• Καλλιόπη (1/5): - Έκανα κράτηση για 1 διανυκτέρευση σε αυτό το κατάλυμα και ζήτησα να κανω check in νωρίτερα, μου λέει γίνεται αλλά πρέπει να πληρώσετε 9.60 τάχα μου για να πληρώσουν το συνεργείο να ερθει νωρίτερα για να μπορέσω να πάω και εγώ, αντε τα δίνω πες δεν βαριέσαι. Με παίρνει τηλέφωνο και μου λέει επειδή θέλει να μείνει ο προηγούμενος κύριος παραπάνω μέρες αν θέλω να μου δώσει ένα άλλο διαμέρισμα που έχουνε για να πάω εκεί. Δεν είχα θέμα, γιατί να δυσκολέψω την κατάσταση άλλωστε. Το άλλο δωμάτιο ήταν ένα κοντά στην ομονοια, τεσπα αντε και ας μην ήθελα κοντά ομονοια. Μέσα στο μπάνιο είχε δίπλα στον κάδο των σκουπιδιών ένα καπάκι από ξυραφάκι btw και στοίχημα ακόμα εκεί είναι αντε το προσπερναμε και αυτό. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι μόλις έμαθα ότι θα αλλάξουμε δωματιο ρώτησα αν θα μου επιστραφούν τα λεφτά που έδωσα για τον "νωριτερο καθαρισμο" εφόσον δεν έγινε κανένας καθαρισμος. Αυτή η κράτηση αν δεν κάνω λάθος ήταν για τις 23 Μαρτίου, τον έχω πάρει 5 φορές και τον ρωτάω αν θα μου επιστραφούν, λέει ναι πρέπει να πάρω έγκριση, θα ρωτήσω τη δευτερα, πειτε μου την κράτηση, μας δουλεύει κανονικότατα δηλαδη, ακόμα περιμένω τα λεφτά, να πάει να...

• ΡΕΓΓΙΝΑ (3/5): - Το μόνο καλό είναι ότι είναι κοντά κέντρο Το κάλυμμα Ήταν χάλια καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες που έχει στο σάιτ.Θα μου πεις η τιμή ήταν χαμηλή αλλά δεδομένου ότι δουλεύω ήδη σε διαχείριση Airbnb και ταξιδεύω συχνά έχω μείνει και σε άλλα καταλύματα με ίδιες τιμές και μέσα ήταν πολυτέλεια άρα συγκριτικά αυτό ήταν χάλια.Εχει μια καρέκλα η οποία ήταν σπασμένη,καλώδια μες τους τοίχους σπασμένο καλάθι στο μπάνιο τα μαξιλάρια πιο χάλια δεν γίνετε τα σεντόνια ήταν γεμάτα χνούδια δεν είχε τηλεόραση.Και σε όλα αυτά ήρθε και το άλλο έξτρα χρέωση το κάθε σετ πετσετών που θα χρειαστεί να σου αφήσουν.αίσχος

• ATHANASIOS (4/5): - Το τηλέφωνο του ντους δεν είχε καθόλου πίεση. Το ζεστό νερό δεν κράταγε πολυ ώρα. Το καλαθάκι του μπάνιου δεν είχε καπάκι. Πρίζα στο κρεβάτι είχε μονο μια και χωρίς κάποιο τραπεζάκι.
• Péter (7/5): Ha a város felfedezése a cél, akkor egy jó helyen levő, jó ár/erték szállás - Athén szívénél nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel, a főbb látványosságok gyalog távra. A szállás pont annyi volt, mint amit mondott, jó ár/értekben egy nyugodt szoba, ha a városban akarod tölteni az időt és nem feltétlenül minél többet a szálláson, akkor tökéletes. Három meglepő dologgal találkoztunk, az egyik az erkély, de azzal nem feltétlenül van dolga az érkezőnek. A zuhanytálcának nem volt ajtaja, ha mindig kicsit felmos maga után az ember akkor azzal sincs gond. Ami zavaróbb volt, hogy a fürdőszóba kukának nem volt teteje

• Athina Ant (5/5): - Πολυ καλη τοποθεσια, σχετικα μεγαλο δωματιο. Οι παροχες ηταν πολυ κατω του μετριου ακομα και για σχετικα οικονομικο καταλυμμα. Ντουλαπα χωρις κρεμασταρια και διχως εστω μια κρεμαστρα στους τοιχους. Μια πολυ παλια ψαθινη καρεκλα για να κατσεις ή να ριξεις το μπουφαν σου, που ομως δεν φαινοταν καθαρη και σιγουρα δε θα αντεχε αν καποιος καθοταν. Στις παροχες αναφερει βραστηρα αλλα δεν υπηρχε. Πετσετες επρεπε ή να φερεις ή να σου δωσουν με επιπλεον χρεωση. Ακομη κι αν το γραφει στην περιγραφη δωματιου, δε μου εχει ξανατυχει πουθενα στην Ελλαδα. Ο φωτισμος επαρκης αλλα οχι πρακτικος, καθ οτι δεν υπηρχε διακοπτης ή φωτιστικο κοντα στο κρεββατι. Δε θα το επελεγα ξανα το συγκεκριμενο καταλυμμα.

La cama tenía chinches y solo pudimos estar 1h en el apartamento, llamamos al anfitrión y no contestó, mal tambien por booking que no nos cambió de sitio y se desentendió de nosotros, no se podía estar ahí por motivos de higiene y eso no entra en la política de booking, conclusión nos tocó buscar un hotel a altas horas de la noche y pasar media mañana sin dormir esperando a que nos diesen habitación

• Stela (4/5): Δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά. Καλύτερα να πλήρωνα λίγο παραπάνω και να απολάμβανα φυσιολογικές συνθήκες - Το μόνο καλό ήταν η τοποθεσία Πρώτα η ανταπόκριση του οικοδεσπότη. Για ότι και να ζητούσα, απαιτούσε επιπλέον χρήματα. Ζήτησα να μπω στο κατάλυμα μια ώρα νωρίτερα και απαίτησε επιπλέον χρήματα. Στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχαν ούτε πετσέτες, ούτε ήδη μπάνιου. Κάτι για το οποίο ενημερώθηκα μετά την κράτηση. Για να μου τα παρέχει, ζήτησε έξτρα πληρωμή. Εκτός από ένα σεντόνι, δεν υπήρχε άλλο σκέπασμα και με 16° την νύχτα δεν ήταν καθόλου ευχάριστα.

• ale.sia (2/5): - il check-in e la comunicazione con l'host sono stati molto agevoli Purtroppo Studio Syntagma ha deluso le aspettative. La sistemazione è ad un piano ammezzato, buia, affaccia su un cortile interno buio e rumorosissimo; in piena estate siamo stati costretti a dormire con le finestre chiuse a causa di questi rumori continui provenienti dal cortile. Pulizia ai limiti della sufficienza. letto scomodissimo e cuscini piatti. Ho dormito una schifezza, per fortuna si trattava di un appoggio per una sola notte. Mai capitato in tanti anni che un host chiedesse dei soldi ulteriori per poter usufruire di asciugamani. Angolo cottura senza un bollitore, un nescafè, niente di niente. Wifi scarso. insomma, tutto pessimo. Per completare questo bel quadretto, lenzuola e tende nere. In più, l'host mette a disposizione un parcheggio per 16 euro a notte. Si tratta di un parcheggio a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stanza (con valigie pesanti e stradine in salita e in discesa, molto scomodo) e per uscire da quel garage con una macchina medio-piccola abbiamo dovuto fare mille manovre. Se fossimo stati leggermente scarsi a guidare avremmo causato certamente qualche danno all'auto.

• Rosana (4/5): Habitación cutre donde te cobran por ponerte toallas - La ubicación La habitación, que ni siquiera es estudio no tiene nada que ver con lo que sale en las fotos. Está todo muchísimo más viejo y sucio. Además nos cobraron 6€ por cada juego de toallas.

There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and what looks like a dirty cotton pad stuck in the kitchen ceiling. Exposed dirty cables are hanging around, and there’s an old, broken chair. The bathroom furniture is swollen from water damage. No hangers are provided, and not even a string on the balcony to hang a towel. No hairdryer, and there’s a hole in the entrance door. It is very dark place
• Edna (7/5): It was ok but was not my best choice. - It was ok, clean and had AC which in Athens is a needed! It was very impersonal, the owner just communicated to sell extra towels or said I had to pay extra luggage money if I wanted to leave my things there after check out time. No kindness, not even an instant coffee or a water left as courtesy. Nothing just 2 little shampoo envelopes. Kitchenette is very poorly equipped. The stove is just a small little electric one, not very useful.

The chair was broken and electrical wires were hanging out of the wall. The photos show white linen on the bed and for the curtains and they were navy when we got there. There was not a nice smell in the room and the curtains were see-through so anyone could see inside.

• Albert (1/5): Deceiving place, bad service - The location of the apartment is good. We asked repeated times to check-in slightly earlier and even half an hour early was not accepted. When we got there I was supposed to open some locker on the door to get the keys and... Surprise! Locker not working!!! We contacted them and their response was bad. After being questioned several times they finally agreed to come and check themselves. (waiting with heavy suitcases in middle warm Athens wasn't pleasant). When they arrived they checked that the locker was obviously broken and gave us the second AND ONLY other pair of keys they had. It's worse that they didn't offer any "compensation" or anything for the inconvenience, they even pretended initially to be us who where returning that last pair of keys to their office! (anything else? Should I bring a coffee too?) The place was simple but ok, is what you should expect for a low price. Found deceiving that not a single soap bottle was in there...

• Dusica (9/5): Superb - Great place for a short stay. Location is amazing, in a nice neighborhood. You can explore all the major city points by foot and reach Syntagma square with a short walk. The studio was easy to find and the check-in was very simple, keys are in the lockbox just infront of it. WIFI was good, the AC was working and hot water is available when you need it! The place is a bit dark, but overall good value for money, especially for a short stay.
• Julen (6/5): Correct for sleeping 1 night - Location was correct and check in and check out were easy. The host was responsive and kind. The photos do not match with what we found. The aparment is quite dark. Besides the feeling we got is that it was not too clean. There is no kettle and and any shampoo, as they are shown on the pictures. The toilet paper has to be thrown to a bin, not through the flush. There are no utensils for using the kitchen so it cannot be used. We only used a little fridge. I would not stay here for more than 1 night. Check in is quite late and check out quite early. If you want to store the luggage you will have to pay around 9 euros. You get what you pay do not expect more than the basics for sleeping.

We were not given a bath mat and so the bathroom got very wet when we showered. The bed and pillows were both uncomfortable, so we didn’t sleep well. I would also say the place needs a really good deep clean.

• Leah (9/5): Cute apartment, clean and affordable!! - The apartment was only a 15 or so minute walk from the train station. We walked in 36° heat which was not great but do able on a normal day. Good food options nearby and had ac and also included towels. Host was very responsive and was more than satisfied with our stay!! Bathroom was quite small, but didn’t affect us at all. Had to turn on boiler for hot water although we didn’t use it so not a big deal. Honestly not much to say in terms on negatives!!
• Chloe (3/5): Pictures are misleading, would not stay here . - Getting into the building was easy Pictures are extremely misleading . The apartment is extremely old and room is not like the pictures at all . The building also felt very unsafe.
• Matthew (1/5): Do not book here - would ask for a refund if I thought booking.com would honour this - Location was alright but not great and I wouldn’t really call it right in the city centre. This place looked nothing like the photos. All the decorations had been taken out, there was no kettle or coffee pot as promised, the shower and only chair in the room were basically broken, under the sink cupboard looked like it was growing something and whenever we needed to lock the door we had to physically lift it to make it work. Soundproofing was also non-existent. Also the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and we did not get any sleep as you just were in constant pain. The pillows also desperately need replacing. Lastly, I felt incredibly unsafe in the apartment and ended up sleeping with knives under the bed as someone kept trying to call us snd ring our bell.
• Sofia (7/5): Nice studio for a short stay. Kitchen is not really funtional. - Great location. In a quiet area close to everything. Self-check in. The kitchen was very badly equipped. There was not even a table to eat. No tv. Th shower was ok but very very small. You need to turn up the small boiler 15min before you shower.

• James (10/5): A little gem - The apartment was clean, bedding smelt lovely and fresh. As a solo traveller I felt safe and was able to walk around safely. I will certainly stay again I did have a problem with the lock, this has now been changed. Someone came out to help me very quickly.

• Jorgia (6/5): Okay - The location is amazing, the street and building feels safe. Good communication with the owner and easy check in and out. Good value for money. The air conditioner wasn’t working. The shower is quite small but fine. Overall the place is fine, nothing special but perfect for a short stay to be right in the city. It’s located next to a room with a sign “kinkqueer” but it was fine and we wouldn’t have known if there wasn’t signs there.

Bed was uncomfortable and had stained sheets Property is severely damaged (broken window in the bathroom fixed with tape, missing lightbulbs, holes in wall). Owner did not reply to messages about the damage or offer a solution, but was more concerned about the time I’d be checking out on the final day.
• Anonymous (5/5): Good value for money given the location - better for a short stay. - Location was good. Not far from metro lines. Some bakeries and restaurants nearby during the day. This property is all about the location (not to be confused with proximity). The owner had kept it clean. Fairly quiet location (the room faces a private alley rather than the main road). The hot water tank for the shower was tiny - took a while to heat and didn’t last long. (Not quite enough for one person). The shower was the tinniest I’ve ever squeezed into… Balcony door didn’t lock on one side. Bed was uncomfortable - a better mattress is required and 1 or 2 extra pillows. Had to check Booking.com app on day of arrival to get access instructions (owner would not share in advance). Risky as I was travelling/flying and not sure I would have internet access on the day.
