Jay (8/5): Very good - Plenty of room for three people. Location was good, liked the fact there was a 24 hour front desk. Good price for what was provided. Futons were very thin. I used two at a time and still found it a bit uncomfortable. But I am over 6ft and 200 lbs. It would have been nice to have a shelf in the bathroom to place clothing and toiletry bag on.
