• Alexia Dunn (8/5): Soviet charme med mange positive ting at sige. - Der var dejligt meget plads, hvilket er en luksus i Japan. Var vild med tøj stangen. Og en altan. Sengene var gode og sengetøjet rent. Der var rigeligt med håndklæder. Rigelig med varmt vand til brus. Der er fint med muligheder for at få ristet brød, mikroovn og gasblus. Den hvide varmeblæser brugte vi en del om aftenen. Rent og fint toilet.gulvet i stuen var lækkert at gå på. Metro lige overfor. Dette er ikke så negativt som det måske lyder. En lang manual med regler. Hvis man bare opfører sig ordentligt og ikke sviner det hele til går det nok det hele. Køleskabet trænger til en grundig rengøring. Det ser umiddelbart rent ud, men det lugtede fælt. Man skal kunne se charmen i at trappeopgangen ligner noget fra Soviet tiden og dørene åbner og lukker som er værelset indgang til en fængselscelle, men det fungerer. Indenfor skal man betjene talrige forskellige remote controls. Fx lys, et til hvert rum. Og lyset fra pærene falder fint i hak med beskrivelsen af selve bygningen. Der er tre kontakter bag køleskabet et til bruserum, toilet og håndvask. I bruserum er der også en betjening til varmt vand på væggen. Det fungerer fint og varmer med det samme. Bruse rummet minder osse om noget du sikkert ikke har set før, glæd dig. At få brød rister ovn til at nå kontakt krævede lidt hovedregning. Vi fandt aldrig ud af hvordan vi skulle betjene varmt vand funktionen i køkkenet. Ude på altanen står vaskemaskinen om den kan man sige kast jer ud i det omend den sikkert ikke vasker, men mere frisker ikke så beskidt tøj rent. Der er forresten skimmelsvamp i bruse rummet. Og vandrørene buldrer når man bruger håndvasken og mange steder er det slidt men effektivt. Rust er der osse en del af mest på altanen. Service og gryder, meget af noget og andet lidt, mangler kan stadig fungere. Ovn undersøgte vi ikke. Nogen steder er køkkenet en smule på den beskidte side fx åbnede vi kun top skabene meget kort. Prismæssigt kunne det godt være lidt billigere. Men alt i alt en god oplevelse, hvis man kan se charmen i det ovenstående.
• Rhys (8/5): Convenient but private city apartment - Spacious for Tokyo. Nice dinnerware and good gas burner and knives for prepping food. Clear instructions and useful guidance for the rooms and navigating the local area. Close to subway, shops and cafes with vegan options. A few more large pots with lids and a steamer would be useful.

Passeggiate serali fantastiche in un quartierino pulito e silenzioso, residenziale per lo più L'arredamento è a prima vista un po' demodè, ma complessivamente per il prezzo fantastico va benissimo

• Mogyorós (10/5): A great flat, for a good price, in a central location, with a generous and polite host. Perfect! - Stayed for a month, and I can say that it was the most perfect location. Easy access to two metro lines, to great shops and restaurants, in the city center, but also a quiet location. The neighbourhood -Kagurazaka- itself is well worth a visit too, as it has so many superb spots. The host is an absolute gentleman, very polite and attentive. Getting in was also easy. Loved every moment spent there, would love to return!

• Rachell (8/5): Spacious accommodation in lovely Kagurazaka - Property is spacious and clean. Comes complete with home equipment. No heater in the sink tap or we just couldn’t figure it out!
• Troy (8/5): if you're looking for authentic old-school 1960s Tokyo living this place is great - well-equipped lightly renovated mid-Showa "danchi"-style 2DK. Enjoyed the original-style wetroom steel tub bath with old-school gas water heater. Tokyo's so small you can walk up Kagurazaka from Iidabashi to this place in ~10 minutes. Clothes washer setup is de-minimus but with the heat pump mini-split providing air drying worked well enough (if you know how to use Japanese washers).

• Kimberly (9/5): Superb - Conveniently located just across the road from a train station. Plenty of floor space even with a double bed, futon, sofa and low table sharing the same room. Host is friendly and responds quickly to queries. The bathroom sink does not have warm water, but as the kitchen sink does this isn't much of an issue. There is no elevator, so guests with heavy/bulky luggage or mobility issues might find it difficult to climb the stairs to the third floor.
