• Mohammad (9/5): - Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin, und 1 Minuten zu Fuß war ich am Strand, Bus und Straßenbahn.
• Viktoria (9/5): Perfect place if you want to be close to the see and to public transport at the same time. - Christina and her parents are very friendly, responsive, and we received useful tips where to go to eat, what to do. The mattress of the big bed is hard, which is a heaven for us, we slept very good. We really appreciated the mineral water prepared for us and the bath towels. The see is literally 3 min walk from the flat, so is also the tram and bus station. The airport bus stops here as well, takes around 1:20 min. The kitchen and the bath is a bit old fashioned, it did not disturb us really.
• Mariette (10/5): Bra trevligt och mkt sol - Vi tyckte mycket om det lugna läget men ändå så nära stranden. Närhet till bra affärer och resturanger. Jag vill rekomendera resturangen To mikro tou flesvou. Billigt gott o bästa sovlakin vi ätit. Lägenheten var stor och rymlig och hade även en stor balkong där vi åt frukost. Värdparet var mkt trevliga och vi kommer att åka tillbaka och hyra lägenheten igen. Min sambo tyckte sängen var ok men jag tyckte den var lite för hård så jag sov i bäddsoffan istället.

Minden adott volt a pihenéshez. Kicsit retró de ez semmit sem rontott a hangulatunkon😊

• eltamas (10/5): Perfect flat! - Tágas, kényelmes, csendes. Közel van part, a villamos megálló. Több üzleti pár perces sétával elérhető. Tulajdonos apukája a szomszédban lakik. Nagyon segítőkész. Késői érkezésünk így nem volt gond. Nem volt ilyen.

• Cipri (8/5): - Apropierea față de mare, stațiile de autobuz/tramvai, suprafața apartamentului. Am fost așteptați cu apă rece în frigider, cafea în recipient, consumabile. Timp de 7 zile, cât am stat, n-a intrat nimeni în apartament, n-a fost schimbată nici măcar lenjeria sau să fi fost lăsate lenjerii de rezervă.

Close proximity to shops and restaurants and great transport network meaning easy access to Athens Bed was too hard for me but that is personal preference, my partner slept like a log. Access to a mattress topper would easily turn this property to a 10

• Manon (10/5): Perfect - The location was perfect! Very friendly owner (and parents who lives nextdoor, you can ask everything). Do not expect luxury, but who cares, great value for money.
• Christian (5/5): Perfect location, but flat needs to be refurbished - Perfect Location. Friendly owner and owner's parents. Flat is quite large, lot of room. Sleeping room and bed are ok. This building was built in the 60's, and since then the flat has neither been refurbished nor improved in any way, so everything is very old, close to dereliction, and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Bathroom, kitchen and toilet need to be fully renovated, and the whole flat needs a thorough cleaning and painting job. This flat does definitely not meet the 2024 standards for short term rentals.
• Mary (10/5): Lovely problem free holiday - Christina provided information on how to get to certain places, and places to eat etc, we found this very helpful since we do not understand Greek My only regret was that I did not ask her for instructions to get to the apartment from the airport, since there is a direct bus and it would have saved us time and effort, now that I know how helpful they are I am sure she would have told us how to get there easily . The apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and more, I liked the fact that there was a spare toilet, with sink and mirror, so I could use it while my husband was using the bathroom. It is walking distance from the beach and public transport, there is a lovely promenade were one can watch sunset and relax. Christina's parents are wonderful people, they were very welcoming, and we knew we could count on them if needed. I loved it, what I didn't like was having to leave the place because the holiday came to an end.
• Laura (10/5): Excellent place to stay near Athens, Piraeus and beach - Excellent place to stay while exploring Athens - few minutes from the beach, nice promenade to walk, many different options to eat in close proximity, good connection to Athens centre and Piraeus port via public transport. Very clean. All was good.
• Capt (10/5): Fantastic hosts, large flat - The apartment was large and cute, it had an elevator for our luggage, and the hosts were beyond accommodating, helpful, and so very nice! We felt so welcome, and they have great suggestions on where to go and how to get there. Highly recommend! Not much. We're used to having a different style of shower, but made it work. Wouldn't stop us from renting again!!!

The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated but have everything you need. The location of this apartment is unbeatable: close to the tram, the beach, restaurants, etc. We definitely recommend this location. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated. The stove is very slow but eventually works fine.

She prepared already a couple of things for us so that we feel comfortable when arriving. It was totally clean and fully equipped. Last but not least we could ask her anytime for recommendations and advice for the best taverns and local food markets! Thank you a lot, we felt like home!
• John (8/5): Nice neighborhood, great people and a friendly stay. - The owners are amazing and helpful people. The neighbourhood is calm and friendly, with everything you may need 5 to 10 minutes waking distance. The flat is cosy and homey. The bed was very uncomfortable. I had to use an extra blanket under the linen in order to be bearable.

• Szilvi (10/5): Exceptional - Cleanliness was great, the flat is very spacious and 100 m from the beach. Public transport is nearby, and direct bus line to/from airport. Host is very nice and always at hand. I could find everything we needed in the flat, even sun umbrella, sand toys and beach towels. Kitchen is well prepared for self catering. Kitchen and bathroom a bit outdated but spotlessly clean

Tram and bus on the corner to easy access other beaches in the south of Athens. 20 minutes to Piraeus and 30 minutes to city center. The host helped us with everything. We checked in at 1 am! Nothing
