Guest Reviews
- Michael (1/5): Contract was not fulfilled by the company. - The room was dirty, garbage bags, closets filled with owner‘s clothes, bed dirty. Room key was long time not available. WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO USE THIS PLACE. Company long time didn’t answer inquiries. Needed external help from other real estate company to get access to the key. „BE HAPPY“-Company finally replied via email and sent apologies and promised total refund. But didn’t sent money back until today
- Rosalyn (5/5): did not pass our expectation - location not that clean as expected. Dusty everywhere and my son had allergy to dust.
- Torpong (8/5): Very good -
- Thi (10/5): Amazing! Would love to be back soon! - Location in the heart of Shibuya was amazing! Walking distance to everything. Apartment was cozy and quiet at night.
- Nawamon (5/5): Passable -
- Keijiro (10/5): Exceptional - I had a comfortable day.The room was clean and nice.Thank you very much。
- Tara (3/5): Dirty and small, but good location if you can tolerate it. - Location was great, mattress was comfortable. Instructions to find the apartment were helpful. The dirtiest place we have ever stayed. Crockery in the cupboards had food scraps on it. The whole place was very dusty. There was toothpaste spit in the kitchen and bathroom sink, and hair in the bathroom. The microwave had food splattered over it. We didn't cook in the kitchen because it was so gross.
The apartment was also tiny, and there was no empty cupboard to put any clothes away because the cupboard had a "do not open" sign. Someone else's shoes also took up the limited space to keep our shoes. Our suitcases hardly fit on the bedroom floor.
The place was cheap for the location but if you're really going to rent this place out to people, at least pay someone to clean it and don't leave your things in the apartment.
We would not stay here again.
