• Ufuk (5/5): - Zeer passief agressieve eigenaar die ons na een gebroken tafelpoot van een goedkope plastic tafel ging bedreigen met aangifte bij de politie. Zeer teleurstellend. De woning heeft geen ventilatie, we lieten de afzuigkap draaien voor frisse lucht, de kussens waren slap en de vaatwasser wast niet schoon, dus alles moet met de hand.

• Shalini (10/5): Comfortable and smart home, perfect base to explore Tokyo and to experience Tokyo urban living - Very clean and comfortable apartment, with very thoughtful amenities throughout. Staff were very responsive on message and met us to give 2 sets of keys. The apartment was ideal for 4, with a shower room that had a hot air blower to dry clothes, and a smart toto toilet. Beds were comfortable, sofa bed was fine after putting a futon on it (futon likely too thin to use on floor). A wardrobe in each room was good to store clothes. There are 3 convenience stores and a small Aeon minimarket selling veg, all within 3--4 minutes' walk from the property. Station also 3 minutes' walk, extremely well connected while being quiet. Very comfy home in the heart of Tokyo. Nothing at all. The area is quiet, so may not give the vibe of shinjuku or ikebukuro, but it was nice to come to a quiet place with good transport and shopping amenities. Unsure if there are local restaurants in walking distance.

• Alex (9/5): Great flat with all the amenities you need - We stayed in Jade - excellent for three people. The apartment has an odd structure but it has everything you need, including an efficient washing machine and a dishwasher. Although the furniture is showing some signs of wear, it is very well maintained and the flat was clean. The neighbourhood felt very pleasant and extremely safe.

• Russell (8/5): A lovely stay in a well presented apartment. - The fitout and amenities were great. The location was central with good food and transport options close by. The bedding and towels were nice, the pillows not our favourite, but still well presented. The toilet was the only real downside. The basin was dirty when we arrived, with no handsoap or handtowel provided. It is located in the entry foyer, which is unheated, so cold in winter... making the japanese toilet seat appreciated more than usual.
• Vivienne (7/5): ok stay, but probably wouldn’t go back - large modern apartment with very responsive and helpful staff located next to a restaurant in a dated building. would have been convenient to have had a clothes drying rack, as there is no separate tumble dryer, only an ineffective drying function on the washing machine (not surprising since it’s a top loader machine) and the drying function in the bathroom.

• John (6/5): Good but do not lock door on stairs - Great location and nice little apartment The kitchen area cleanliness was not good. Also the door on the stairs absolutely should not be locked as that is illegal if there is a fire etc. also some people suffer from claustrophobia and should be allowed to walk up the stairs if the want.

I just hope that if we book it in adv - Very convenient with good facilities and ample space for my family of 4 Not due to the property but Booking.com did not specify that this is an AirBnB styled room as I was expecting a hotel based on the pictures and in the end, I had some issues with my luggage which needed to be stored after we checked out

• Michiyo (5/5): Passable - We loved the Espresso Coffee machine. Room is very clean. Close from Station. Bed facility were poor. Mattress/ Spring were old. They had only winter futon (we're in summer). We asked to provide summer futon, the owner provided thin blanket that we couldn't use it.
