• Fiona (6/5): Well described and spacious. Good value for if you have 3 people planning to be out and about most of the time - The property was well described and it was easy to find. It also had 3 beds set up and was one of the larger properties I stayed in during my Japan trip. It has a nice skyline view too which was a nice surprise The property was not as clean as all other properties I stayed in. There were dirty marks on the wall, the smell was off and the toilet was unclean to a level that I had not seen in Japan. The flush was also broken so that caused issue for the first night. However, the host was responsive and sent a cleaner the next morning to clean the toilet and fix the flush, which was useful.

• Joshua Alison (9/5): Room and location, chef’s kiss~ - The whole room is pretty; location wise, personally I love it, given it is away from the crowded scene, but pretty convenient (one train ride to Shibuya or Shinjuku or Ikebukuro). The bed smells… like we tried to put the floral scent spray provided, but there’s a weird smell on it.

It had everything we needed, beds were super comfy, was easy to get to and in a quiet neighbourhood tucked away from the centre of Ikebukuro. Highly recommend this place! No lift made it a little hard to get to the third floor with heavy cases but this wouldn't stop us booking again!

• YIPO (9/5): 整體來說非常的棒，小朋友也非常喜歡。 - 住宿地點離車站有段距離，大約要走10分鐘左右，但是可以在巷弄間穿梭也是一件令人開心的事情。房間內有餐具和簡易廚房設備，方便我們在房內用餐。房間內有舒適的床，還有洗衣機，讓我們長時間的住宿可以洗衣服，晾衣服可以在浴室裡面開啟乾燥功能，效果非常好，我們非常滿意。 建議可以增加浴室前的吸水地墊，洗完澡出來後不會讓地板弄得濕濕的。可以增加1~2張的餐椅，也可以使用凳子，目前只有兩張椅子，我們兩大兩小在用餐時比較沒有足夠的椅子用餐。另外衣架希望也可以多增加一點。

• SERIN (10/5): 매우 민족한 숙박처 - 도쿄 한복판은 아니지만 도쿄 시내에서 상당히 넓고 쾌적한 공간, 특히 화장실과 샤워실이 완전 분리될 정도로 구조가 좋다. 현관 옆 화장시에 둔 방향제 냄새가 피톤치드 향이라 들어갈 때 기분이 너무 좋았다. 꽤 큰 냉장고가 있어 간편음식 사놓고 넣어놓기 편했다. 세탁기 세탁기 세제 가스렌지 등도 있었는데 안써봐서 모르겠다. 지하철은 좀 걸어야 하지만 너무 멀지는 않았다. 매트리스 가운데가 살짝 꺼진 느낌이었다

• Mariana (7/5): Big apt, but for the price, i would choose a different place to stay. - Good neighborhood, 10min walk from st, there is no big supermarket around you will need to walk more to buy stuff. The apt is big comparing to others apt in tokyo in general. You can easily open big suitcase on the floor in the kitchen/dining area. Apt wasn’t too clean in my opinion, I saw some hairs on the bed linen, and also wasn’t ironed so it looked like linen was washed in the apt. The dishwashing sponge was completely old and used, bit disgusting, for our lucky it had some new ones under the sink. The bathroom was clean, just the wet bathroom not. There is a small mirror there and it was full of stains post shower. The major problem that I had was that I needed to trash away a carry on luggage and to trash it I would need to fill a local form to schedule a collection for it. It needed to be scheduled and I needed to buy two stickers from 7-11 as a signed trash. Total it would cost me ¥400. However, the next day to collect the big size trash would be in 27 days. Which is impossible since I’d not stayed for that long. So I contacted the owner and I asked for help, and the answer after - “yes you will need to contact the local garbage collector” - was they would sort it out for me costing ¥5000 for a service that its way cheaper than that. I understand that probably they had some issues in the past since it had so many advertisements about luggages and fees and even jail if you break the rule. As result, I took the luggage to someone that I know in tokyo and this person sort it out for me.

La cuisine à gaz était très agréable à utiliser. La machine à laver était très pratique et tout était propre. La cuisine manque un peu d'ustensiles. Cependant, ce n'est pas vraiment un point négatif car il est possible de cuisiner divers plats sans problème.

• Bo Yin (9/5): 非常滿意 - 需要的設備：電視、洗衣機及乾燥系統、乾濕分離的浴室和廁所、電風筒和冷氣機，都應有盡有，還有便利的冰箱和廚具。而且床鋪是舒適的單人舖，枕頭、被子和沙發床也很好睡，空間很大，可以打開三個行李箱，是完全符合我理想的民宿。 大門也有閉路監視系統，住得也安心。而且可以24小時check in入住，真的很方便。民宿主人的信息對應也很快捷和清楚。 下雨拿著雨傘和行李找路去民宿會比較不便，從要町車站來要走10分鐘，所幸是只是走大直路。晚上要穿過住宅區，比較寧靜，跟同伴走會比較安心。 附近沒有便利店，只有飲料自動販賣機。 玄關的除臭劑需要補充，另外門口的雨傘架安裝不太穩固，玄關有點窄，要注意有機會會撞到它掉落。 電視旁邊的水管會因為雨聲而有一些噪音，但民宿的性價比真的很高，這些都是小問題。

But there are many eateries around the station. and the owner has been promptly answering us especially when i asked for faster internet/ wi-fi.. Everything was made just perfect for our vacation. Since there's no lift, it's better not to bring heavy/ big pcs of luggage. Thank God, we left our big pcs of luggage at the airport. the keys were in a lockbox. the only inconvenience there is the lockbox was placed down on the railing fence which makes it difficult for senior citizens like us to bend down and open. But if the lockbox were placed higher within reach, it would have been easier for older people like us.

Also the host was very helpful in explaining the process. I was a bit nervous about that at first. The chair to the left of the refrigerator was a bit too uncomfortable to sit in. Also the beds are a bit too close together. In this room you might be better off with a single queen/king size bed.

It also has a small stove for the quick meal before or after your all day outdoor excursions. The metro station is also within walking distance and it's a few stops away to Shibuya or Shinjuku.

Very responsive host. Aircon is cold. No stairs but only max 2 floors up. There is no desk and chair at our apartment so not all the rooms have the same photos. Initially, it was difficult to find the apartment because Google maps is not that accurate.

• Bill_chien (9/5): Superb - The apartment owner are quite friendly. Meanwhile, the room is cozy, spacious, and affiliated amenities are thorough. Good value for the money. The location of the apartment is a bit inconvenient for tourists (it is about 10 mins walk from the subway), but there are some convenient stores and restaurants nearby. And no toothbrush provided.
• Kk (7/5): Modern units with uncomfortable beds - Modern and new. With one bedroom provides the size of the unit is good. Quiet. Bedding: disappointed for two reasons. 1) this is not a proper bed. Only an assembled wooden rack (not a bed frame) to support the mattress (strictly this is not a mattress) and as a result, the bed will shake when you turn your body. 2) this is not a mattress. It is a box spring on the rack. To avoid the feeling of sleeping on the metal spring, they place a pad to cover the box spring. But after a couple of nights, the pad, served as a bed cover, will move from side to side. Towel: is small and thin compared to other accommodations. For these modern and uptrend units, the hosts could spend more money on amenities. The guest will feel a big difference with this tiny upgrade.

• Yoji (7/5): Good - All the basic amenities were available; having a washing machine there was very convenient, too. The facilities were new and the room was generally, clean enough and comfortable enough. The Wi-Fi was very weak and practically unusable. In the end, I chose to rely on my mobile rather than being frustrated all the time. This wasn't a big issue for me, but it will be for those who need the hotel to supply Free Wi-fi. Noise from other rooms could travel easily, particularly when people come back to the rooms past midnight and make lots of sound. Generally clean enough, but the cutlery were not, and they had to be washed before use; there was some hair in the sink room and on the toilet floor (ig you look carefully enough).

• Jenny (8/5): Overall, we had a great stay. - The owner was quite prompt to reply my messages. The check in process was very simple. The apartment was clean and bigger than a normal hotel room. I love the washing machine, even though there wasn't any dryer or space to hang your washing. But we managed to utilise the space in the bathroom and every possible part of living area. When we arrived in Ikebukuro Station, we decided to take a taxi as we had big luggages (30 min on foot from Ikebukuro Station & 20 min on foot from Kanamecho Station). It cost 1600 Yen. When we left, it was convenient for us to take shuttle bus to Narita Airport from Ikebukuro Station without having to transfer. The beds were wobbly, unstable and too short for my husband. It is better off to provide futons on the floor or raised floor for comfort and functionality. The room layout doesn't work, we couldn't open the wardrobe door due to the bed was positioned right next to the door.

Never met any staff but instructions were sent through before the booking. Be aware of the size, it’s on the small size. Ok for two people, three it would be cramped. Kitchenette lacked basics for example cups and didn’t have enough crockery for the amount of people it slept.
