• PENG (5/5): 位置方便，卫生不好，体验很一般，价格也不便宜。 - 离地铁近，周边很多商店 卫生不干净，床底特别是沙发底下很多垃圾没有清扫，照片就不发了吧。公寓位置在大街上，晚上车流穿过，还有一些摩托车炸街，声音很大，睡眠浅的住客非常难以适应，但是房东准备了耳塞。

• Aparna (3/5): We just survived somehow during six nights stay - We travelled as a family of four. I acknowledge that the confirmation email that we received after booking the accommodation clearly mentioned that the place can accommodate 5-6 people but is comfortable for 2-3 people. So this is was not as comfortable but that’s upon us for making that choice as we did rely on the sofa bed. It ticked the box location wise as well, convenience store right at your door step. Train station hardly 100m away from you. Access to some great food places within 5-10min of walking distance. However the condition of the accommodation was not as shown in the pic. The sofa bed was covered with a rug style cover because of stains on the couch, which meant the whole family refused to sleep on it. the cushions provided were also stained and the pillows were all out of shape. The bath mat in the vanity was all dirty. All shelves in the laundry areas and underneath the sink were filled with so much random stuff, which I didn’t mind but it was all so unorganised and messy. The picture here shows that there is chair and table in balcony but we didn’t get any in our balcony. I have attached the pics of sofa bed, cushions and bath mat that we took on the first day as soon as we checked in and also attached some pics of shelves. The condition of the accommodation and the furniture.
• ÖzgeOsman (10/5): Great location, nice place - It’s very close to Azabu Juban station. You can easily reach everywhere you want. The house is comfortable, 4-5 people can stay. In the house you can find almost everything you need at home. There’s a Family Mart downstairs which is open 7/24 The sofa in the room is a bit old and deformed but that was not a problem for us.

• Muyu (1/5): DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! - The room looks NOTHING like the picture! It was small, dark, old, EXTREMELY loud at night! There is pubic hair on the towels, and the restroom is filthy!
• Elena (1/5): awful - book at your own risk - - location was good, that's about it. oh and the bidet worked well - host's guest pamphlet initially mentioned something about security cameras... i found that troubling, and an online search showed me that that policy was outlawed in japan as of 6 months prior. when i brought it up to the host, they removed it the next day. still, it seems questionable whether they had guests the past 6 months - host gave us dirty towels (stains, hair that's not ours) the first night - host refused to provide new towels until 2 full days after... we ended up buying our own in the interim. tried calling Booking.com and asking them to call the host to work something out. that didn't work either - host refused to offer a substantial refund so we could cut the stay short and book somewhere else. the host initially suggested refunding us a paltry cleaning fee... without saying they'd help make the place clean. also, unfortunately we happened to be there at a time when lodging occupancy was high so it was hard to find somewhere else to stay without greatly increasing our planned budget - host finally provided us fresh towels after we asked 3x. they dropped it off outside our door. couldn't they have done it the morning after we asked? - host was pretty uncooperative and literally would only respond to my messages whenever i said "Booking.com is awaiting your response." i spent 4 hours on the phone with Booking.com for this... what a waste of life - host kept saying things like "please use this new cat stationery and let us know what you think of it." why is that their priority instead of actually solving guests' livability issues? atrocious.

• Scott (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect. Within 4 minute walk to train station. Family Mart just downstairs and McDonald's, Starbucks within 5 minute walk The keypad on the door would sometimes not unlock the door
• Frank (6/5): Good - Overall a good location and base for the Tokyo area. Well equipped. If ur tall low supports and lights. Not fun. The couch is ready to be replaced, in sad shape.

• Oksana (10/5): Our family enjoyed staying at this comfortable apartment, conveniently located in a beautiful part of Tokyo! - Fantastic location and comfortable space to stay. Has all the necessary amenities! The washing machine was confusing to use and takes time to understand the functions.

• Nicholas (8/5): Amazing stay located in the heart of Tokyo! - I loved the quirkiness of it and the location was spectacular for Tokyo! very easy to access and get in an out of with the front door lock. nothing really but the mosquitoes in the entrance and somehow the ones that go in everyday were rather difficult to deal with.
• Laura (9/5): Excellent location in the middle of elegant Azabujuban, near Roppongi, Shibuya and Omotesando. - The location is super-central, right next to Azabujuban station. The apartment was big enough for a family of five. There are many charming restaurants in the area, plus plenty of convenience stores. Mont Thabor bakery has fantastic pastries for breakfast. I had to search a bit to find a number to call in advance to ask how to access the property, but they promptly sent a message and then it worked very smoothly to get in and out.
• Daniel (9/5): highly recommended - a cozy stay right in the heart of Tokyo - excellent property in an ideal location only 2 minutes from the metro station, being able to reach anything you need in Tokyo within 30-45 minutes. perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 small kids.
