• Pearl (6/5): Pleasent in most areas! Thank you for your hospitality :) - The AC was nice and cold after you let it work for a while. I was worried about how hot it was at first but it chilled out a lot! two of the beds are super comfy but the one under the loft is a bit hard. The bathroom shower was amazing, its like the whole room was a shower room! I'm glad they had the take off your shoes policy as well - very clean. It was an older building but felt nice, and the neighbourhood was good too. Quiet. A little far away from the train station but its a nice walk and theres two ones to choose from to go to! We left a fan there so hopefully the next tenant can use it :) it was too big to pack! The wifi should be better sadly, it was almost unusable and we were really frustraited about that sadly. Its a bit far from teh train station but still within a 20 minute walk or so. The blankets felt a bit small as well but I am very tall, also the bed under the loft was a bit uncomfortable. Lastly the beds are not meant for more then one person in each bed, so be aware!
• Gordon (10/5): A great start - Bed too comfortable, had all the facilities we needed, nice areas of Tokyo not too crowded A bit far from the station not good for tall people
• Damien (7/5): Good overall, but with some drawbacks. - Enough space for 3 people. Good communication. The kitchen could be better : there is a gas stove but it takes a lot of space. There is a rice cooker, but there is not enough space to use it. There is a micro-wave oven and a boiler but only one available plug. No space to put the groceries. And no little spoons. The matresses were too soft. The wifi was a bit slow.

• Hong (8/5): Nice and valuable stay - Clean, big enough for everyone Location is a bit difficult to find. I have lived in Kamiya area for 6 months, still took me awhile to find it.

• Adilaa (7/5): Appropriate for people who prefer quiet and calm environment - The location was pleasant because it was quiet, and peaceful. Essentials and utensils were all provided from the place.
