• Matthias (8/5): Sehr gut gelegenes und sauberes Appartement mit knapper Ausstattung - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - eine Bahnstation liegt ganz nah, ohne dass Lärm von der Bahn zu hören ist. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen netten Geschäftsstraße, so dass fußläufig alle Waren des täglichen Bedarfs zu finden sind. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Größe des Appartements ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (zu zweit) geeignet. Alles ist in einem Raum. Es gibt kein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer. Die Tür führt direkt ins Treppenhaus. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist sehr knapp. Es gab weder ein Schneidebrett noch Küchenmesser, so dass die Möglichkeiten zum Kochen sehr eingeschränkt sind. Es gibt nur einen Stuhl. Wer nicht gern auf dem Sofa sitzen am Couchtisch isst, hat da schlechte Chancen. Wünschenswert wäre auch ein Geschirrtuch. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Schrank wünschenswert l. In Bezug auf die reduzierte Ausstattung empfangen wir die Wohnung etwas teuer.

• Iain (9/5): - What a fantastic apartment to base ourselves in for our stay in Tokyo! First of all, the location on a relatively quiet street was so nice to return to after spending long days in the crazy crowds of the city, and the train station just down the road made getting around on public transport really easy. We made good use of the well equipped kitchen and washing machine, and really appreciated the detailed instructions for everything (and recommendations!) sent by the host. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning worked a treat. Would not hesitate to return. As other people have noted there were quite a few steep steps up the the apartment - it didn't bother us but worth being aware of!

• carlos (9/5): Cómodo y agrdable - Zona tranquila y agradable, fuera de los circuitos turísticos. Cercana a estación de metro, aunque es difícil acertar el tren que para en esa estación. Apartamento bien decorado. Hay que subir dos pisos de escaleras estrechas.

Everything was good, but if they place some teabags/instant coffee that would be great addition as there are cooking utensils in the kitchen. There is no lift (as they have already mentioned), luckily we didn’t have any luggage to carry.

• Carina (5/5): Passable - Location was close to the subway, it was quiet and spacious. The room was clean. The TV plus fire TV stick was a bonus. The appartment declared itself as "longterm hotel", but we missed a few things to make a longterm stay possible. There was no room to store clothes, except a small wardrobe. There was no chance to hang anything in the bathroom (e.g. wet towels) or to store anything there either. There was no dish towel to dry the dishes after washing. The bed was uncomfortable as there was no slatted frame and the mattress was saggy. The room was dark because of the windows did not give much light. The walls gave a feeling of being in a rubber cell.

• Yohann (8/5): Nice flat in a good relax area of Tokyo. - Good area in Tokyo, pleasant, not too busy but with all facilities. Getting the entrance code was easy and handy. Very nice parks nearby. The AC works well, it is necessary in summer. There is a stove and a ricecooker but I did understand how to use it. In the end I only used the microwave. There is nothing to see from the window of the room (1st floor) and if you ever open the window there is a terrible thrash fish smell.

• Sonia (7/5): Good location. That’s mainly why I chose it - for convenience. - The location was great. Lots of things to see and convenient. Grocery store and restaurants walking distance. Also close to the train station. The window shades were covered in dust and they were located above our heads. We all Woke up congested from the dust and AC and we also had to have the fan blowing on us. We wish the beds were more comfortable. Wasn’t expecting a futon mattress. There was also a hole in the storage closet. I’m not sure how many people manage this property but they don’t share information with each other.i had arranged an early check in - it was only an hour earlier and it was done well before the 3 day grace period they request. When I reached out the day before to confirm, they said no you can not check in early, you have to request this at least 3 days before. All they has to do was read the previous thread. Again, not a big deal but this wasn’t something I wanted to deal with.
• Judhistira (9/5): Superb - Everything's great! The apartment location is very close to the train station, which made our trip went very smoothly. The neighborhood is also very comfortable with lots of food around and it's also quiet. A very comfortable place to rest after a long day. Highly recommend to stay here if you're going to Japan. Will definately come back for my next Japan trip!

Everything we needed was provided, from laundry essentials to kitchen appliances, ample storage space, and even a rice cooker. The convenient location near two stations allowed us to easily explore Shibuya, Tokyo Skytree area + Asakusa. We highly recommend this place, especially for long-term stays or remote workers. The strong WiFi connection and Amazon Fire TV made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

• Kawaguchi (9/5): Comfortable stay in a convenient location, - The breakfast was not included. The location was excellent. The train station, convenience store, super market and a number of restaurants were within a 3 minute walk. We liked staying in a smaller neighborhood with local shops and eateries, while still having easy access to some of the major areas within Tokyo. It would have been nice to have some drawers or shelves to store some of our clothes. We were able to hang some of our clothes on a portable clothes rack, but lived out our luggage for the most part. Not a big deal for us since we only came with carryon luggage so it was easy to access our clothes. The stairs to the apartment were rather narrow and steep with no hand rails, but we knew about this in advance.

• Daria (7/5): Good - It was spacious by Tokyo standards. There were relevant cooking appliences. Toilet and bathroom were great It was dusty, behind the bed, curtains, doors, and top shelves were full of dust. The bed was not comfortable, and the bed linen looked old and not very clean.
• Anonymous (9/5): Great value, good location and big room - Room is relatively big (compare to other rooms in Tokyo), it’s close to the subway station. Love the kitchen and washing machine. This property is located on the shopping street, but the room itself is sound-proofed. No elevator, the steps are quite steep. My room is on the second floor, it was not so bad, but with 2 large luggages was challenging enough.
• Sharun (10/5): A perfect Private Airbnb Stay - A great concept, it felt like an Airbnb. The location was great. All required amenities were available. Perfect stay for 3 people. The please was neat and clean. Instructions were clear. You have prime metros at walkable distances. If you are new here and looking to explore. There's an onsen in the vicinity, multiple entries and bakeries. If there was any method to call the person incharge in case of any issues, we faced no issues.

I dont like the stairs, no elevator and didnt explain in the front booking page. We just know until i get the letter from the host. And you cant cancel it because the host not provide free cancellation. So we feel like being trapped in this booking room.

Small restaurants and convenience stores around the property open until late night. Spacious room for a property in Japan. The room felt quite dusty. My Partner and I could not stop sneezing. (Especially the bed and the aircon) Doors and walls quite thin, can hear other parties quite clearly.

All expected amenities there (shower, fridge, iron, etc.) In room 202 where I was the window was giving on an adjacent building (which was 1 meter away) so no real daylight. Also the location while calm and tranquil requires a connection by subway to Oimachi station before being able to access Tokyo s mains attraction points by public transportation.

• Bruno (8/5): Spacious Apartment! - The check-in process was a breeze, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. They provided me with all the necessary information to ensure a seamless stay. One of the best aspects of this accommodation was its prime location. It was surrounded by an array of shops, coffee shops, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to indulge in local delights and find everything I needed within a stone's throw. Furthermore, having a train station nearby was a huge advantage. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and well-designed, it provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Despite the bustling city surroundings, I was pleasantly surprised to find complete tranquility during the night. I enjoyed uninterrupted, peaceful sleep throughout my entire stay. Unfortunately, I discovered several hairs on the pillows. The towels provided in the room had an unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting.

• Kristi (10/5): Easy access, great location to train station and food, property was comfortable and cute. - Location was great. The space was clean and well equipped. We had 4 in our party and was just right. No elevator and stairwell is very steep and narrow so difficult to carry up luggage. The wifi shutdown at 4am the day we were leaving so did not have wifi from 4am-10am. But neither of these would stop us from using this property again. We love it.
• Sachio (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay in apartment 301. The layout of the space was very nice. Togoshi-kōen was my childhood ni - Room 301 was very clean and well laid out. It is a quick walk to Togoshi-kōen station and about a 7-10min walk to Togoshi metro. There is a Lawsons, Daiso, and Ozeki (grocery store) very close by. There is construction at the building next door but it didn’t bother us because we went out for most of the day. At night the area gets quiet and we got a restful sleep. The stairs. They are very steep and the stairwell is narrow. However we were aware of this so it was not a surprise, and managed. If you are weaker or elderly you may struggle to carry your luggage up the stairs. The wifi was also unstable so if you need to work or spend long periods of time using Internet connection, it would be best to have your own source of wifi.

• Simon (10/5): Enjoyable stay in interesting and convenient Tokyo suburbs. - Location is really good, on a quiet shopping street - such an interesting part of suburban Tokyo. Great if you want to explore the city beyond the obvious sights, places like Togoshi Ginza and Ebara/Nakanobu (see picture) are within walking distance while Jiyugaoka, Musashi Koyama and Nakameguro are all within easy reach. Still convenient for the centre of Tokyo. Taxi to Shinagawa was easy for the Shinkansen. It’s a very good place to stay. As others have said, the stairs could be difficult for people with mobility problems but this wasn’t an issue for us.
• Nagare (10/5): We enjoyed our stay at this cozy property equipped with all the basic necessities in a convenient and laid back neighbor - We loved the location and grew to love the town of Togoshi. Train station is close, a lot of local restaurants as well as supermarkets. While it’s very convenient, the vibe of the town is laid back and doesn’t have the busy hustle and bustle of being in Tokyo. It was great having a washing machine on site. Keyless entry was also convenient. It would have been nice to have a few more hooks or shelving to hang/store things. Towels had a hard time drying on the hook on the bathroom door.

• Trinh (8/5): Very good - Hug space, close to the station. The hot bath tub takes time to get warmed, I thought it didn’t work so I used the cold water for bath, and suddenly it got warmed after that. A bit difficult to find the place if you follow the Google Map without reading the instructions.
• Kok (7/5): Good value stay for our family of 5 - A nice cosy apartment with comfortable beds. It was well equipped and spotless. It was also near to the subway station so it was pretty convenient. Located in a quiet residential area, we had undisturbed sleep. The owner was very kind to allow us to leave our luggages in the apartment while it was being cleaned after the previous occupants moved out, before we checked in. The apartment assigned to us was on the third floor and this building doesn’t have a lift. We were informed of that beforehand but it took a lot of effort carrying the luggages up and down. The heating of the place should be improved! It was too cold for our family that hails from the tropics. Being in a residential area, there are fewer convenient stores and restaurants in the near vicinity.
