• Eric (9/5): Convenient place to a day in Shinjuku - Convenient location, easy check in and check out, responsive communication They have waste disposal bins for everything except unburnable waste. Waste collection outside the building was a bit messy.
• Callum (8/5): Location A+++ - Location location location. Easy walk to the train, can get anywhere. And even 20 minite walk to the centre of shinjuku. Living room space, table and chairs a bit big for the space.

• Waye (9/5): Location was perfect - close to 2 train stations & plenty of places to eat. Tea & coffee was provided, everythin - There was only 3 of us, so this was the perfect size & had everything we needed. Although there was laundry facilities, there wasn’t really anywhere to dry clothes. The washing machine had a dry function, but it took a very long time & some of our clothes shrunk a little.

Voltaria com certeza! - O apartamento é muito agradável e confortável para uma estadia com família porque está bem equipado para pequenas refeições em casa, tem máquina de lavar e secar (se a viagem for mais longa faz diferença poder lavar roupas!) além de estar localizado em bairro com acesso fácil a trem (Okubo Station) walking distance, ligação à rede JR que vai para os pontos principais da cidade e muitas lojas de conveniência perto (para saque de cash, comidinhas/bebidas) e restaurantes de boa variedade. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi bastante tranquila e prática. Se pudermos, voltaríamos com certeza! Talvez uma das camas com opção de colchão mais firme (isso é particularidade de quem tem problema de coluna) ajudaria...mas nada que comprometesse a estadia!

• Nori Curtis (9/5): Comfortable, clean and a good location to stay in the Shinjuku area. - Very nice place. The table in the center of the room could be smaller. That would make it easier to get around the room. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The owners need to install a reading lamp in the larger bedroom. The overhead lights are very bright, so it's all-or-nothing. The location was great. Lots of restaurants, 7-11, and not far from the train stations. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Shinjuku area. Thanks! No reading lamp in the main bedroom.

• YCC228 (10/5): Great for a family trip - Exceptional stay for a family around Shinjuku! The apartment has a fantastic location just minutes from Shinjuku Station, with many 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It’s clean, modern, and very comfortable for a family stay. Each room has two double beds, and the living room is perfect for spending time together. The kitchen is well-equipped, though we mostly enjoyed eating out in the area. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and all essentials—towels, toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent—were thoughtfully provided. Highly recommended! -direct line to the museum dirstrict from Shin Okubo -easy to take a bus day trip to visit Fuji mountain

No cleaning service, we book apartement with 3 bedroom because we are 8 adult but we only find 2 bedroom in apartemen, so i and wife sleep at sofa living.

• Anh (9/5): Great place to stay to explore Tokyo - We love our stay at this place. Very conveniently located, close to main train stations. The house is well equipped, and we love the layout of the rooms, with a common area for activity. Everything in Tokyo is small but we do feel this place is roomier than most. The surrounded area is full of delicious food. Highly recommended for a small 6-8 people group. P.S. The host provided an incorrect door code when we arrived, and they quickly fixed it when we messaged them.
• Alistair (8/5): Very good - Very clean, in a good location and had plenty of convenience items (tea, coffee, shampoo, washing powder.etc) Gave us the wrong code for the door so took over 30mins to get in. Described as a 3 bedrooms but only has 2 bedrooms, you have to use the living/dining area for the bedroom with no privacy.

• Queenie (8/5): It is at a good area with one train station five minutes away and one ten minutes away. Would be better if there was mor - Had laundry machine included which was nice. Also had a lot of extra cleaning supplies and amenities like coffee and water bottles. The closets in both bedrooms are locked so they’re unusable. We had no room to open up a suitcase in the bedrooms, and the living room also doesn’t have much floor space. Would have appreciated if there was available closet space for clothes and luggage.
• Tzung (4/5): Disappointing. - Dining table. Had to walk thorough piles of rubbish at the entrance. Check in process unclear. No lift. Apartment was not clean. Large signs ‘do not break the rules. Security camera inside the apartment. Claustrophobic and dark. We did not stay but booked another apartment which was clean, welcoming and less costly even though this meant taking two taxis across town late at night and wearing the extra cost. We did not want to ruin our last nights in Tokyo by staying at this place.

• Art (8/5): Very good - Good location to trains and Tokyo. Lots of shops for necessities. Beds are hard, but that is typical of Japan. Would have liked more towels though. Nice to have the washing machine.
• Muamar (5/5): perhaps the owner can do without the sofa to give more space - Full facilities. Good location to nearest metro. Halal facilities nearby for Muslim. bit cramped for family of 6 with luggages
