• Elisabeth (8/5): - Appartement parfaitement situé, en plein centre-ville d’Athènes. Idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied ! Le logement était très propre et conforme à nos attentes. Les gérants sont vraiment très sympathiques, disponibles et réactifs, ce qui est très appréciable. La terrasse avec vue sur l'Acropole est vraiment top. Quelques petits points à prendre en considération : Nous avions deux douches et l’une d’elles nécessitait de retirer le pommeau pour pouvoir l’utiliser… il ne restait donc que le tuyau pour se laver L’eau chaude doit être “activée” au préalable en actionnant un bouton dans l’armoire électrique. Ce n’est pas gênant en soi, il suffit simplement d’y penser 15 à 20 minutes avant de prendre sa douche. Il manque des chaises (2 dans l'appartement, 2 sur le balcon, les 2 autres étant cassées) une seconde carte d'accès aurait été utile. Un point un peu plus contraignant concerne les bars situés dans la rue : l’activité est très intense particulièrement le weekend, et il est assez difficile de dormir avant 5h du matin sans avoir l’impression d’être au cœur de la soirée. Pensez à prendre vos bouchons d'oreilles ou allez faire la fête avec eux !!

• Iddo Josef (9/5): Great apartment in a great location! - Excellent location, a very short walk from all the main places and the train station. The apartment is at the entrance to the wonderful Psiri neighborhood. The apartment itself was very comfortable and practical and met all our expectations. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the huge balcony was the highlight of the apartment. Communication with the apartment representatives was very convenient, fast and efficient. Highly recommended! There are a few steps in the entrance of the building. The elevator is small- up to two people without bags. One of the shower heads didn't work.
• Patrick (8/5): We would come here again, without reservation. We will recommend it. Thank you. - Location is excellent. The host was there to greet us and help us manage the check in. Host was superhelp organising taxis from Ferry and to airport ( 24 hours notice). Taxi service was reliable and friendly. It was very easy. Great room for a family of 2 adults 3 teens and 1 child. Beds were clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the Acropolis. Great street vibe . Cafes, food near by. Super close to everything. There was minimal noise aside from nice music going on from the street. We could hear it at all from the room. AC was fine. We didn't manage to work out the heating for the shower but we didn't really put much effort into trying to work it out. Really liked the location. We would go back. We have found the Greek to be very friendly and very helpful over all. We haven't given a 10 star simply because it is a city accommodation. If we were to rate it to other city apartments- I'd give it a 10 on that basis. We couldn't fault it really for the location. The room obviously isn't a large hotel size, this is to be expected considering how central it is. Just mentioning just to measure up expectations.
• DEDRI (1/5): FAILURE OF THE DECISION M,AKER/MANAGER/ TO RESOLVE BATHROOM WATER LEAKAGE FROM 10/12-10/15/2025 - liked the location. Liked the staff George and Elvis both accommodating and responsive to best of THEIR abilities to my 10/12-10/15 requests for maintenance in my bathroom; liked the security of the building as well. UNDERESTAND the building itself was clean and secure. MY rating of one is based on the apartment, MNEME. From 10-12 thru 10-15-2025 water leakage in my bathroom. Daily and often times multiple times a day requested attention to resolve; requested repeatedly for the manager to contact me without any success. Was informed on 10/12/25 Sunday the apartment had water leakage issues however maintenance had been called in prior to my arrival. On 10/13 I was told water issue leakage more serious then on 10/14 was told the technician would not attend to issue until the apartment is vacated. I was given a mop and pail on 1l0/12/25. TO DATE the manager never responded to my request to speak with me or price adjustment. ISSUES DO COME UP HOWEVER, one's professionalism and response to address a customer's concerns should be top priority. THIS WAS A TOTAL FAILURE by the manager. I thank Elvis and George for their "hospitality" and their sincere understanding of my discomfort and their efforts to assist me.

• MARISOL (8/5): BUENA ELECCION PARA ESCAPADA A ATENAS - Muy buena ubicación al lado de plaza Monastiraki a 2 pasos del metro y para poder ir caminando a todas partes. en un callejón que a primera vista por lo grafiteado puede parecer en zona conflictiva, pero para nada; salvo el ruido de un bar, zona muy tranquila y a dos pasos de la avenida principal. Acceso al apartamento muy bien explicado y personal disponible y bien dispuesto para consultas/incidencias buena parte del día en el propio edificio (que está todo renovado para apartamentos turísticos). Apartamento pequeñito pero con una distribución muy práctica con 2 habitaciones (camas grandes con colchones muy cómodos) con baño en suite y sofá cama correcto y zona de estar y de cocina más que suficientes. . Estupenda terraza para quienes vayan en verano. Se agradece el ascensor para las maletas aunque sea pequeño. Amenities en el baño, algunas cápsulas de café para el primer día y botellas de agua de cortesía. Un detalle que nos gustó mucho es que hubiese calefacción por radiadores además de climatización por aire. La iluminación de las escaleras es insuficiente ya que las luces del techo están apagadas y sólo se iluminan con una línea de leds bajo la barandilla. Sólo entregan una tarjeta de acceso al apartamento (nos comentaron que era por seguridad ) y en algún momento puede dificultar la organización si los ocupantes del apartamento se separan. Ruido de un bar bajo el apartamento hasta altas horas de la madrugada que se oía mucho pese a estar en un cuarto piso. En nuestro apartamento la ducha del baño pequeño no funcionaba bien (mucho ruido y poca agua) y el menaje es algo justito. Tuvimos que utilizar un par de sillas de la terraza porque dentro del apartamento sólo había 2 para 4 personas.

• Carol (2/5): - Central location handy for the Acropolis and many other historical sites as well as the centre of Athens. The apartment was advertised as spacious but this is very misleading. The 2nd bedroom was small and the ensuite miniscule. It was challenging to use the toilet or the shower. The plumbing made a horrendous noise if trying to us the overhead shower and the handheld fell apart when lifted out of the holder. There was flood in the other bathroom coming up from the drain. There were also 2 unsafe chairs in the dining area and a broken chair on the balcony. The kettle was a safety hazard as the lid wouldn't close. The items were reported but nothing done. A past review dated the 19th September detailed the same problems with the chairs ,leakand kettle but none of these problems had been addresed
• Vicki (7/5): - Location, balcony,two bathrooms Needed maintenance, chairs falling apart, leak in bathroom, taps very loose, sinks in bathroom loose and coming away from wall, broken kettle, couldn't find replacement coffee pods, no remote for the TV and one bedroom remote for AC didn't work. Just a little attention to repairs and detail would have really improved. We did enjoy the location and our stay.

• angels (8/5): Agradable estancia en Spacious Suite w. huge balcony - El edificio está muy bien situado, cerca de la plaza Moustaraki, Es el centro historico. Gran terraza tal como indica el anuncio con una vista muy bonita a la Acropolis. Estación de metro justo al lado. Apartamento muy bien situado. Camas cómodas. Ideal para una pareja con niños. En general tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Es verdad que sobre todo un baño era muy pequeño. Creo que el apartamento era ideal para una pareja con hijos. Nosotros eramos dos parejas y a nosotros nos tocó el baño pequeño. Pero por nosotros lo que si fue un problema es que solamente teníamos una tarjeta para entrar en el apartamento. Le dijimos a la Sra. que eramos dos parejas y que si podía darnos otra tarjeta porque no siempre iríamos juntos, pero dijo que por seguridad no era posible. Esto fue un problema para nosotros porque teníamos que ir siempre juntos. Una noche una pareja queria salir y la otra no. Si la pareja que queria salir se llevaba la tarjeta la otra pareja quedaba sin luz en el apartamento; si quedaba la tarjeta en el apartamento cuando llegaran los otros, tenian que molestar a los que se habian quedado porque hasta para subir en el ascensor se necesitaba la tarjeta y naturalmente para entrar en el apartamento. Las sillas necesitan también un mantenimiento.
• Wesley (5/5): Nice location, difficult to get into, not friendly staff! - The location was good for us. The second bathroom was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the kitchen, but it did have a nice number of glasses. The communal roof top patio was nice, although you could only the Acropolis from one corner of the patio! The messages that came through to us were not in the correct order, so we had trouble with the door code. Also, the property is not well marked. I ended up buzzing the receptionist, she did buzz us in but was of no help with getting in the doors. She just kept asking if we had been sent the code. The hallway near the second keypad was really dark and we had to use a flashlight to be able to put in the code. The receptionist was the least friendly person that we delt with on our entire trip! The shower was equipped with a rain shower, neither on worked in either bathroom, along with a hand wand. The a/c units were difficult to adjust since only one of the three remotes worked.
• Miriam (8/5): Nice inside apartment but a lot of graffiti outside which was intimidating. - only 1 key card available and it was needed to keep electricity on so when myself and my husband wanted to leave the apartment , we couldnt take the key which was needed to open an internal door. We had to contact the reception to let us in or call the kids to come down if rec wasnt open. Otherwise, the apartment itself was lovely inside and really clean

The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked very well! The elevator was very small. I went up by myself and then my husband sent the luggage up and then he came up by himself. The second bedroom and bathroom are very small.

Big balcony Noisy at night because close to restaurants that open late. Also so much graffiti everywhere in this district. But good place to stay

• Michele (10/5): Little hideaway in Athens - We loved the location! We were able to walk to so many things! Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of the Acropolis from the rooftop terrace. The managers on duty were very nice and helpful. It was tough only having 1 key card for a family of 3. Only 2 can ride the elevator at a time and we were on the 4th floor. Also, the key had to be in a slot for the electricity to run in our apartment. So that meant if one of us went out, we all had to go out or whoever was left behind wouldn't have air conditioning or electricity. We made it work though.

Small bathroom in one of the rooms, have to preemptively turn on the hot water and wait 30min before use. Elevator is a bit tight and can only fit up to 2 people depending on size.

• Jennifer (10/5): Great Central location - The flat was extremely close to Monstaraki Square and Station and a 20 minute walk from the Accropolis south entrance and 9 minutes from the Ancient Agora. The view from the roof terrace was stunning and it was nice to sit out on our own terrace. It was easy to find with clear instructions and pictures of where to find things the ToStay company were easy to contact and quick to respond. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room/kitchen diner. The flat is on the fourth floor and the lift up is small. It fits 2 people and a suitcase - no more. Although extremely clean the bathrooms were very small - but this is a minor point they are perfectly usuable. There were clear instructions on how to get the hot water working but when you switched the shower on the pipes made a very loud noise.

• Susan (10/5): Great Apartment close to everything Athens has to offer. - Brilliant place to stay in Athens, we walked everywhere as it is close to all the main sites. 15 mins to Acopolis entrance, 20 minutes to Acropolis Museum. Lovely and clean. Staff brilliant, especially Elvis, who gave us great tips on where to go and organised taxi to and from the airport (€52 euro paid by card). Would highly recommend the apartment. We stayed in Mneme, which had 2 bedrooms, a private balcony, and access to the roof terrace was opposite the front door. Supermarket 2 mins away, the Kook 5 mins away, honestly it really was a great base to explore Athens. Allow plenty of time to get to the airport as traffic can be very heavy. But 100% recommend the apartments. Nothing not to like. Had a great stay for 4 nights. If i was going to be picky, a full-length mirror would be a good addition!

• Tiina (7/5): Good central location, potentially great apartment but badly maintained - Apartment was on the top floor, it's spacious and quite well equipped (if the equipment was better maintained). Location is central, with only a couple of minutes to Monastiraki square, services, metro and to the main sights. There are a lot of small take away places and bars in the area - which was also somewhat disturbing as the noise and the music from the bars kept coming until 3am, so ear plugs are recommended. Secure entrance to the building with code and digital swipe card. Nice view to Akropolis from the own balcony, as well as from the shared rooftop. The apartment we booked (Mneme suite) had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The shower in the other bathroom was completely broken - if any water was coming out at all, it drizzled out of places where it should not be coming out. The shower floor, walls and the bathroom floor were also very dirty with black hairs stuck to the stains. When we reported the issues, the staff claimed that they or the cleaners had not noticed before that the shower was broken. Which also makes it quite clear that the bathroom was not cleaned in the near past either, although we were told that it was cleaned on the day of our arrival. No effort was made to fix the shower before we left, we were only told "maybe today or tomorrow, we don't know". Fortunately we had the 2nd bathroom which was functional, although not very clean either. Also the drinking glasses and cutlery were very dirty, wine bottle opener was broken etc so in a summary, showing a lack of care and maintenance.

• Steven (8/5): Great location. - The location is perfect with an amazing view of the Acropolis. There is an on site host from 10am each day who are very helpful. The second bedroom is small with a tiny ensuite bathroom better suited to children.

• Esteban (1/5): COMPLETE NIGHTMARE - Shared Rooftop ☠️Our stay in this apartment was a TOTAL nightmare!! As soon as we arrived we were spoken to in a very rude way and harassed by the manager on duty ! I have never had such a bad experience and I am a frequent traveler ☠️ We booked the accommodation for 5 people but when we arrived a friend was with us. She was not staying the night and she just needed to go to the bathroom and sit down for a few minutes but the manager forbid her to even enter the building stating it was the Airbnb policy. However we did not book the accommodation on Airbnb and there is no written policy with BOOKING about this which forbids us to let a guest use the bathroom or even enter the accommodation at all. I have never had this happen before! We tried to show the manager the agreement and conditions but he said it wasn’t written in Greek so he would not look at it. We were a family group with a friend and were obviously not planning anything illegal or dangerous. We explained very clearly that our friend was not spending the night as she was leaving for the airport later that afternoon and that we had indeed booked the room for 5 people, bit for 6, but he would not listen to reason. He became even more rude and belligerent. Meanwhile it was 36 degrees outside and we just wanted to enter our accommodation go to the bathroom and get out of the heat. The manager spoke to us in a very insulting way, insulted us in Greek and refused categorically to let her enter the building— she had to wait downstairs on the street! He was violent, impolite and creepy. He kept spying on us as if we were thieves not paying customers. There were cameras everywhere, and he looked at us from the 1st floor window, or hiding behind the elevator for no reason. He started yelling at my 15 year old in Greek as our son exited the building for no particular reason that we were aware of. You could only use the elevator 2 people at a time so you can imagine the inconvenience for a party of 5 with luggage.

The location is very good but gets very noisy on a weekend night as Monastriki square is a 5 mins walk away. The room was nice with all the amenities provided. The views from the terrace were great. The lift looked a bit dodgy so we used it for baggage only. There is an annoying door between the 1st and 2nd floor that is hard to open while using the stairs. Apart from that a nice place for a short stay in central Athens

The internet did not work well so we could not connect to the wifi. More pillows are needed and the bed quilt should have a cover. With four ppl in the apartment you need to supply another access card. Kitchen could be stocked better with some wine glasses. The hot water would go off time we took the access card out.

• Jana (8/5): amazing apartment in a perfect location, I would stay again. - perfect location, and it’s great for two people staying, even though it’s small, it’s very comfortable. the views from the balcony and terrace are amazing! there were a few stains on bedding and sofa that looked a bit weird and unfortunately we didn’t know how to use the coffee machine but that’s okay, there’s is great coffee next door.
• Betty (8/5): Excellent location and good value. - Location was excellent. Well laid out floor plan with private bathroom for each bedroom. Wrap around balcony. The mattress has seen better days. It was a good mattress but it sagged in the centre, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. While it was lovely that 4 Nespresso pods were provided, we stayed two nights and that was only enough for one morning since there were four people. Fortunately there are lovely breakfast spots nearby.

• Mark (7/5): Great value for such a central location - The apartment is in a great location, right around the corner from the main square, so it's perfect for easy walking to all of the key sites. Everything was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. For a short stay in Athens, it's hard to beat for value. The apartment is fairly small, which is understandable for such a central location - although the private balcony is large and a big bonus. One of the showers needs a bit of maintenance to get it working as it should, but it didn't stop us from showering.

• Jamie (9/5): Perfect location for one night stop in Athens for sightseeing. - Close walk to Plaka and Acropolis. Good price and nice size unit. There were 2 full bathrooms! One was very small, but it had a shower, so two people were able to shower at the same time. There was onsite storage, which was great. Parking, as I can imagine in most places in Athens, was a challenge.
