minutes walk from a nearest train station which can connect to Nippori station where you can take Skyliner train direct to Narita airport. 7 Eleven is just in next building which we love after a long day. 1-bedroom apartment we stayed has all we need, good beds, a washing machine, a closet and a small kitchen with a big fridge, a spacious bathroom and a good wifi. Overall we had a great stay. The place is tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood but a short train or bus ride away you can reach all the touristy places. it doesn’t have an elevator and stairs are narrow so if you have big and many luggage be prepared to haul them up. If possible request for rooms on 1st floor. we stayed at room 201 which was perfect. it’s a typical Japanese size so limited space to put your luggage in the room. There is no lobby or a person greeting you and check in is via automated message with instructions to get your room keys in the mailbox. communication is through booking.com messages however my questions were answered quickly enough.

• Lataya (4/5): Looks nice but beware!!! - The only thing I liked about, this was the location and how close it was to the train station and other restaurants. When we got to the apartment there was no reception and the place was small. I guess that is the standard Japanese apartment. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. We had to buy extra pillows. The floors are dirty with someone else's hair on the floor when we first arrived. The big kicker is the shower head had mold and the big window near the beds had it too. This will be my first and last time I will be staying there. I didn't want to complain because we had no other place to stay but we managed.
• Travis (7/5): Good - Was nice and tidy, Owner was very responsive through the app and helpful, there was I nice covered seating area below rooms to wait for taxes etc. There was only one very small pillow on each bed and only one towel each so not good for a long stay in the same place
• Cheuk (7/5): The room is nice if you’re a backpacker. - The room is relatively big and clean. The design is cozy as well. The room is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so it wouldn’t be friendly to those with luggage. The bed sheet is quite old too which is quite itchy.
