• Carlos (10/5): Studio-like rooms, good ammenities, convenient location - Very comfortable suites near Akihabara, perfect for solo travelers or couples. It includes a small fridge, a desk, TV, a sofa, and a good-sized bathroom. It even includes a washer, which was extremely convenient as I was in the middle of my trip. The room was honestly bigger than expected, and despite it being in a busy location it was on a side street, so I had no problem sleeping (even though I'm a light sleeper). Overall, this was an excellent stay for the price and location, everything was clean and had no issues checking in. Everything was ok

• giulia (8/5): Hotel economico a Kameido - Albergo nuovo ed economico vicino alla stazione di Kameido. All’interno della nostra camera c’era anche una lavatrice-asciugatrice, molto utile per soggiorni di più notti. Stanza e bagno spaziosi. Per una stanza così spaziosa, il letto era molto piccolo per due persone.

• John (9/5): Great value, extremely clean & comfortable! - This hotel was a quick walk from the train station. It was extremely clean and had everything you needed. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful & communication leading up to our arrival was prompt. The room was very good value. It would have been nice to have a cup of tea in the morning. There were cups and a jug but we couldn’t find any tea, coffee or milk.

• Cintia (6/5): Good option if price is your main concern - The location was fine, it's a 7-minute walk from Kameido station, but if you're coming from it with heavy luggage it can be a bit annoying. The room is spacious, we could open our 4 suitcases and still have space to walk around. Overall, you kinda get what you paid for, it's way less expensive than other accommodations with this size for a room. The hotel uses a system of its own to validate its reservations, this was fine the first time we stayed there, but it prevented our second stay since they don't take into account changes you make here on the booking platform. Long story short, we added a day to our reservation through the booking platform as per request from the hotel, however, when we got there, our check-in date was still the old one, which led us to figure out with Booking a relocation that took over 5h. Staff at the hotel was polite but didn't do much to help besides letting us stay at the reception while this whole thing happened. The place is not a hotel per se, something you might expect from a place with rooms like these, it has limited services with a rather vacant reception. You need to rely on messaging them through Booking instead of talking to someone at the reception, which can be rather frustrating. For female travelers: not something bad or that anything happened, but the staff seems to be all male, just something for you to keep in mind when deciding, but it was not a problem for us.

Staff was absent from reception desk on arrival and check in was delayed (despite announced arrival time). We just popped into the reception as other customers were leaving, rhrough the door, to drop out luggages and came back later, receptionists weren't upset about that when we met them later.

Good service to reply any questions promptly. If you arrive before 4 pm., there is no staff at the front. You need to call staff or contact the property in advance.
• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - Everything was great! We liked that the location was a bit outside the busy center—it was a quiet neighborhood with restaurants nearby and close to the train station. The room was spacious and clean, with a small balcony (though we didn’t use it because it was so hot during our stay). The bed was extremely comfortable, which was just what we needed after a month-long road trip in Japan. The host communicated really well with us. The washing machine had some kind of debris or buildup—possibly algae, as it may not have been used for a while. When we washed our clothes, they ended up covered in small particles that were difficult to remove.

Very close to train & bus routes into central Tokyo & all the key attractions, yet a quieter area to base yourself in Nothing. Also, you can borrow an umbrella for those rainy days without having to purchase one, just be sure to return it. Overall a pleasant stay. The trash bin is a little small, so you have to throw away trash daily.
