Guest Reviews
- Melodie (8/5): Comfortable and clean base to explore Tokyo - Great location as a base to explore Tokyo. The neighbourhood itself is really lovely too. Beds were really comfortable. Best suited to 4 people. Needed a luggage rack - that’s all I can think of.
- 珮嘉 (8/5): -
Unica nota negativa!
- Juliana (8/5): -
- Arina (8/5): - Very nice place
- Ebony (9/5): Excellent for a family of 3. Great position & air conditioning. Would stay again. - The property is amazing in location, ease, shops, getting around. Just be aware that the bathroom & kitchen are very small, which is to be expected. There are no sheer curtains for modesty, they would improve things. Also more shelving or places to hang things would be helpful. However, we really appreciated & enjoyed our stay - great beds!
- PO (8/5): - 地點很好,到麻布十番地鐵站的4號出入口只要5分鐘。附近有很多餐廳,超商、超市也都有。 冰箱、浴室較小。
- Alejandra (7/5): Good for a group of three. For 4 people is small - Location is great. Near to metro station All department is old and the bathroom is too tiny
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Reira (6/5): Crappy towels, no extra towels for hands or face - Great location close to train. Only 1 towel each for a week long stay and they were not a towel material, more like the soft microfiber throw blankets. Didn’t have any hand towels or face towels either.
- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional -
- Touhidul (8/5): Good House to stay - Iliked the location of the house.
It is very easy to travel from this place to other places.
This place is amazing for friends and couples. Many many restaurant near house.
Post is very amazing. He helped me to check in quickly.
Very much quiet place. If you are traveling with family, kids then you have to reconfirm your checking time twice.
Because If you arrive quickly There is no place to wait here.
If you plan to stay longer Then the responsibility of cleanliness is also yours.
Host have all arrangements of cleaning equipment in room you may use it.
- Katrina (7/5): Fine for a short stay, good location and host. Impractical for our family of 4. - Good location, easy to access, good information from host. Comfy couch. Bathroom lacking standard Japanese toilet features, tap was very hard to use. Inadequate rubbish bin set up, kitchenette no power points so had to use kettle on lounge floor.
- Emily (9/5): Great base to explore Toyko! - Great location, easy to get around using the trains. Spacious apartment with all the amenities you need. Lots of fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes close by. The apartment can become humid and the bed was not super comfortable.
- Kandace (7/5): Was a good place to stay. Plenty of room for family of 4 (2x adult 2x kids) Close to trains. - Was quick and easy. Was quite noisy at night with cars and people going past and with 7/11 below delivery trucks right outside early in the morning.
- Dexter (1/5): this is not a resort, far from it. Very outdated facilities. stinks of smokes and carpet smells like wet dog. toilet is - close to convenient stores dont get fooled thinking its a resort, its nothing like it. the property is very outdated. when we got in the room smells like smoking room. the bedding are old and rough. the carpet wasnt even vacuumed before we got in. theres cockroach and dog hairs in the carpet even though the add says no pets. the ceiling light is a weird dinning table light. the toilet is very old, you will get scorched trying to mix the right temperature for shower.. no bidet for the toilet bowl to think that Japan has them since the 1980s or earlier, even public toilet has them. there is no reception to receive your luggage if you need to send it prior to coming. there is no telephone facility if you have an emergency needed to calll within Japan. there are no free amenities like toothbrush, buds, shavers, etc. no fresh towels given if you stay longer than 3days, you have to wash it yourself. the air-conditioning is noisy. the worst about all this is that its way more expensive than our earlier accomodation at a well known 5star hotel for a similar length of stay. i dont recommend to stay here at all. disappointed how booking.com were able to get them in their list.
- Emmanuel (7/5): Smallish apartment with full functionality in a good location. - Good location 2 minutes walk from 2 convenient subway lines. Azabu Juban is a nice neighborhoood with stores and fairly central to all Tokyo hubs. The apartment is a bit small especially the bathroom. Decor is so so. It works out for a short stay (5 nights for us, 3 people) but feels a bit cramped…
- Mayra (10/5): Excelent! - Really nice acomodation + localization + space comparing to hotels! Good infra structure and also really clean! It had everything we needed
- Dusty (7/5): Good -
- Jonah (9/5): Superb -
- Cheng (7/5): Good - Is very near to the subway and is located kind of local residential. And there is convenient stores at every corner. The only down side is the bathroom. Is small and the ceiling height is low. And inside the bathroom there is no exhaust fan so if you take a how shower good luck.
- Pangallo (10/5): Exceptional - Great central location and very comfortable apt
- Sue (9/5): Superb - The location of this small but comfortable apartment was the best part about this stay and it was very quiet overnight. We had everything that we required. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. We did have a little trouble getting into the apartment but the response from the host was quick and very helpful. I would recommend staying here.
- Michelle (9/5): Comfortable stay for a family with teens - Very convenient to the metro station (5 minute walk) and situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. This apartment affords more space than the average accommodation in Japan. Comfortable stay for my 3 teenagers and me. We walked to Tokyo Tower and Roppongi, but sadly, we didn’t eat the famous soba noodles in the building basement. My regret is we didn’t stay longer.
- Alex (3/5): Poor - Location is close to a lot of areas of interest and train station. It is above the 7/11 so there is noise from that location.
There is no luggage storage or early/late check-in so it affected out plans having to carry luggage around before getting there and then also having to do that same after we leave. The showerhead is like a snake with its head cut off and the tv Quilty is poor with not having smart features. So english speakers like me can use it. There is also no where to place luggage in the room.
- Steffen (9/5): Superb - Clean apartment, comfortable beds, good location N/A
- Daniel (8/5): Good hotel for the price - Staff were very helpful even with some complications along the way. The location was great with the station nearby and lots of restaurants nearby The only minor nitpick I had was the water was extremely hot and sensitive. The shower nozzle was also tiny.
- Satoko (8/5): Very good - Comfortable bed, great size room. Quiet apartment. Convenient location, close to shops, and subway station. We enjoy walking back from Roppongi. Very basic facility, but it's good enough.
- Lucian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diane (5/5): For budget stay - The price was reasonable if you don't need all the modern comforts; it was staying at someone's home without the frills.
Although, the directions were excellent on you tube as well as instructions for the room keys Close to local subway line. Good for someone on a budget. Entire room was clean. I think the security should have been better since the glass doors to the condo were always open to the street; however you still needed a key to enter the main door. The bathroom was very small (Japanese style) so I would say if you were a larger person you would be uncomfortable. The towels were worn and not absorbent; also there were no dish towels or disposable clean up wipes to take care of the kitchen area and dishes
- Beatrice (7/5): Location was great, facilities a little old - The location to subway and convenience store The toilet in the same room as the bathroom
- Anais (8/5): Good stay, good location, cost efficient appartment - Very convenient location 2 minutes walk from the metro. The appartment is very simple but perfect as we were out most of the time. Self check-in procedure was easy. Aside from the bed, there isn't much space to put our lugguages
- 夜久 (8/5): Very good -
- Frances (8/5): Very good -
- Barbara (7/5): spacious, great beds, very close to subway - amazing beds. litterally some of the best beds i've slept in. the place was big for Tokyo, spacious. Location was great, just two blocks from subway. cleanliness not the best. there was a rug that really should be taken out. it was not looking clean at all, better to not have it. the bathroom was kind of a ship bathroom, but still it had everything you need.
